    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate The network in my bsnl prepaid is not working properly at all in my area from the past six months .Internet not working and there is a lot of disturbance while calling.Please solve this problem at the earliest.

    @BSNL_RJ I have been trying to cancel the BSNL landline-in the name of my father.The call centre executive tells me that there is no option to cancel it online. My father is a senior ctzn and due to COVID it is very risky for him to come to the BSNL office for this. Request help!
