@BSNLCorporate Worst service provider Worst in handling your customers Internet speed given 0.05 k/s,0.35k/s,0.75 k/s etc Complained many times few months ago But now when I am trying to call BSNL customer care service ring goes on and on but nobody is picking up the calls👎

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

@BSNLCorporate if possible please return my money ₹499. Your network is hurt me again and again. Now I want to port out from BSNL. Very disappointing #BSNL . One of the poor network in India.

@ViCustomerCare Recently ported from BSNL to VI .. but your knowledgeable representative who delivered the SIM mistakenly added the same ported BSNL number as alternate number so could not get televerification code..kindly solve this issue..

@unraveaero @JSR_Sunshines I was one of the oldest clients of BSNL landline, then mobile, then broad band in my locality but I had to surrender after experiencing repeated problems of connectivity and tarrif issues. Even I hv not got back my security deposit of LL till date despite reminders.

And add to it none of the complaint numbers are working here, they are always busy( as expected purposely) and no reply to emails to the complaints. The only broadband where you pay a heavy amount upfront to remain frustrated forever. #bsnl @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

Internet outage at wardha is very common. Some time its for 24 hours and sometime for 48 hours...worst service we are getting but we are good to pay bills on time. I am bsnl customer for airfiber. @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate

@unraveaero My BSNL number was out of order for months, only BSNL calls that number to inform me about payment due which is paid religiously via regular bank transfer request. No looping back about service quality @BSNLCorporate can't improve anymore?
