    My BSNL# 25741226 is dead since 2 months,on calling local exchange, officials say since it's strike they can't help.I tried calling customer care but after waiting for 45 mins got no response. My bill should be waived off & number activated asap. @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate

    @rsprasad Pl. expedite the cabinet approval process for maturing the revival plan of BSNL otherwise it will be collapsed mainly in WB. JCL not working for their dues, vendors not giving their salary for their dues, CGM CTD not able 2 give actual no of JCL working in CTD 2 CO

    I think nobody will help @BSNLCorporate . This is the sole reason why I am the only person amongst my friends using bsnl broadband. I have been following up since yesterday for number update and still no result.Tell me the process of closing the line.This should be easy I think.

    @BSNLCorporate 7003916550 It's been 48 hrs since my number has been in BSNL network but am still unable to make calls as the FRC hasn't been done. Let's see how long #BSNL takes to solve this issue @CMDBSNL

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL management its now too much to handle the problems of bsnl netwrk...Again there is a netwrk issue near Agarpara Railway Station,Kolkata. My usage on bsnl internet is zero mb....Cant use internet..My whole day went so bad with BSNL

    We as Indian can commit to improve the health of Indian economy by using more Indian products but the government should plan to improve services given by psu units, #BSNL #SBI #PNB etc should improve customer service @PMOIndia @FinMinIndia @narendramodi @aajtak @AnilSinghviZEE

    @BSNLCorporate Only after 3 days when I m in Varanasi can use the network of BSNL on 8th Oct. Total communication from my official no. was blocked due to network issue at my home town.

    Nation is dangerously in a new track. Here are the reasons 1- Jet Airways closed, 2- Air India in terrible loss 3-BSNL's 54,000 jobs are in danger 4- HAL does not have money to pay salaries 5-Post department losses of 15000 crores 6- Videocon bankruptcy

    Was in need of a #Landline, thought @airtelindia could help with it, but it seems @airtelindia is not #tech #savvy yet, @TRAI has allowed #VoIP, #BSNL is using it for Mobile Numbers, and it would take ages for #BSNL to hit the #Landlines, @airtelindia please bring #VoIP

    Dear @CTDBSNL the complaint for Landline service has been booked Docket No. is 15189294212 . It has been assigned to BSNL Staff who is on leave outstation when called by me. Please do necessary verification before assigning it to anyone and kindly get it repaired.@BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate What about my status. We have shifted to your network but still BSNL sim is not working, on the other side Airtel sim has been deactivated. Still don't know whether we have made a mistake to port to your number or not. Worst experience.😢😢

    @BSNL_AS can you please explain to me how my in-game ping goes from 124ms to 962ms. I knew BSNL broadband was terrible but this is really something else. How do you even accomplish such feat. And then you wonder why nobody wants to have BSNL's services.

    Valsad officer has said, we cannot transfer your line. Bcoz there’s no BSNL customer in my area or they have option to buy 3 connections. Is it correct @narendramodi ji? Worst to worst behaviour by Valsad officer. Since I did not cancel the connection, now they are forcing me.

    @RVCJ_FB Bsnl has very bad customer service and fraud recharge plans, because my father recharged 1 year plan unlimited voice and 2gb internet but before 1 month the service directly stopped, that's why I don't want to use bsnl anymore

    @BSNL_UKD Banjarawala dehradun nearest tower kedarpur bsnl tower. Bad service jio who use your tower service is so fast jio use your fiber optical cable jio service is so fast from bsnl & no call drops. Plz Improve bsnl then you save poor people who believe like me some one save bsnl.🙏🙏
