@CMDBSNL Hello sir, My father is retired employee of BSNL. Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Would be grt if U can help.

Still now can't able to send text to that number i.e. 56161600 provided by @AxisBank to receive my customer id.Plz do some needful as because I need to send a prescribed text on that number from my registered number & I really don't want to leave BSNL for this reason. @BSNL_KOTD

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Dear Team,my landline services are getting hampered/disconnected very often. The service man is stating that handset needs to be changed but their office had stopped providing replacement for landlines..!! Is it as per the policy of BSNL? Any luck here?

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @DoT_India I've complained for slow and unstable 3G internet in my area,my docket num is C2370002285,on 23rd March 2022.BSNL gave me 48hrs for resolving this problem. Today 27th March,Even after all this time,no problem has been solved.Kindly solve this!

Due To Poor Network quality and Worst Internet Speed & continuous price hike by @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I Switched to #BSNL Indian's own network which is trusted one. Cost is very low which helps many poor people.if @BSNL_KOTD improve network no one can Beat #BSNL Thanks.

@TelecomTalk Game is beyond our wish. Capital Investment is huge for someone to start from scratch. One may follow example of UK, strengthen BSNL backbone then allow BT open reach type solution for smaller players to start. Otherwise, no hope

@BSNL_HR for past 5 days the fth connection is not working. Complaints after complaints are made and it is mentioned as resolved without solving the issue. If BSNL can’t manage fth then why offer and charge 1500 rs/month when most of the time it is down?please resolve it asap

Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD, there seems to be some issue with your SMS filters due to which @amazonIN OTPs are not being delivered on BSNL numbers. Checked with 2 different BSNL SIMs, OTPs received on Airtel. Please sort this out. Other customers must be facing this issue too.
