@rwac48 Sir ,lived in NE initially without mobile and internet and later with a post paid BSNL mobile connection. Rest of India was ahead. During significant part of my life it took 5 years to get a fixed line connection. Despite all these issues Indian democracy is sound. Noisy though

@KesariDhwaj @rud_ras Have similar experience after switching over to Airtel from earlier BSNL. Earlier there was no MNP. Problem with getting locked to one seller without option of switching over.

Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

@sumanthraman Chennai has so many good private internet options like Act and Hathway, why are people still using BSNL? The only thing BSNL is good at is arrogance and inefficiency. I cut my connection after they took 20 days to solve my problem.
