    @BSNLCorporate Dear @BSNLCorporate, When I called, I discovered that he had left BSNL long ago! This shows the complete lack of coordination and accountability in your system. This is exactly why people are moving to private operators. Reliable connectivity and prompt support matter.

For a new BharatNet Rural Fibre connection, the first bill generally includes pro-rata charges for the applicable period along with 18% GST and ₹599 as a security deposit.     @KRUTVIJ @piyush_trades Every indian with IQ higher than 70 could tell what jio was gonna do. I proudly never took jio connection. I used BSNL and now airtel. If airtel increase the my black bill again, I will dismantle the black install local wifi and get my Sim back on prepaid only.

    We shifted to a new apartment in March& FTTH was shifted. As per your technical staff now when we place a complaint through the bsnl app the complaint continues to go to those managing the connections in the old apartment. Phone and internet are not working. Help @bsnl_care
