    why the govt of India unable to set BSNL quality much better than Jio 4G. Like Airtel it's network quality can be improved.We request you sir @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP either BSNL coverage upto the mark of 4G or took strict action towards Jio 4G as they are not providing the quality

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL do'nt fight to Reliance jio or any network with out 4G specturam. You have presantly only 2G/3G and data provide to consumers . This is data very poor or not a sucssese any internet work.

    @devusinh sirji from two days there is no BSNL service @413605 Murum teshil Umerga district osmanabad Maharashtra .Even the telephone office had no battery backup. Every time the main line gets cut and we face difficulty,so no land line, no cell range, no internet.

    Important note If your state face too many internet cut , atleast have a backup broadband of BSNL , it works without any disturbance , speed is slow but something is better than anything 👍🏻

    @f2000560 interesting. it is a good way to solve it. That said, when i tried, i read the note: "The service had limited reach and only two TSPs were offering this service i.e. MTNL & BSNL."

    @BSNLCorporate I recently opted for BSNL FTTH connection in gorakhpur u.p and there has not been a single month in which j had not faced internet outage in my ftth outages last for about 4-5 hours and are very irritating.I face outage in about every 4-5 days.

    @IndiaAwakened_ Public sector companies are being sold means there is not much to gain from it. Take an example of the public sector - BSNL which is down falling with poor customer service and is still unable to include a proper 4G network.

    From 2 hours i mean seriously Bsnl we r in 2022 5g is going to roll in country but I still struggling for 3g sometimes in phones network is show but immediately it disappears when I try to make a call.solve this fast Bsnl

    we have bsnl broadband connection registered with 029112972613 in jodhpur, @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate . We are facing issue since last month and have complained via call in local vendor. They do not respond and makes excuses everytime. Plz look into the matter. Plz call 8384947003
