    Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

    @BSNLCorporate Worst service provider Worst in handling your customers Internet speed given 0.05 k/s,0.35k/s,0.75 k/s etc Complained many times few months ago But now when I am trying to call BSNL customer care service ring goes on and on but nobody is picking up the calls👎

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

    I am facing so many issues using @BSNLCorporate . Even after recharging not able to make calls msgs and internet is no even working. @BSNL_RJ in this lockdown how to visit bsnl office and resolve this issue. This issue arose so many times earlier but this is too worst to handle.

    Hi @geekyranjit!! I am having BSNL FTTH with a Sharp Modem(Dual Band). But the problem is when I am searching for 5Ghz input to my TP-Link wifi extender (RE305 & RE200), it's not detecting the 5Ghz band but the same is detected by mobile. Any specific settings in the modem req?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @CMDBSNL FTTH line number 0674-2953532 was disconnected without any cause. BSNL has been harassing me without any cause. I have nothing to clarify to BSNL. I’ll wait till Monday. If there is no solution, I must go for legal action and human rights.

    @rsprasad Sir i am a IT egg staying in my native (284122) due to this pandemic.Sir network connection is very poor in my town and its taking toll on my WFH.tried for BSNL broadband which only works when power is on still they refused to provide services. Please help me out sir.
