    @BSNLCorporate @MessiPugal Yes , I am also faceing same problem, Infact I have changed my SIM also from BSNL office, then to I am facing same issue. And call drops after 3-5 min calls

    @Ravisutanjani It is all relative, depends from place to place and time to time, for example BSNL used to be great, it got bad, but, it is improving again now. I have more good experiences with government departments and a few bad ones.

    @PranavRwt @BSNLCorporate Yes it’s better to stop using bsnl and better to port to other good network taking @BSNLCorporate taking complaints but not resolving network issues.

    @BSNLCorporate Other company give 5G network but BSNl not provide 3G network proper.. 200+ complaint note down but not resolved problem this is service @BSNL_GJ . When no electricity than BSNL network not available.. Very bad service provide by @BSNL_GJ

    @BSNLCorporate Please read my letters which are attached. The issue relates to non availability of cellular mobile network in tharu tribal villages of District Lakhimpur Kheri where BSNL is not even able to ensure proper functioning of its tower in BelaParsua, Nighasan +dozens of other places.
