    @BSNLCorporate Appropriate your response at least however BSNL local officials n third parties services n response are very poor and I can understand now why BSNL has so bad reputation in the market in terms of customer service n issue resolution...

    Since last two weeks, I tried reaching Ali (+91 94901 36939) via many calls, WhatsApp n SMS however didn't get any response. Called customer care n there said that I need to visit nearest BSNL office

    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate Hi BSNL, I have been associated with BSNL from last 11 years but now I decided to change some other network.. We are in a 4th Generation, but our BsNL still not providing good 2G signal. I'm very sad to leave BSNL. But I don't have any choice.

    @bsnl_tt worst service ever had from bsnl. Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. More than 30 connections in vertex Lakeview , hyd disconnected since months, moved to jio.

    @JioCare @JioGigaFiber_ if you are not able to provide the service please stop it. You dont have any escalation details even you people not bothering after raising service request. I called 30 times but no response. I am realizing why I disconnected Bsnl broadband and rely JIO.

    worst internet service ever used in Hyderabad with BSNL network, very poor signals an low internet speed . Mobile : 9441633047 Location : Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dist. 500086 If this poor signal continues for next 3 days I'll port to another network @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @PMadhwaraj Check your data!! During UPA Reliance Ii Infocom flooded with low cost mobile service (CDMA & WLL) and entered rural India. At the same time UPA ministers were busy in dealing with corporates for 2G spectrum and did not give importance to BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate I took a chance by opting BSNL internet service however now I am regretting my decision as I am very disappointed by the service quality n issue response so for. Realising why private service providers are in profit yoy n not the government owned one.

    @KesariDhwaj @rud_ras Have similar experience after switching over to Airtel from earlier BSNL. Earlier there was no MNP. Problem with getting locked to one seller without option of switching over.

    @VinayDokania BSNL is being forced into loss deliberately. My BSNL sim became out of service while I had done recharge recently in spite of bad network and connectivity problem.

    Some people were saying that ISRO will go in BSNL way if private parties get involved. BSNL became **** due to it's own incompetency, lethargic attitude and lack of new ideas/innovation.
