Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

In Two or Three months lo BSNL will Totally Closed ,,Total Employees Are Giving VRS ( Volentairly Retirement Scheme ) from last 15days,,May in future JIO will take over the BSNL broadband aswellas Mobile network . Modi ji & Ambaani ji BondinG .

@KesariDhwaj @rud_ras Have similar experience after switching over to Airtel from earlier BSNL. Earlier there was no MNP. Problem with getting locked to one seller without option of switching over.

@narendramodi IT IS URGENT SERIOUS CASE. Bsnl mobile 9490851847 lost incoming, saying it's prepaid money exhausted. I complained on BSNL website. A man called saying customer care, asking fr bank details. And in Nalgonda BSNL office says, tht ph.exhausted money, asked

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt You are sending message for free upgrade to 4G sim. Sitting in BSNL, Chandanagar, Hyderabad. Staff unable to give upgrade due to technical issue. Saying I can upgrade as lost SIM by paying ₹50/-. They showed error in free upgrade process. Fix your app.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am unable make calls to few selected numbers from your network but those numbers are reachable from other networks such as BSNL. Have raised complaints but no resolution pathetic service
