    @BSNLCorporate @KolkataPolice Then he asked me to provide my gpay pin so that he can deduct Rs 2 and fix the BSNL issue for ever. I refused to provide my PIN, then he started threatening me that my BSNL connection will be disconnected and will never get resolved. @KolkataPolice cyber crime, plz take action.

    I'm requesting to everyone please don't purchase new #BSNL sim or please don't port your current no. to BSNL...Cz their 99%words are fake...They don't have proper 4G service in maximum areas...They cheated me badly so please BEWARE PEOPLE..🙏🙏@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate shame on u

    @BSNLCorporate Please resolved our grievance as soon as possible because our BSNL numbers is linked with Bank , Gas booking and other commercial activities due to such network problem we are not able to get OTP from many platforms please resolved as soon as possible. @CMDBSNL @BSNL_KOTD

    @MyAnandaBazar Rishra Municipality Chairman Stopped BSNL Fiber Broadband Delivery and Maintenance all the emergency services stopped. After issuing several letter he is not giving permission to work. Fishy behaviour wrong gesture

    @BSNL_KOTD 03325421089 gone dead down since 14th May. No idea how to make it alive again.This landline is solely for broadband usage.Hence do not find much reason to keep this line any more due to Pathetic services of BSNL technical team. Docket no 16120965782.Pls do the needful.

    @BSNL_KOTour office line 033-22487811 is not working since May 2020 .complain done several time but no action taken but routinely every month we are paying the bill since May 2020. It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.

    Idea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321. Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.

    @bsnl_care My father, a long-time BSNL subscriber, is experiencing intermittent network outages and poor signal stability. He is sometimes unable to initiate outgoing calls, and there are frequent call drops during active conversations. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @SayantikaSays Try @BSNLCorporate . And I am not joking. It is best if it's available in your area. No BS service. I never heard these lines from BSNL, which I kept hearing from other providers like Jio and Airtel. "We won't give you the router password" "You can't use your own router, even if ours is ******. What do you mean you have a better router and modem? Hou must pay us a subscription for this mesh thing instead" "No, you can't use Google or CloudFlare's DNS, you must use ours. What if it's slow? If you change, how will we snoop on you and inject our advertisements into your browser?" "No, you can't open a port for you. For that, you must buy a static IP from us. Why is a static IP needed to open a port? Who knows. But we won't allow it unless you pay us extra" In the last 3 years, I have only had 2 outages on BSNL, 30-40 minutes max. While on Airtel, I had caught their staff removing my cable from their box and adding a new one for a new connection, and then making me wait till they finally got a new box after a week. They just didn't want to make a new customer wait, so they simply assigned my slot to them. And their customer care and local staff wasn't even ready to accept it, unless I showed the CCTV footage and a video of my cable literally being thrown on the side of their box, not even connected, while they were claiming that there's some backend issue.
