@BSNL_BR I am repeatedly stating that there is no one taking action. I have paid bills online and they are not even hearing my issue. They are just ignoring. How many times I have to state this..? I don't want #BSNL connection. Kindly disconnect and adjust my payment.

@BSNLCorporate Sir thanks for your quick response and support. Finally I can't used the 4g network. And we have to think about for switch in to other operator service. As we need of high speed data internet which is not possible in BSNL service because BSNL is running 10 year back than market.

@ind1a_USA @GauravPandhi @RahulGandhi Then after 2014 Mukesh Ambani launches jio. Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Then why government of India didn't give this opportunity to bsnl or any other mobile service provider?

@BSNLCorporate 5GB data is useless because of network is not available in Faridabad Haryana. I have recently port my no. Buts it's my mistake. In 24 hour only 10 hr network signal available. At my home & office zero signal of BSNL. If we want to use BSNL I need to go outside of my home & office

@AshwiniVaishnaw The BSNL is not existing at all in NOIDA and Ghaziabad. I have tried all the other players - only LIP service they provide. I am staying at 18 th floor at Eldeco Amantran Society in Sector 119, Noida. Only hope is BSNL. Seek your intervention.

@PMOIndia @CimGOI A suggestion, surrender MTNL & BSNL to private vendors for managing complete services. I have had troubles for total of weeks between April+July with no internet & voice services. Maybe privatization is a better solution here because training is out of question.

@akashaman123 @sudhirmehtapune Network for disaster can be provided by any telco as a Service. BSNL in very rare scenarios provide network to the defence (other telco can provide that service too).. mostly defence uses their own network. BSNL has large Chinese gear deployed in the country!

@motherrr @Subhash_ati9 That may be true for urban areas. Once outside Metro and Tier 1,2, cities no private network operator makes substantial investments to build network. They have been providing service on BSNL's 3G network.

@VedantRajKabra Jio is gaining subscribers because Vodafone is losing them. As you said, speed and connectivity are important, and Jio is providing a better service vs Vodafone. Customers dont have an option atm. With BSNL coming in, with hopefully good service, customers will have an option.
