Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

Real problem: 50-60% reservation staff who donโt want to work, donโt know how to work, donโt believe in giving service, and are highly corrupt. Because of this, BSNL will never grow like Airtel or Jio.
