Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So it appears that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed

Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.

Real problem: 50-60% reservation staff who don’t want to work, don’t know how to work, don’t believe in giving service, and are highly corrupt. This leeching off by Jio and Airtel with regular price hikes and no cheap alternatives is really a burden on the common man.

Few years ago I was using BSNL, But due to internet speed issue, I was not even able to use my whole 1.5GB internet in a day. If your 5G services are running smoothly, please let me know.
