    @Moto_Support No ur team suggested me to change d sim....n I hv taken this step...n it worked....bt can't understand wat is d issue with bsnl ( my primary sim). Can u arrange a telephonic conversation to understand the problem n it's solution in a better way Thank you.... My no. - 9412184591

    @reliancejio 10 yrs..but price ! we need good network ,need real 5g speed ..value for money .. also for one year plan(365days) with limited netpack .. sad to say i came bac to bsnl.. now ..if i get good network speed i will be back to jio

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @JM_Scindia I have paid my landline bill using BHIM app on 19th Jan. However, it is still seen as pending on ur portal. I tried to register a complaint on the portal, but as usual,it doesn't get registered. The Hon Min says BSNL is changing! 🥹🥹

    Hello @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate , i thought to port to bsnl from jio. But didn’t find bsnl sim available in any store near me. Then I thought book it online. But still i need to visit bsnl office during work day to get my sim. With this kind of service you are expecting us to use

    @ji_varinde40720 Apne area mein plan ki availability aur apne Android phone ke BSNL network compatibility confirm karo. BSNL app download kar ke check karo ya customer care 1503 pe call karo. SGPC related ho to unke through bhi puchh lo!

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care We weren't able to call, message and didn't get internet for nearly 15 days due to the fire incident, so please give us extended recharge validity (15 days) for all users who suffered. #bsnl
