I refused to provide my PIN, then he started threatening me that my BSNL connection will be disconnected and will never get resolved. @KolkataPolice cyber crime, plz take action.

Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response.
