    @JioCare I'm from ghaziabad Uttarpradesh, my request is on hold and one of the customer care call agent has cut my call in middle of our conversation and their is no response . I request either a quick service asap or a whole amount refund and removal of jio fiber connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Inspite of my repeated requests and complaints about the poor broadband signal , there has absolute no relief . Please send your engineer to relocate my router . It’s absolute nightmare to get the complaint resolution

    @JioCare Many phones in the house are not supported to 5 ghz. While providing internet service did the company inform us that we only use 5ghz. At that time it was informed that @reliancejio had the best speed.

    @JioCare do you have any seriousness about your customers ? They are facing tons of network issue on 4g you say you provide 4g but not everyone is Ambani's family mate so try understand it's been a week since you say you fix issue in my area but you didn't , shame on you....

    @JioFiber1991565 @JioCare @reliancejio Having very bad experience with jio fiber. Since my last update on 28th March i am not able to use OTT app Sony. Opened multiple tickets. No resolution so far. Quality issue as teams closing the tickets without resolution.
