  For the last 4-5 days I have been unable to use the internet properly ,i have complained multiple times but yet not get resolution and surprise to know the dial 198 have escaped the option of connecting to agent option? now i am unable to raise concern to jio.@JioCare thank you

  Took JioFiber for the first time and already regretting it within less than a week. I was promised a 4-hour resolution, but it has now been 24+ hours with no proper accountability or support. Very disappointing experience. Regretting to opt jio. Worst service. @JioCare
