    @BSNL_BR I am repeatedly stating that there is no one taking action. I have paid bills online and they are not even hearing my issue. They are just ignoring. How many times I have to state this..? I don't want #BSNL connection. Kindly disconnect and adjust my payment.

    @CMDBSNL very poor network signal in Faridabad. I have facing zero network signal connectivity. Please improve network. Recently I have port my no into bsnl. But network problem I am unable to use it. Please do something

    @1mgOfficial @tandon_prashant the customer service is sooooo horrible it makes bsnl feel like zappos in comparison. Fix your ****. Tell your cs to stop blaming customers for system glitches. You are losing a 5 yr old customer because your customer care team called me a liar instead of fixing

    @DoT_India In loksabha ,Hon.Ashwani Vashnav,told house that BSNL is improving network but in NCR,MTNL is providing network.Why is this MTNL not merged with BSNL?In Faridabad in sector 8, MTNL had been failed and still failed to provide network,Takeaction

    @ind1a_USA @GauravPandhi @RahulGandhi Then after 2014 Mukesh Ambani launches jio. Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Then why government of India didn't give this opportunity to bsnl or any other mobile service provider?

    @BSNLCorporate It is clear that you are unaware of the problem facing by BSNL customers There is no mobile signals in Faridabad in sectors 8,9,7,6, 2,4, except sector 15 where BSNL office is situated.This is your responsibility to provide mobile signals

    @BSNLCorporate 5GB data is useless because of network is not available in Faridabad Haryana. I have recently port my no. Buts it's my mistake. In 24 hour only 10 hr network signal available. At my home & office zero signal of BSNL. If we want to use BSNL I need to go outside of my home & office

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am extremely fadeup with the behaviour and response of BSNL and its employees. Neither they resolved my bill payment issue nor they accept the line disconnection. Now i feel why people prefer any network rather than #BSNL .

    @BSNLCorporate My #BSNL fiber not been working properly from past many days (Complaint no: 1053468270). Please look into the issue on priority. Since it has the monopoly in my area hence I have no choice but soon #JioFiber is going to come, hence will definitely switch. #internet

    @BSNLCorporate It's not switched off.. Probably no network of bsnl.. Call on airtel.. It will always connect..

    in bsnl exchange because the AC or cooling system OFF after day off. And after a few hours the internet stopped working. According to the BSNL vendor this problem is occurring on the side of BSNL Exchange in Ladwa due to server overheating.

    Today I recharged my phone number with ₹599 . With the help of retailer. The recharge did not come instantly. I call customer care , they told me to wait for 48 hr for your recharge to be credited. Thanks BSNL for telling me that you are not worth of. #BSNL #DoT dep.of telecomm.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India reality of BSNL internet - They ask for 3500 to 5000 Rs. For connection, modem etc. then every month u have to pay around 707 Rs(depending on plan) then every other day, internet will be down. U keep calling their contact numbers, they keep giving excuse

    @BSNLCorporate Respected BSNL team. My BSNL Bharat fiber broadband is not working from last 1 week , I even launched a complaint but nothing happened then I called the customer care they were not able to help and even not note my landline number properly. Plz act on sir.

    Once again network down - no intimation of disruption, this is 5th time in a week - check how pathetic your services are @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - no care at all - JIO and BSNL have started service to my area so now not at all dependent, either improve or let go
