    @BSNLCorporate Worst service provider Worst in handling your customers Internet speed given 0.05 k/s,0.35k/s,0.75 k/s etc Complained many times few months ago But now when I am trying to call BSNL customer care service ring goes on and on but nobody is picking up the calls👎

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

    Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I am unable to connect to customer care. It's really urgent to access my sim as it is linked to my adhar card. But I am not getting any help from BSNL executive. Can you please look into this matter and do the needful.

    @BSNL_KTK I am not able to receive SMS from my BSNL number. I can send SMS just fine, but cannot receive SMS since the past 3 days. Also, I have call forwarding enabled, and I can call from and receive calls to that number. Please help

    From 19th July till today my Jio settop box is yet to activate, getting no response from them.Poor service management by jio team Guwahati. My suggestion to all new wannabe jio fibre connection, plss think twice before paying them instead try our age old BSNL #JioFiber

    @BSNLCorporate i tried changing my ftth broadband plan online but it only offers upgrading the plan to much higher plans. I would like to downgrade my monthly plan. Visited bsnl office but it didn't help.
