    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Will BSNL provide solution to the problem faced by many people in my area. Nobody is listening to my problem. There is network, call drop and signal strength issue. Internet speed of BSNL 3G is worst. To download 40Mb app it takes 4-5 hrs. Imagine this!

    @TRAI This is not an individual problem. People living in this area are facing a lot of problem with many network operators like BSNL, Jio, Airtel etc. I have tried every network and complaining since last year, yet no resolution provided. Please help so that i can save my time.

    @Indianinfoguide Then build the BSNL 5G network which should be better than anyone else. Reduce the BSNL staff and make them work like they're in a private company.

    @Indianinfoguide Believe NDA Government has invested in Vodafone which is under some tax problem but their services comparatively better and is value for money. They may be given some boost to compete well with Jio and Airtel. BSNL/MTNL would need to upgrade their infra in line with 5G.

    @bsnl_care I'm using BSNL Fiber, and for the past week, ZEE5 and Sony Liv OTT platforms have not been working—they appear to be unsubscribed. And I raised complaint for the same but no response so far. Location - Ayothiyapattinam, Salem. Tamil Nadu 636103

    @BSNL_RJ @bsnlraj When I ask any BSNL employee what the problem is, they say that the root cable is cut, so we have to divert the connection.
