    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Still issue not solved, but messages is coming, complaint resolved. How bsnl resolving complaint without solve the problem. Really bsnl services are amazing. Like this reason lot of people going away from bsnl.

BSNL has highest & largest coverage .BSNL survived through congress but was reduced to garbage by BJP in a decade in favor of pvt.     I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain
