    @JioCare Unacceptable service. Complaint closed without resolution and still no fix. “Wait 15 days” is not a solution. n78 (3500 MHz) not available since 21 April near tower (300m). Need immediate action and proper timeline.

    @jiocare What is this pathetic service? I have been waiting for the technician to come and fix my fiber issue, for more than 24 hrs. I called fhe technocian and he says its not his job. Customer service rescheduled appt 3 times now. Yet, nobody has come. Paying 1000/mo for this?

    @JioCare “Please upgrade your plan.”I have called multiple times, explained the issue in detail, and each time I’m told I’ll be connected to a senior—but the call gets disconnected every single time. This has happened 4–5 times over the last 2 days

    Jiofiber has worst customer support. Net not working since morning. Even after raising a complaint, no visit by technician & now they give an to reschedule a visit 2 days later. Will Jio extend the validity for the time net is not working today? @JioCare @DoT_India
