    @JioCare should rename to @jioNoCare No internet connectivity for a week(12th Sept till date) and no resolution. My WFH is affected. All they do is extend the date of resolution. No real human executive to speak to. AI bots everywhere. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear team I raised a complaint for slow internet and I got a call from 7605916739, he was asking for KYC. I thought it's a fraud and denied to give any detail. Then after he started abusing me and my brother.@santkabirnagpol these people are real threat.

    @JioCare your technician came to upgrade the pld jio fibre box saying that the bew one will be prepaid but instead did it postpaid and took 3m. Now i have asked for dismantling and by raised a complain but nothing done. Worst customer serv. each staff says new thing & defraud us

    @reliancejio I booked jio fiber and payment is already done but at time of installation services provider make different types of excuses, you are leading network company and provide this type of service is really shameful,

    @JioCare Hi Nikita, since last 10months me and my family members are facing the signal issue. Due to this we are doing every call from out side of our home which is not good thing for jio also. Now I am frustrated to this thing and planning to switch. Kindly look into this.
