@TRAI This is not an individual problem. People living in this area are facing a lot of problem with many network operators like BSNL, Jio, Airtel etc. I have tried every network and complaining since last year, yet no resolution provided. Please help so that i can save my time.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Will BSNL provide solution to the problem faced by many people in my area. Nobody is listening to my problem. There is network, call drop and signal strength issue. Internet speed of BSNL 3G is worst. To download 40Mb app it takes 4-5 hrs. Imagine this!

Hi @BSNLCorporate BSNL broadband internet is not working in our area (Bawal, Haryana). My FTTH No. 1284297585. Local technician said there’s a circle-wide issue, escalated to DOT and BSNL higher management. But it’s been 2 days — still no resolution! @DoT_India @TRAI

BSNL is having problems inside the house, problems outside the house too, there are many problems when making calls, there is a signal and two spots, this problem has been going on for a long time, it is not being resolved even after giving complaints @BSNLCare @BSNLCorporate

1/3 I would like to bring to your notice that the BSNL mobile tower located in my village is not functioning properly. The main issue is that the tower works only when electricity is available, and as soon as the power supply goes off, the mobile network disappears completely.

@BSNL_CHTD Dear Bsnl pls don't mislead customers by mentioning congestion free network. Still you never provide carrier Aggregation in your network to switch between voice and 4g data when call comes data disconnected like vice versa improve indoor signal quality @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

@BSNLCorporate I purchased a new BSNL SIM today. The agent told me to call 1507 at 7 PM for activation, but after inserting the SIM it shows “Not registered on network.” How can I call 1507 if the SIM isn’t connecting to the network? Please help. @BSNL_KOTD

mobile connection is liable for barring if not 1/2 verified. Kindly visit nearest BSNL Customer Service (CSC)/Retailer along with original ID proof for re-verification to update your KYC. Kindly ignore if already re-verified. - BSNLTN 2/2
