I’ve raised multiple service complaints, yet there’s been zero resolution or meaningful response. Jio advertises “activated in 2 minutes across India.” This is the reality: 7 days and counting. Please don’t just inspect—install a new tower. We urgently need reliable coverage. If Jio fixes this, the whole village will prefer Jio.
