@TRAI This is not an individual problem. People living in this area are facing a lot of problem with many network operators like BSNL, Jio, Airtel etc. I have tried every network and complaining since last year, yet no resolution provided. Please help so that i can save my time.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Will BSNL provide solution to the problem faced by many people in my area. Nobody is listening to my problem. There is network, call drop and signal strength issue. Internet speed of BSNL 3G is worst. To download 40Mb app it takes 4-5 hrs. Imagine this!

@GTPL_Care availed your internet service about a month ago and it’s been down since over 2 weeks. Getting a run around from your technician & not much help from ur customer care. I have BSNL at other location & can surely say that GTPL service is worse than BSNL. Please help.

Imagine BSNL is the sole NetworkProvider in the country. Opening the industry means companies like Jio can now do the same business

@BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate pls talk to JTO Srinagar (Mob. 9411581053) there is leased line issue since 24/07 and still media not restored. Internet supply is stuck at Post Office Patisain Uttarakhand. Public services severely hampered on account of BSNL Garhwal.
