You dont have any escalation details even you people not bothering after raising service request. I called 30 times but no response. I am realizing why I disconnected Bsnl broadband and rely JIO.

During UPA Reliance Ii Infocom flooded with low cost mobile service (CDMA & WLL) and entered rural India. At the same time UPA ministers were busy in dealing with corporates for 2G spectrum and did not give importance to BSNL.

Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

Today we have 5G that do not even provide 2G quality service. Then eulogy using this over priced data we write the very same people who pushed us this far
