I had applied for porting of my Airtel mobile 9822373674 on 30.12.19 to bsnl thro Seoraphuli office, Dist. Hooghly. So far no result. Pls help

They have forwarded it to Shrirampur. So far, the porting has not been done. I fail to understand as to why so much delay. Pls help.
