    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_UPE BSNL employees are not fixing broadband issue even jn 4 weeks, kids online classes and my office work is stopped. Please do the needful so that BSNL SDO RamPrakash start listening customers issue and resolve them as well.

    @BSNL_AS The problem got solved 2 days ago ...as I have buyed the 5ghz supported XPON ONT Device and the vendor official got the configuration done again in the new unit....good and instantly done by the official....but now for phone connection,will I have to contact BSNL OFFICE or buy

    @bsnlbroadband wrost service ever and net quality. I complained more than 5 times in 15 days of connection . And i rate 2 out of 10 @BSNL #wrostservice 😡😡😡😡

    Dear @BSNL_JK team.. !Your wireless broadband services go down atleast 4-5 times a day consistently.. With fiber services engulfed and my nature of work I need two connections with bsnl broadband being my backup connection.... Kindly please upgrade your internal systems!
