Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

@ABHILASH12121 @BSNLCorporate 05921-297167 Now issue is resolved but really local service not good because last three days I called every one but on one tell I will resolve you issue. Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW I am facing issues while recharging my bsnl no. 9410287642 I have tried no. of times to reach customer care but phone is not being picked up any of the associates. I have waited for more than 10 minutes. Please help me to get this issue resolved.

@suryapsingh_IAS As a customer I need stable connection and service whenever it breaks down , I don’t care if that is BSNL, Airtel or JioFibre.

@indtxpyr @skilledinodisha Govt / PSUs never really worked till Modi came to power. Many industries like PSU Banks, NHAI, Shipbuilding, Defence etc have improved drastically. Laggards like Indiapost, BSNL etc still exist. Clearing the filth accumulated over six decades is a huge task and he's doing it.

@BSNLCorporate kindly work on bsnl airfiber. I am using the jio airfiber service and I want to switch to bsnl airfiber. But the bsnl airfiber charge is Rs. 10000.00 as installation charges. But jio charges nothing.

@BSNLCorporate I have sent a letter to the personnel handling BSNL connections in our area requesting disconnection of my account in August 25 and all my dues were cleared. Even till today I am being charged monthly. This is disappointing and uncalled for . Kindly fix please.

@dhakshana8484 You missed the crony capitalism part of this story. The support reliance got from the govt. in terms of policy changes favoring reliance regarding the call interconnecting charges. The bias towards BSNL the governments own undertaking etc. etc....

@BsnlTelangana @BSNLCorporate I have ported my number from Jio ntwrk to BSNL SIM network.I’m unable to receive any calls.I went to the Vemulawada BSNL Office to file a complaint about this issue. No one is on duty. I’m extremely disappointed.I’m unable to receive important calls.
