    why the govt of India unable to set BSNL quality much better than Jio 4G. Like Airtel it's network quality can be improved.We request you sir @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP either BSNL coverage upto the mark of 4G or took strict action towards Jio 4G as they are not providing the quality

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL do'nt fight to Reliance jio or any network with out 4G specturam. You have presantly only 2G/3G and data provide to consumers . This is data very poor or not a sucssese any internet work.

    Once a month the network comes to BSNL, Why the cable of your BSNL is disconnected, why does Jio Airtel not cut again and again, BSNL is absolutely useless, I will refuse all people not to buy BSNL SIM. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD #bsnl #networkissue

    5–6 days without BSNL network. Visited the BSNL Sanchar Haat,Karol bagh no solution, no clarity, and apparently no one bothered. Now @BSNLCorporate responds with a generic “please share details.” How many days does it take to restore a basic telecom service? Please act.

    @JM_Scindia @airtelindia And then there is BSNL. The government has a telecom operator of its own — but years of underinvestment, slower network expansion and service-quality gaps have meant that BSNL isn't yet a realistic alternative for millions of consumers.

    It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care
