Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. If they have 4G still they will not delivered good connection at all

It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.
