    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I have been using BSNL since 2014. Recently, I upgraded to a 4G SIM. Now, the problem is that whenever there is a power outage, the BSNL signal also disappears.

    @NPCI_BHIM It's been over 72 hours. ₹153 was debited from my account and, as per your message, credited to the merchant. But the BSNL recharge failed — no service was received. If the payment was successful, why wasn't the recharge processed? Please refund my money immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio today a message came to my number(BSNL) that a porting request has been done for a number, and they've put my number as an alternate number. I am not aware of any such request of any person. I hope you'll help me sorting this issue. I'll share details in dm

    @bsnl_care No matter what you do… when the BSNL local office itself is not willing to work, what’s the point of customer service? No resolution, no accountability — just closing complaints without fixing anything. Absolutely frustrating!

    @AVE_603 we are forgetting one thing jio. The govt gave BSNL infrastructure to these dhandos, and they enjoyed profits. I don't have a problem with this, but why didn't these dhandos invest in R&D? They started outsourcing from chinkis. BJP capitalism starts and ends with ambani/adani
