And we have to think about for switch in to other operator service. As we need of high speed data internet which is not possible in BSNL service because BSNL is running 10 year back than market.

Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.

I’m having a BSNL number since 2000, discontinued it 1yrback due to no signal issue. Again renewed it but again no signal.
