It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.

They need these new users to actually stay & recharge the ₹2,399 plan later if they want to fix the numbers. 5G in Andhra is still 5 to 6 months away.

Universal Service Obligation funding is there. Based on that scheme, we are given some target of installing the towers. So, that is called 4G saturation towers. I ported out of Vodafone a while ago as the service was poor. BSNL has a very long way to go in order to be in a position to provide the desired service levels.
