BSNL has now upgraded router and asking me to buy that for Rs 1500. Else, i have to disconnect. Isn't this ridiculous ? Any upgrade has to be borne by the company. Pl look into it.

Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. Hence I am porting to other network. Bsnl is better here.

The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?
