Why should anyone pay for dead phone line every month since March'20. Even during Covid period(thereafter long bsnl strike)of 2 months same msgs sent always. No one rings to verify

Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed
