Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. The officials at @BSNL_TN don't monitor the signal & bother abt such issues. @CMDBSNL - You should feel ahamed for this pathetic service.
