    @TRAI This is not an individual problem. People living in this area are facing a lot of problem with many network operators like BSNL, Jio, Airtel etc. I have tried every network and complaining since last year, yet no resolution provided. Please help so that i can save my time.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Will BSNL provide solution to the problem faced by many people in my area. Nobody is listening to my problem. There is network, call drop and signal strength issue. Internet speed of BSNL 3G is worst. To download 40Mb app it takes 4-5 hrs. Imagine this!

    @IncomeTaxIndia : is mr. Anil kumar Jha Ward 41(3)(1) Mumbai would be responsible for anything that would happen to me and my family member. He has sent my family a notice of 81 Lakh for owning a house after a long 35 yrs of service by my father with BSNL from his savings.

    Always support PSU, so the #bsnl but how long at the cost of poor services, have 5G sim not getting proper 4G. sometimes getting singals as e+, H+, rarely as 4G, that too in city. Any solution @BSNL_JKD @BSNL_BR or have to go for MNP?

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL It somebody gets a new #BSNL connection or port to #BSNL, can't you send a Welcome SMS to the new customer. This will show a good gesture & their new SIM is activated & ready to use. Is this a service. See... How you can improve the service.

    @BSNLCorporate I’ve visited multiple BSNL offices to get the ₹1 SIM, but staff keep saying “out of stock” or “offer not available,” even after customer care confirmed it. Can you confirm if I can get the ₹1 SIM in Jayanagar 4th Block?

    @hbfetr I started using GooglePay in 2020 ig. So it's just like my BSNL. Unless it's not giving me any problem, I don't have any reason to change.

    @BSNLCorporate I hv bn tryng to speak with ur cust care. bt still no help. Will some1 help me fixing my issue? not able to get the stable connection and getting bills every month. Does BSNL only know siphoning money?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ @DoT_India 🚨 URGENT: BSNL tower at Village Bhurakoi, Ta. Petlad, Dist. Anand, Gujarat (388430) has been completely dead for 5+ DAYS Hundreds of villagers have ZERO signal - no calls, no SMS, no data. Local citizens & students are badly affected. #Bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate Even after recharging, incoming and outgoing calls are still barred. Upon calling customer service, they asked me to visit the BSNL office, which is approximately 20km away. Is this a practical solution and the support expected?
