@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Will BSNL provide solution to the problem faced by many people in my area. Nobody is listening to my problem. There is network, call drop and signal strength issue. Internet speed of BSNL 3G is worst. To download 40Mb app it takes 4-5 hrs. Imagine this!

@paranjoygt @JM_Scindia A humble request: Before switching to BSNL, please check the BSNL network in your area. In my opinion, don’t switch to BSNL without checking the network coverage first. I have personally been struggling with network issues for the last 8 months. Complaints are registered, but there is still no proper resolution. The complaint is taken, but the actual problem remains unresolved. So, please check the network in your area first and then decide whether to switch to BSNL.

@Saurav_DC @MukAn_X I recently got to know that BSNL has already rolled out 4G in my city long time back, I just had to get my SIM upgraded to use 4G network. Ever since the sim upgrade I'm happy to use BSNL 4G, which is not superfast but decent and consistent. It gets the work done.

@TRAI Lower the rates, Establish BSNL as top class service provider interms of 5g or 6g with affordable prices, end the duopoly and let there be fair competition for other players

@mahesh_world7 Dear Sir, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand your concern regarding the “Not Found” / service not available error while trying to book a BSNL SIM online for PIN code 444404. Online KYC availability does not necessarily mean that SIM delivery is currently available at every PIN code, as delivery depends on local service and logistics feasibility. We request you to kindly visit your nearest BSNL CSC/authorised retailer to check SIM availability at your location. Regards, BSNL Care (Shatrughan)

Not all people, but only few people were paying high prices. India had highest data costs, yet there were options to recharge for mobile internet for less than ₹100 and get several GB of data. Nowadays, you cannot buy several gigabytes for under ₹100, data plans are fixed on per-day basis. You must understand what Jio did—they sold SIM cards in the name of free internet and voice calls, built a huge customer base, and raised prices drastically so much so that users have to move towards BSNL. Earlier there were many telecom comapnies; today there is a duopoly. As far as inflation is concerned, low income families reject any price hikes whether fuel crossing ₹100 per litre or higher telecom charges.
