    1/2 We called up BSNL Official stating the urgency for reconnection but all request went down the drain. Poor service & pathetic attitude of Staff is the reason why BSNL customers have ported out from your services. Job of few hours is not done in weeks. Really shameful act.

    @Sumit_Sh23 @BSNLCorporate Don't go with BSNL.BSNL's after sell service is worst than Airtel.BSNL always welcomes new customer but they don't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems.If customers complaint a probleme then they takes handsup.

    @CMOfficeAssam Guwahati, capital of Assam, gateway to NE still BSNL net service 3G. World is going for 5G. Atleast we should get 4G service, what is your view? Atleast this is to be bring into the notice of central government

    @Paytmcare non payment of mobile bill amounting RS 465.92. Talked with the operator(bsnl) they haven't recieved any payment. Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.

    @narendramodi Sir Iam very much regret to inform you that BSNL service in Guwahati, Assam is vv poor,3G but poor version. World is going for 5G. You are promising 4G in Arunachal, Ladakh etc. What is our fault? Please look into it.

    I REQUEST GOI TO REDUCE THE TAX ON FMCG PRODUCTS AND ALSO INVEST IN NEW COMPANIES NOT IN OLD ONCES LIKE AIR INDIA OR BSNL IF YOU DO I BET OUR GDP WILL COME DOWN TO 5.3% RAILWAY NEED SOME INVESTMENT nd try to increase the wages of govt employees

    Tried to pay the postpaid bill of mobile as usual through the MY BSNL application. After selecting payment through upi and paying the amount, the MY BSNL app got closed and the amount got deducted. Tried calling customer service. Please help. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @DoT_India

    @TRAI Dear Sirs, originally I was a customer of BSNL. Vv poor service, so I ported to Reliance- same problem ported to jio- poor service ported to BSNL - again same problem vv poor service .NOW WHAT TO DO?

    @DCKamrupMetro @CMOfficeAssam Another issue remains unattended: Post of APDCL & BSNL in various parts of the city were previously erected in such a manner that these posts now became hazardous/accidentprone/some posts come middle of the road due to road widening. Road corners & junctions need early attention.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl saying that new tower is planned!! What a ****? When requested to fix the problem in current tower by fixing UPS, bsnl is saying about new tower. Do bringing new tower is solution to fix UPS in old tower? @PMOIndia @narendramodi is this the way bsnl working??

    @omnamaha333 @narendramodi @VivaTech I wanna be in bsnl coz it's a govt company while jio and Airtel is private. If bsnl don't have a wide network service then who is responsible for it ? For your kind information criticism is integral part of democracy. If public will have no problem and issue there'll be no devlop, I can see your mentality level by his response.

    @bsnl_care I am tired of your solutions. Since 8 months you done nothing Inspite of repeated complaints. You just registered dockets & closed. I am waiting till sep 26 my my recharge end. I will port out. Sorry I don’t want your worst service. Bsnl a white elephant because of staff only.

    @SayantikaSays Try @BSNLCorporate . And I am not joking. It is best if it's available in your area. No BS service. I never heard these lines from BSNL, which I kept hearing from other providers like Jio and Airtel. "We won't give you the router password" "You can't use your own router, even if ours is ******. What do you mean you have a better router and modem? Hou must pay us a subscription for this mesh thing instead" "No, you can't use Google or CloudFlare's DNS, you must use ours. What if it's slow? If you change, how will we snoop on you and inject our advertisements into your browser?" "No, you can't open a port for you. For that, you must buy a static IP from us. Why is a static IP needed to open a port? Who knows. But we won't allow it unless you pay us extra" In the last 3 years, I have only had 2 outages on BSNL, 30-40 minutes max. While on Airtel, I had caught their staff removing my cable from their box and adding a new one for a new connection, and then making me wait till they finally got a new box after a week. They just didn't want to make a new customer wait, so they simply assigned my slot to them. And their customer care and local staff wasn't even ready to accept it, unless I showed the CCTV footage and a video of my cable literally being thrown on the side of their box, not even connected, while they were claiming that there's some backend issue.
