I also visited the BSNL office and spoke to the concerned staff, but no one is able to help or guide me regarding Wings. Kindly look into this and provide support.

It takes nothing to push bsnl settings and vowifi profiles to customer. I have sent DM already. Do needful.

एक बापट, लाख बापट (@Yamaluqest) reportedI have already raised complaint on BSNL SELFCARE app, but it got automatically resolved without providing me any resolution. I have also sent email on a complaint portal, but still didn’t get any response. Please look into this on priority.
