  Your tower keeps shifting between 2G, 3G, and 4G 24/7. It hardly catches a stable signal. Fix your service and network first, then expect the public to recharge. Offers alone won't work; we need to see actual service improvement on the ground! #BSNL #BSNLIndia

  @BSNLCorporate I am complaining for BSNL network in Grama Panchayat Mokhtiyarpur Begusarai Bihar Pincode 851133 Since 2020 but no improvement in network till the date Whole department is doing a meeting only on paper, but no improvement on ground level Only copy paste to reply is given to user

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Value is, you get refund after a year with lot of follow ups. Benefits are you are not given rebate if network is down for more than 5 days. This is bsnl broadband where I have experienced in the last decade.

  @yadavup44 @narendramodi Privatization was never an issue. It should've been done decades ago. The problem is they systematically purposefully railroaded ISRO just like HAL and BSNL to make room for their private buddies. Corrupt pigs.
