    Jio fiber has ruined my life in lockdown. There service is so pathetic that the company is working like BSNL way. Jio is not taking care of the problems of connection. My RMN is 9310011688.

    @BSNLCorporate very poor internet connectivity and network. Even app is not working. Neither at home nor in office network is full. Why people buy bsnl SIM? Think on this and your service. If unable go for Privitazation then I will work.

    @VodafoneIN Unfortunately it’s of no help. Coz I personally cross checked the the status of account with BSNL office n they said there is no problem at their end but apparently there was no MNP request showing in their system

    @haryanabsnl It is a matter of great shame for BSNL that no mobile net work is coming in sector 8 Faridabad . Before lock down net work was coming on the road and on the roof MyBSNL no is 9467904981

    @BSNL_West_UP my bsnl no 0120 2456735, D-63 , sector 30 noida has been out of service for past one month. The customer care and online complaint services say my no is not functional while I am paying the bill 4 last 2 yrs and my broadband is also working.

    @VodafoneIN I don’t hv any alternate number. Just coz fault is at Vodafone’s end the issue has been escalate to appellate office and it’s been resolved still my services r not restored by BSNL coz ur company has not updated any communication to BSNL

    @1mgOfficial @tandon_prashant the customer service is sooooo horrible it makes bsnl feel like zappos in comparison. Fix your ****. Tell your cs to stop blaming customers for system glitches. You are losing a 5 yr old customer because your customer care team called me a liar instead of fixing

    @rsprasad Problem of non existance of Mobile signal in sec 8 Faridabad has been existing prior to NDA 1 rule and it is because of MTNL as in NCR ,MTNL is the signal provider and this the the root cause of the problem.Can you bring BSNL in Faridabad, RESOLVE

    @BSNLCorporate It is clear that you are unaware of the problem facing by BSNL customers There is no mobile signals in Faridabad in sectors 8,9,7,6, 2,4, except sector 15 where BSNL office is situated.This is your responsibility to provide mobile signals

    @BSNLCorporate 5GB data is useless because of network is not available in Faridabad Haryana. I have recently port my no. Buts it's my mistake. In 24 hour only 10 hr network signal available. At my home & office zero signal of BSNL. If we want to use BSNL I need to go outside of my home & office

    @bsnl_care My father, a long-time BSNL subscriber, is experiencing intermittent network outages and poor signal stability. He is sometimes unable to initiate outgoing calls, and there are frequent call drops during active conversations. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest.

    For 10 years, a financially struggling PSU, BSNL, forgot to bill Reliance Jio for using its tower network. The bill they forgot totaled 1750 Crores. Then the CAG pointed out this error. Reliance quietly paid up but not before the lapse was pointed out and the amount that was paid off is not known. Now if you file an RTI, you may be called anti-national and a out-of-job cockroach. The question is, who will pay for the interest on the outstanding amount that BSNL did not bill and Reliance did not pay? After all, that is not a small amount. If one was to consider 1750 Crores over a period of 10 years, it would come to 175 Crores per year. Calculating interest at 8% per year would lead to a loss of 770 Crores (calculating 175 Crores pending for 10 years, followed by 175 Crores pending for 9 years, and so on and so forth). 770 Crores isn't even without compounding the outstanding on an annual basis! Who will bear that loss? And was this billing error or deliberate? After all Reliance Jio is one of the leading telecom operators that is making massive profits and can easily afford to pay the interest. 770 Crores would be enough to pay around 5,133 people the promised 15,00,000.
