    @Airtel_Presence Horrible experience for customer service even in cyber city like Gurugram where Airtel has its office.. Suggestion to quit service from Airtel to move on BSNL or some other private service provider

    Thanks @BSNL_BR @bsnl_care. Repair team fixed no BB signal. Someone had cut the cable outside their home. Fixed yesterday but they cut it again at night. Fixed again today. Government must penalize JIO and Airtel whose BB cables are on all BSNL and electric poles illegally.

    There is a BSNL tower within 500 meters in our area, but there is no mobile network during rain or when there is no electricity. It's a very bad experience with BSNL services. It's been 7 days and the condition of the BSNl. Refund my recharge money @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate I wanted to port my jio to bsnl so i recharged jio and thought to port before the plan expires,I called bsnl customer care many from the first day and talked with executive they said our executive will soon contact you and now 20days passed no response
