@BSNLCorporate Bsnl is ignorant toward customer services. Bsnl Employees are clueless and franchisee charges money without providing bills for FTTH installation services. If we complaint to bsnl exchange franchisee won't give connection.

It is after trying and failing all attempts, to get services for which we are paying, we have no other solution except to bring it to your attention. A small community of veterans are staying in Raksha Vihar, Bhopal. The only ISP available in our vicinity is BSNL.

@yabhishekhd BSNL 4G election se 6 mahine phle launch hoga. Wo bhi agar Jio 5G tier 2 mein launch hoga jab. Warna fir 3 mahine ka delay. Abhi to equipment k liye order hi nhi dia. Network equipment bhi nhi aaya h. Kam se kam 8 months from now for pan india launch if tender floated in feb.

@BSNL_OR There is no service from last 3-4 days. If we complained to JTO then in answer if you are not satisfied with our service then you can disconnect fiber net of BSNL because we can’t give you proper service. My fiber conn. No is 66772291277, mob no 9937476757

@BSNLCorporate Still no resolution????? Beware from BSNL terrible services as they're not able to resolve customer issues. My security refund is still pending and @BSNLCorporate team is doing just time pas. No one taking action against pg section and PVH gurgaon officers for no resolution.
