@DICEIANS @ImVAmishra @boxervijender Because BSNL infrastructure is further behind and poor quality, they don't have money to upgrade thier infrastructure, that's why. If they have 4G still they will not delivered good connection at all

@JioCare When I am facing problem I dam my details to your official Twitter but on that time your jio care can't reply me so I already port my jio SIM to BSNL and also stop using your jio fibre and I shipped to BSNL ftth. @BSNLCorporate GSM & ftth service are very good wonderful service

@BSNL_KOTD Everytime msg is received as your complaint has been resolved but no solution provided. Why should anyone pay for dead phone line every month since March'20. Even during Covid period(thereafter long bsnl strike)of 2 months same msgs sent always. No one rings to verify

@BSNL_KL Hopeless Network, I had 2 sim, i gave up Jio, when bsnl offered 4G, Unable to make even UPI payment now, Network often come n goes, the area is semi urban, better bsnl close the shop, i took 1 year plan, i lost my money, now i have to port to better operators.

@BaluGorade Quality of network. Not just internet speed but also the calling network is very inconsistent in BSNL. And a city like Mumbai doesn't even have a BSNL network

@BaluGorade I am using both jio and airtel. Also used VI and BSNL. Best network coverage are the Airtel and Jio. BSNL needs to work on the network coverage but it's not possible without charging the same as Jio and Airtel.

@BaluGorade But bsnl don't work at all in delhi...you can't even make calls with bsnl sim and they only support 3g in delhi No 4g No5g
