    @cgmbsnlupe my bsnl no 0120 2456735, D-63 , sector 30 noida has been out of service for past one month. The customer care and online complaint services say my no is not functional while I am paying the bill 4 last 2 yrs and my broadband is also working.

    @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate whenever electricity has been gone off for more than 1hour,bsnl coverage in our area is also gone within 1hr...If your mobile tower cant even stand without electricity for one hour..What kind of service is that??We need immediate solution..

    @rsprasad I am a user of BSNL Airfibre. There has been issue in broadband connection since one week in Gaurichak, patna. We talked to officials but the progress has been very very slow. Kindly look into it. Our net connection is shut off since one week.

    @CMDBSNL Sir,who sits on BSNL customercare disconnects the call without answering.Even after 2 calls the problem of a consumer is not being diagnosed.They have converted one of their sim 4G but it has been 2 days So far his SIM is not operational, you are requested to solve this
