In my opinion, don’t switch to BSNL without checking the network coverage first. I have personally been struggling with network issues for the last 8 months. Complaints are registered, but there is still no proper resolution. The complaint is taken, but the actual problem remains unresolved. So, please check the network in your area first and then decide whether to switch to BSNL.

Despite filing 20+ complaints on CPGRAMS, there's zero resolution and the service is terrible. Stop doing paid promotions and check the negative comments on BSNL page!
