If they have 4G still they will not delivered good connection at all

Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. The BSNL App shows a system error, WhatsApp linking fails, and 1800-4444 is constantly busy. Please register a ticket immediately and resolve this.
