  @reliancejio @JioCare Again the same issue.. i did buy data booster plan and now again customer care is saying that it got added in advance payment. My plan is 824 and I paid 1300 but no resolution. Now u will ask to dm my number and othee details. Shame on you @_MukeshAmbani

  @JioCare Problem: when somebody booked your connection then why your representative lie. To get the money only. Your representative committed that connection will be done by last Saturday. You are not addressing the core issue at all.

  @JioCare Don't give me this automated reply. You are not going to help and you know very well. I have field complaint, wrote multiple mail and spoke with customer rba re but the moment it's about returning my recharge which you have forfeited, all went silent. So get lost.

  Jio Support, it's been 4 days and you're still calling it a temporary network issue in my area. Barely 1 signal, and neither 4G nor 5G works properly. How long is this temporary issue going to last? At this point, Airtel seems to provide much better service. @JioCare @airtelindia

  NO0001EX6E4K is pending installation from 6days , no call from 3 days at least to check availability, installation guys are not professional, they never come during the scheduled hours, if you are not interested in having a new customer, pls refund my money @reliancejio
