    @lavanyadeepak Sir/Madam,  It is intimated that Shastri Nagar Sub Post Office has been temporarily merged with the Adyar Sub Post Office, as the distance between the two Post Offices does not satisfy the prescribed establishment criteria. Further it has been observed that the distance between Adyar Post Office and the merged Shastri Nagar Post Office is approximately 800 metres to 1 kilometre, which is below the prescribed norm for opening a separate post office.              However, the Sub Postmaster of Adyar has been instructed to accord equal and efficient service to customers whose accounts were transferred from the Shastri Nagar Post Office as well as the existing Adyar Post Office account holders and to ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers so as to minimize inconvenience and provide efficient postal and savings bank services to all customers.            Further, it is intimated that a field examination has already been initiated to assess the prevailing situation and examine the feasibility of implementing suitable measures in accordance with departmental guidelines. In connection with server connectivity issues, it is intimated that he BSNL link at Mumbai has been down since this morning due to a power outage at the Data Centre and is currently under restoration.         Hence, online postal services (SB/PLI) could not be rendered across the country on 03.06.2026.          However, the issue has already been taken up with BSNL team for early restoration of services.          Inconvenience caused in this regard is regretted.

    This Is a total harassment from BSNL side. I have submitted broadband disconnect letter to bsnl staff in their service centre 1.5 years backIN SHAHEED DWEEP at that time I don't have any outstanding.but now they send me lok Adalat notice

    to connect to Dolphin that shows up occassionally when it feels like it ? Sure as hell am shifting BSNL SIMs to Airtel. Sad part is 1 is 20 years old & second about 12 years old. You just don't give a 💩 about your loyal clients. Forget 3G-4G even 2G/GPRS sucks. #bsnl_sucks

    @aNostalgic90s Jio and Vi over BSNL and Airtel. Jio may have some network issue but it's not going to scam like Airtel.
