    @Moto_Support No ur team suggested me to change d sim....n I hv taken this step...n it worked....bt can't understand wat is d issue with bsnl ( my primary sim). Can u arrange a telephonic conversation to understand the problem n it's solution in a better way Thank you.... My no. - 9412184591

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 No I used BSNL for a year (ported from another network) but I want to port back because I can't use even 4G internet properly on BSNL. This is ridiculous and yaa calling is not possible in most of the parts of any metropolitan cities as well!

    @AmarSah97161646 @BSNLCorporate E-SIMs are more of a headache than a convenience. After every hard reset or visit to customer service, you have to go to the BSNL office with documents, buy a physical SIM, and then re-convert it into an E-SIM. You then have to wait 24 hours after activation for SMS/OTP services.

    @BsnlC @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Urgent: BSNL tower in Ghutbon (P.O. Gosaainpur, P.S. Bishnupur, Dist. Bankura) has collapsed after the recent storm. Entire network is down—calls, SMS, and internet not working. Residents are facing serious issues, especially in emergencies.

    @BSNLCorporate Your Dooravani Nagar telephone exchange , Kr Puram , Bangalore 560016 Karnataka- customer care counter has denied to serve eSIM facility. And advised to contact circle head office . All the customers of BSNL across karnataka state will visit your circle office ???? Kindly clarify

    @BSNLCorporate TIP Meerut Up uttarpradesh There are some questions to BSNL i am working with bsnl as a tip but customer paid bill timely but bsnl not given my commission on time .. that why all tip,s are demotivate by bsnl Not only monthly commission gst amount also NP. WHY???

    Hi have recently port to bsnl but it network is not working in mumbai. So why have you allowed porting of my sim. No signal was available there. @BSNLCorporate
