    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

    Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

    @BSNLCorporate Worst service provider Worst in handling your customers Internet speed given 0.05 k/s,0.35k/s,0.75 k/s etc Complained many times few months ago But now when I am trying to call BSNL customer care service ring goes on and on but nobody is picking up the calls👎

    I have tried calling the BSNL office but they just stall it by saying everything is fine from our end and maybe it is a modem issue.Where as the same modem in other location in working fine.And my friends using BSNL from other locations are getting good upload & download speeds.

    I have ported my Sim From BSNL to Airtel before 3 days now my New SIM is activated but Retailer haven't done the FRC Yet and it's still pending I'm unable use the call and Internet facilities and I have try to connect Customer care but they did not connect me. @Airtel_Presence

    !dea Before merger with Vodafone I was satisfied with !dea & BSNL after merger with Vodafone my satisfaction turned into dissatisfaction. I am not satisfied with current Vodafone network services in my !dea SIM card. @Idea @BSNLCorporate . Waiting for BSNL 4G.

    @BSNL_OR BSNL is too much unfriendly to customers. Without providing service they want monthly bills to be paid. Without prior information they have also deactivated mobile.Their customer service is very very poor. It is high time to close down this Nagam forthwith.

    @BSNL_KOTD @AshwiniVaishnaw my mobile is lost and i hv get new replacement sim. But still after 10 days, it still not activated. Great service by bsnl. Whereas jio is activated with 1 hr. Is govt bounding us to join private cellular service provider...
