    @JioCare Just copy paste standard template messages. No real resolution even government @BSNLCorporate provide better and timely solution for any downtime. My biggest mistake to switch from BSNL to JIo.

    @JioCare my internet connection is not working and your toll free assistance has given me SE appointment on 7th May. Is this fair? Your service is detoriating day by day. I am unable to talk with service advisor, why?

    @nch1915 @ConsumerCourtIN JioCare is providing generic responses and refusing to fix the missing 6-month/Annual plans for JioFiber ID: 5870357475. My NCH Grievance No: 9207333 remains unresolved. Please intervene and help escalate this issue!
