Customer support executive was of no help. She wasn't even ready to listen to what I had to say. Pls sort this out at the earliest. Not going to pay for the month included in annual plan already. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Kindly take back your modem and all and refund my security payment. I have given order for Airtel Fiber. Jio dnt deserve to say No 1 service as mentioned in pemplet. And do it with in 24 hrs. I will not entertain your any service engineer.

@JioCare Iam asking about poor network but you are advising me to buy new 5g mobile, two months back only I bought this mobile apple 11 , its ok fine indirectly you are asking me to get out of this network ok thank you i will relive from this to airtel.

@JioCare wanted to change pre to post and then go for family post paid plan itd been 4 visit to jio store matunga mumbai still not done. Now 1 postpaid upgraded from 199 to 599 other prepaid validaty over. Still no solution
