BSNL's provides services in Delhi with infrastructure and network of MTNL but operated and managed by BSNL Haryana Circle. And MTNL is a 3G Only network as of now. #BSNLDelhi

This is for most of the users. I'm porting to bsnl as they atleast provide signal irrespective of 3g or 4g. Something is better than nothing.
