Every alternate hour phone network goes on no service. With this kind of attitude doesn’t look Service will go better in future even if govt bails out BSNL.

Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Recd service call 4m BSNL twice on 30sept19 regards to MNP. Post dat no update on the date or time when port wil b done. @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio

But it looks like to you guys postpaid customers are more important than prepaid coz the app only gives personalised service if porting done to postpaid n not prepaid.

They issued me a replacement SIM after Aadhaar verification and ₹60 payment, assuring activation within 6 hours. It has now been 7 days and it is still not activated.
