@BSNLCorporate Your complaint booked in BSNL complaint portal with docket_no JKH/CO/2013/4077 dtd 19/12/2013 is resolved. Everytime such msgs received since March'20 No solution for why one should pay for dead phone since then? Dead from March lockdown then long BSNL strike. On

@DICEIANS @ImVAmishra @boxervijender Because BSNL infrastructure is further behind and poor quality, they don't have money to upgrade thier infrastructure, that's why. If they have 4G still they will not delivered good connection at all

@JioCare When I am facing problem I dam my details to your official Twitter but on that time your jio care can't reply me so I already port my jio SIM to BSNL and also stop using your jio fibre and I shipped to BSNL ftth. @BSNLCorporate GSM & ftth service are very good wonderful service

@BSNL_KOTD Everytime msg is received as your complaint has been resolved but no solution provided. Why should anyone pay for dead phone line every month since March'20. Even during Covid period(thereafter long bsnl strike)of 2 months same msgs sent always. No one rings to verify

@AnkitJain77 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK I got it working properly, actually my jio number was linked to my bsnl ftth and it was the same jio number for my Sony Liv it got updated automatically, I got a sms also saying that "Your OTT subscription was activated successfully", If you have any issue you can contact BSNL.
