A recurring charge of ₹90 is being charged for ONT, which was never supplied/installed by #BSNL. This needs to be stopped, and the already-charged amount refunded. Please also note that the aggrieved customer is a Senior Citizen. @iKumarSushil

By forcing BSNL to rely on MTNL network in Delhi/NCR and Mumbai circles (and MTNL didn't give a damn about servicing BSNL customers, who got completely screwed in the process). BSNL has LOTS of very valuable Land Banks.

@aravindputrevu @PixxelSpace Ironically we have jio, BSNL, Airtel tower everywhere in villages, town and cities but last mile connectivity is still the issue. Compared to cities where population is high, companies don't have confidence about how much people will buy connection to recover the setup cost.
