    @DoT_India My telephone number -0674 2553850 BSNL.Registered complain in customer care toll free number.For last 3 months it is not solved, I have been paying bill every month without usage.

    @BSNL_KOTD I have applied for porting of Airtel mobile no. 9822373674 to bsnl on 30.12.2019 from your Seoraphuli office. They have forwarded it to Shrirampur. So far, the porting has not been done. I fail to understand as to why so much delay. Pls help.

    @DoT_India All is not well with regard to the working of bsnl Kolkata. I had applied for porting of Airtel mobile no. 9822373674 to bsnl on 30.12.19 thro Seoraphuli office, Dist. Hooghly, W.B. But, so far, no action. Pls help.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_KOTD @TRAI Dear Sir, I have been applied for bsnl wings service & my register no 9007212164 & wing no 8902989579After registration I have paid Rs. 707( PSU EMPLOYEES TARIFF). But till date bsnl doesn't provide anything via email. What should I do.

    @narendramodi The only advantage BSNL is having over others that its packages do not have short validity periods. For Talktime, it is best, but as far as net is concerned, at least in my case, Dist. Hooghly (WB), it is horrible. The crores of Rs spent should benefit the people.

    Internet dead for 4 days at a stretch with no resolution... This is the difference between you guys and private players.. this is the reason BSNL is out of business Today....

    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India My telephone number 0674-255850 is not working from 3 months, I am paying bill without usage. Local bsnl officer is assuring it will be restored but nothing has been done.Sir Kindly look into this matter. Mine Hard-earned money is being wasted

    @abhinavtiwari36 bsnl mein Sab Kuch thik Nahi chal raha hai. I had asked for porting of Airtel no. 9822373674 to Bsnl on 30.12.19 thro your Seoraphuli office. Till date porting to bsnl has not taken place.The people concerned are not taking their work seriously. Pls help.

    @PMOIndia The working of bsnl is not up to the mark. Some employees are giving a bad name to bsnl which is owned by GOI. I had applied for porting of my Airtel mobile 9822373674 on 30.12.19 to bsnl thro Seoraphuli office, Dist. Hooghly. So far no result. Pls help

    @narendramodi I humbly request you to kindly ensure that the mobile telecom sector do not become a One Company monopoly (Jio), as it would become dangerous for the market. I need not elaborate further. Kindly upgrade BSNL so that subscribers have a choice. BSNL net is very slow

    @DoT_India kindly enhance the capabilities of BSNL to a level that it does not look like a poor cousin of JIO. It is pathetic to observe that a GOI undertaking is struggling to keep up with private operators. No self respecting Govt will allow this.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL net is very slow here, Baidyabati, Dist. Hooghly. Jio has an edge over BSNL here. I had ported from Airtel to BSNL but am disappointed by bsnl performance. So voice call is the only option left where BSNL leads over others. Time for BSNL to upgrade itself.

    @rsprasad Sir Reality of BSNL in Kolkata our broadband no 22510187 with monthly rent of Rs 1800/- is not working properly since last 3 months inspite of regular complaint . Sir whether it will work or we shall surrender connection . @BSNL_KOTD,@BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD I went to BSNL exchange today and talked to him and another employee named Devkumar Sil separately and both of them told the same problem. They don't have proper infrastructure or employees to carry out the work. Empower and help them so that they can help customers like us.

    @BSNLCorporate i am facing a great amount of network issues in the last few days and have no data speed using my bsnl network ,i even talked to the customer care 2-3 times a day ... All they can help is saying some stuff that couldn't change a thing about my data speed.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK this is not the problem in one location but all the bsnl user's in Mangalore are not getting access to 4g but only 2g! We are paying for the service and the 2g services from afternoon is hectic! Please resolve asap or give access to 3g or 3g+!
