Our office is in main business hub of Kolkata (Dalhousie). But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service. This has made @Airtel_Presence complacent.

Spoke to personnel. Bt u knw bSNl is BSNL. Who uses it now! Its your fault! Lets the customer beware is the maxim 🤣
