    Today I talk to bsnl office andsay I want to disconnect my broadband connection,he say submit the application and bill copy didn't ask why disconnect,I tell because your service very bad no one hair the problems and he disconnect my call. It's india gov company🙏. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW I am facing issues while recharging my bsnl no. 9410287642 I have tried no. of times to reach customer care but phone is not being picked up any of the associates. I have waited for more than 10 minutes. Please help me to get this issue resolved.

    @ABHILASH12121 @BSNLCorporate 05921-297167 Now issue is resolved but really local service not good because last three days I called every one but on one tell I will resolve you issue. Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

    Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

    @suryapsingh_IAS As a customer I need stable connection and service whenever it breaks down , I don’t care if that is BSNL, Airtel or JioFibre.

    According to you which telecom operator provides best customer service ? . BSNL . JIO . Airtel . vI I have good experience with Airtel rest is pathetic. e.g. yesterday I booked a JIO SIM for Home delivery, Jio person didn't showed up and I called him next day and he said, Bhai aap Jio Store se le lo..     @bsnl_care @JM_Scindia @bsnl I applied for a BSNL SIM online and the order was placed successfully, but I haven’t received any update on when or where to collect it. When I contacted customer care, they asked me to search for the CHC myself, saying they can’t access my location

    @bsnl_care BSNL should complaint against BRO in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba HP. Due to BRO double lane work OFC has been breaking for one month. BSNL should send instructions to BRO to complete double lane within 2 months. So people of Pangi get uninterrupted 4Gservice @PMOIndia

    @ParasmeSaurabh I agree with you, bro Lately, my brother booked a Jio SIM via the MyJio app, money got debited from his account, but he ain't received the SIM. I am also using a Jio SIM. Lots of apps are not running through the Jio Network, but when I switch to BSNL, it runs normal. BSNL is my primary number, and Jio is my secondary number.
