    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPE I accidentally did two recharges on my BSNL number. Need a refund for the first wrong recharge. I Called ​Customer care 1503 disconnects after 10 mins of waiting. Done 3 times already. No help. Please solve this issue

    @BSNL_CHTD As usual BSNL WIFI LINE WENT OFF TODAY,1 st July 2026 . It's a recurring problem for our land line- wifi 044 24891826. Regular BSNL not so effective. They don't respond for complaints. Check your rrcords reg. Ourwifi complaint so date.

BSNL did lay some fibre, but it usually ended at the local telephone exchange. From there, connections ran over old copper wire, which carries a weaker signal the further it travels.
