Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. First, improve your 4G service. Also, in many villages, whenever there is a power cut, your network stops working. Please fix these issues first. If you provide reliable service, people will naturally port to BSNL.
