    Tried to pay the postpaid bill of mobile as usual through the MY BSNL application. After selecting payment through upi and paying the amount, the MY BSNL app got closed and the amount got deducted. Tried calling customer service. Please help. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @DoT_India

    What's Wrong with #BSNL service i have two BSNL number at my home both plan got expired & i tried to recharge atleast 10 to 15 times on both my number with taking different plans but everything it show something is wrong... I have tried with different payment apps & accounts too

    Internet is essential a service one can't do without. Hope BSNL start realising this. Such pathetic service. No one turned up even today for repairing.

    @narendramodi Sir Iam very much regret to inform you that BSNL service in Guwahati, Assam is vv poor,3G but poor version. World is going for 5G. You are promising 4G in Arunachal, Ladakh etc. What is our fault? Please look into it.

    @Sumit_Sh23 @BSNLCorporate Don't go with BSNL. BSNL's after sell service is worst then Airtel. BSNL always welcomes new customer but they didn't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems. If customers complaint a probleme they taking handsup.

    @TRAI Dear Sirs, originally I was a customer of BSNL. Vv poor service, so I ported to Reliance- same problem ported to jio- poor service ported to BSNL - again same problem vv poor service .NOW WHAT TO DO?

    @Paytmcare non payment of mobile bill amounting RS 465.92. Talked with the operator(bsnl) they haven't recieved any payment. Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.

    @AnkitGangar @IndiaTodayTech If BSNL closes, entire my area (Maj Jajori) will go off air as no other operator network present here. Only bsnl 2g here, not even any other 2g 3g or 4g signal present.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @CMOfficeAssam @narendramodi @DoT_India @TRAI @rsprasad If BSNL closes, then entire Maj Jajori area of Nagaon(Assam) will go off air and will disconnected from the entire world. BSNL is the only operator giving service(2G) in the area. Don't let BSNL close

    I am a #BSNL broadband consumer 03612236223, sadly my net is not working since Tuesday and I have contacted the line man multiple times but it is of no use. Can you imagine this kind of service from private companies. This is why people don't use #BSNL anymore.@BSNL_AS

    @BSNL_AS @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP We have been following up with BSNL Guwahati for reconnection of Mobile Number 9435269111 / 9435275111 & 9435276111 from last 5 days. No payment outstanding. Inspite of requests to officials & customer care, nothing has been done. Pls intervene

    1/2 We called up BSNL Official stating the urgency for reconnection but all request went down the drain. Poor service & pathetic attitude of Staff is the reason why BSNL customers have ported out from your services. Job of few hours is not done in weeks. Really shameful act.

    @PTI_News It's OK, spent 1.64 lakh crore for BSNL's service to interior where private telecom does not go. Similar to what SBI. But the government must find a way to get rid of the useless corrupt officials, who are solely responsible for its downfall. Outsourcing to private is a solution.

    @BSNLCorporate As we bsnl costomers one thing we observe is ...if we don't recharge all incoming and outgoing going will be stopped..if we do recharge all incoming and outgoing going as well as network will not work..end of the day every thing is same for Us
