    @Airtel_Presence this a central govt office and we handle large number of financial transactions. Reason why we shifted from bsnl to airtel. We can't pause our work due to this "switch not working thing". Kindly do the needful.

    @BSNLCorporate I called customer care 7 to 8 times they pick call and then forward call to another and later it will automatically cut the call. From yesterday my range of bsnl is very low I am not able to use internet sometime I am not able to call Pin code 414003 NO 8625014941

    @BSNL_AS This a harassment to the consumer only,all private ISP proving service smoothly but BSNL not acting like that. If this is the case why there is options in BSNL selfcare regarding upgrade. Last year my plan upgraded from selfcare and it was worked but why not now! @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate My ftth connection is not working from last 4 days. Bsnl agent in our area is not working on it. In my village many people are facing this issue. My area is: kumbharwada sancordem Dharbandora South Goa. What should we do, this is constant issue.
