@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate bsnl help line no 1500 is useless. Girls responding to calls hearing problems advises to call after 2 hours under some pretexts . It ha happened to me for last few days and just now 10 minutes back again . Please stop such farce .

Money eaten by few industrialist is recovered - not all though . JIO is there since 2010. BSNL is loss making because poor employee quality.
