BSNL land line service is becoming worse day by day. Even fault repair has been outsourced, with worse response. My landline is dead and complaint to even divisional heads brings no remedy. High time all of us leave BSNL and go to others.

ONGC is a great example, BSNL was not allowed to compete, they got 4G license just a while back & not long back these were Maharatna PSU having thousand crores of cash in their balance sheet ??
