    @BSNL_KOTD Everytime msg is received as your complaint has been resolved but no solution provided. Why should anyone pay for dead phone line every month since March'20. Even during Covid period(thereafter long bsnl strike)of 2 months same msgs sent always. No one rings to verify

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Dear Team,my landline services are getting hampered/disconnected very often. The service man is stating that handset needs to be changed but their office had stopped providing replacement for landlines..!! Is it as per the policy of BSNL? Any luck here?

    @BSNL_KOTD #Talk to BSNL CGMCTD D/Sir, My landline telephone number is 033-25525460 It is dead on 03.06.2021. Your department assured me on 15.7.21 for restoring my landline service within 10 days. Please expedite the process. This will be helpful to me, a supersenior citizen .

    I'm requesting to everyone please don't purchase new #BSNL sim or please don't port your current no. to BSNL...Cz their 99%words are fake...They don't have proper 4G service in maximum areas...They cheated me badly so please BEWARE PEOPLE..🙏🙏@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate shame on u

    @BSNLCorporate Please resolved our grievance as soon as possible because our BSNL numbers is linked with Bank , Gas booking and other commercial activities due to such network problem we are not able to get OTP from many platforms please resolved as soon as possible. @CMDBSNL @BSNL_KOTD

    @rsprasad sir, I have been facing problem for a long time in using my 2 (two) BSNL connection (landlines) ,I have complained many times in kolkata bsnl office but not yet entertained ,it's my ernest request to see bsnl consumer.

    I got my Airtel number port on BSNL on 23rd Aug Sim was activated on 26 Aug but there is a problem my outgoing calling is working well but incoming call BSNL to BSNL creating problem mobile number invalid this happens only BSNL to BSNL. Ph- 9433926792 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

    Still now can't able to send text to that number i.e. 56161600 provided by @AxisBank to receive my customer id.Plz do some needful as because I need to send a prescribed text on that number from my registered number & I really don't want to leave BSNL for this reason. @BSNL_KOTD

    Pathetic BSNL Customer care. Dear @BSNL_KOTD My father misplaced his phone yesterday. It has a BSNL Sim along with one more operator's sim. Other Sim I could able to lock. BSNL Customer care is not locking *4342*1593 my father's no. cc @KolkataPolice (1/3)

    All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252
