CGNAT is getting used with fiber where 2 facade ago, BSNL dialup had dynamic but Public Top Level IP.. India must covert to IPv6 urgently

Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Other's didnt even have their own & were leasing it indirectly.. BSNL was already a gonner with poor network, vodafone & Idea were already getting weak, hence later merged
