    @JioCare No the outage still continues, the internet speed is not of 100 kbps even the WhatsApp text takes 3 4 minutes to send please provide a better resolution or raise my complaint against otherwise it's better to port!

    @JioCare @reliancejio My AirFiber service in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi 110023 is down since Aug 18 at 3:13 AM. The estimated resolution time has been repeatedly delayed (now to Aug 19 at 3:13 AM) & I customer service is unreachable by phone. Resolve ASAP. DM/call. #jioairfiber

    Can not connect to internet and your team is constantly just closing down complaint by saying that its slow internet issue but they don't want to listen that I can not connect at all. Can someone sensible please sort the issue out @reliancejio

    @TRAI Daily I'm facing issue I use jio @JioCare @reliancejio , the daily told me that today it will fix tomorrow it will fix but that day never comes there internet is so slow it's only right 5G but don't give a speed of 5G even not even 4G.
