Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.

Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. The tower has been non-functional for the past three or four years. Even when it was operational, the network was poor and 3G didn't work, yet they talk big about introducing 5G. Right now, villagers use the structure to store animal fodder. @bsnl_care

VR (@ramachandra_vr) reported@saysatheesh Typical DMK response!! Whoever is ruling - State or Centre, Govt can never be good in any business management. Take UPA era (even DMK was a partner). How many PSUs lost & closed? HMT, HAL, ITI BSNL - all of them failed when they were exposed to competition from private sector. TASMAC in TN is another example for bad customer service. Air India is another example. Privatising airports maintenance (you are not selling it) & collecting taxes is the best option. BLR, HYD also suffered initially because of AAI (not BJP time!). Later, they were privatised - by UPA... Now you see the difference...
