Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. BSNL Vo-Wifi doesn't work on most Mobiles. 4G as a service launched in the Mumbai City area also doesn't work. The network goes completely dead in the Mumbai area. Promises are meant to be broken, BSNL.
