    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    @JioCare Till now no body care? I don't know how jio fiber will correct themselves. Lose customer without business and service plan?

    Jio fiber is not working in my area since yesterday morning,No option to register a complain becoz its is due to an outage. Jio engineer is asking to register a complain. No clear info when the services will be restotred. @JioCare

    @JioCare JioFiber service became worst recently. In the past 10 days, this is the 3rd time I am facing internet connectivity issue. This is not a kind of service I am expecting from JioFiber. Plans also not affordable compared to other operators. Let me know the process for disconnection.

    Extremely frustrated with @reliancejio @JioCare. My #JioFiber wifi is frequently disconnecting nowadays, making it impossible to work. To make it worse, there is zero response from the customer service team and I can't seem to reach them at all. Please fix this @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @JioCare @reliancejio From one month i informed your team to rewire my jio fiber connection but you have just didnt do any thing. Last two service request raised for net disconnection. Temporarily solution and again my internet has been disconnected due to construction, No reply?

    @JioCare and what about the complaint against the person , because I am pretty sure if the payment even comes back than that guy is not going to return that to me, so look at that side as well
