It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.

Both office and home has WiFi and there is no point in getting a high priced internet pack for 1/2 hrs per day. The issue was still the same Server is down. They instead asked me visit a private shop near BSNL office to get my issue resolved. The team there is not at all
