    @BSNLCorporate I went to ND patel office of BSNL today. Customer care accepted that form was submitted. She forwarded it to concern on whatsapp as concerned was on leave and was working from home. It was on whatsapp of concerned. I asked why she dint do it? She replied

    we might have bend your fiber wire thats why your internet is fluctuaing so much and we dont have any solution for that whats this BSNL 3 online complaintns through portal and 3 customer call complaints and calling the person who installed fiber personally for the problem and 3

    @BSNL_TN Dear sir, can you please change my plan from my existing plan to Basic Fibre plan urgently. This option is not available in Customer service portal. We will not be able to go to BSNL office during these covid times. Acc No.9039632536. This option was available previously

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for your support. But your frontline staff says that modem supplied by BSNL years ago may need to be replaced with latest model. Will BSNL take the responsibility to ensure trouble free service?You procured from the manufacturer bulk quantity.Obviously customers can't pay
