Girls responding to calls hearing problems advises to call after 2 hours under some pretexts . It ha happened to me for last few days and just now 10 minutes back again . Please stop such farce .

Raised multiple request to customer care but every time they close the complain in 28 days to meet the goal without solving issue.Visited the bsnl office in ITI, kr Puram Bangalore,Official said there is no staff so can't help.
