    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Will BSNL provide solution to the problem faced by many people in my area. Nobody is listening to my problem. There is network, call drop and signal strength issue. Internet speed of BSNL 3G is worst. To download 40Mb app it takes 4-5 hrs. Imagine this!

    @TRAI This is not an individual problem. People living in this area are facing a lot of problem with many network operators like BSNL, Jio, Airtel etc. I have tried every network and complaining since last year, yet no resolution provided. Please help so that i can save my time.

    @BSNL_AS Sir i m not saying bsnl network is not working....i m saying there is only 2g network in my area.....there is no way i can connect to internet due to absence of 3g services in the area...

    @mohitkashyap03 @bhadreshkmodi @DepTelecom Then you are a lucky guy..I used BSNL for more than 12 years, their service was beyond the description of "pathetic" their call centre executives were groping in the dark. Amusingly, BSNL is the only service provider who charges 7k plus as cable charges for BB installation.

    Recently port Bsnl my number- 8016524407 west bengal circle.There are some problems.If you call this number from any other numer that being said"The incoming call facility to this Bsnl number is currently not available"and no sms coming.But i can make outgoing calls.@BSNL_KOTD

    @BSNLCorporate Sir What going on with BSNL Network, I don't get one signal at home when i complaint to BSNL Network team and when they visit they said No tower now is working in your area. Sir Now We Going to 5G but Look BSNL Network and complaint.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, Its been like 15 days my FTTH connection problem is not resolved since after contacting BSNL vendor from 12 August 2021. Problem is persisting after contacting multiple times.

    @CMDBSNL But the bond between bsnl and peoples are very bad. Especially with the Fiber Connection. We are requesting a new fiber connection for more than 6 months. But still no reply.
