    @TRAI Network is sometimes as poor that calling someone becomes difficult. 5G speed is just for name. Both @reliancejio and @airtelindia probide below average service but recharge plans are very hight.

    @JioCare Thanks for that but why disrupt my connection always? I pay bills all on time. The guy I saw did something with the box repairing a different connection and my internet went away. When I asked him to check he started arguing that without complaint being assigned to him he won't.

    @JioCare Don’t talk nonsense. I have made several complaints regarding poor availability of network, call drops and internet speed on my home and office location but nothing has been done by Ambani jio so far @TRAI chairman sleeping @DoT_India

    @JioCare I have sent my details in the DM. I hope you won't come up with your repetitive and annoying solution of "more customers in the area." If you can't handle customers after a limit, then why do you issue SIM cards beyond that number? Issue the #Jio SIMs according to your capacity.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber was completely down for 8 DAYS. Your technician finally showed up after 8 days & fixed the issue. And now, being such a supposedly “large” company, you can't even refund the amount for the 8 days of non-service or extend the validity by 8 days?
