@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Will BSNL provide solution to the problem faced by many people in my area. Nobody is listening to my problem. There is network, call drop and signal strength issue. Internet speed of BSNL 3G is worst. To download 40Mb app it takes 4-5 hrs. Imagine this!

@TRAI This is not an individual problem. People living in this area are facing a lot of problem with many network operators like BSNL, Jio, Airtel etc. I have tried every network and complaining since last year, yet no resolution provided. Please help so that i can save my time.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL After a few years, I again dared to move to BSNL, but decision proved totally wrong. BSNL cant improve quality of service. Anyways, tried changing Sim paying ₹ 50 also, still in vain.

Third party vendors for providing broadband service are looting money from BSNL customers and not providing good service. Within a month, they lost around 10 connection nearby me for same reason including me. @BSNLCorporate please help me to get my money back.

@atul7107 @Parody_at_par @PiyushGoyal How long BSNL is there and till 1995 no other player was there. What stopped them for good 45 yrs to give world class service ? Air India has lost billions of dollars ? Had maximum slots of flying but poor customer services. How running air india is important to nation ?
