No. of complaints raised at local exchange, area manager & at CGM/BSNL/Kolkata without any results. Please arrange permanent disconnection

The Fiber cuts frequently in the city and Restoration takes 2-3 days, sometimes even more. In a billing cycle at least you experience 5 times such incident. God may help BSNL 🙏
