    @JioCare @reliancejio ordered a SIM yesterday - order ref. NO00015F4WD3. It's still showing "order in progress" and SIM not yet delivered. Called 18008949999 and some idiot picked the call who had no clue and gave me another no., which is for activation of SIM.

    @JioCare JioCare team you FAILED to restore the service even on the fifth day, looks you are only serious Abt collecting money from your customers. Be frank and tell me whether you will be able to restore or should I look for alternatives ??

    @JioCare Facing internet speed issues for the last 48 hours. I already registered a complaint with support, but no one has visited yet to resolve the problem. At this point, I’ve decided to discontinue and switch to Airtel. Please arrange to remove your router and set-top box.

    @JioCare My JioFiber ticket for "JF STB SERIAL MISMATCH" (Request ID: SR000036G8JN) has been stuck open since May 18, 2026. It is now 5 days past the expected resolution time with zero updates. Please escalate this backend mismatch issue immediately!

    @JioCare In my location Last 15days jio network not working properly. When ever power cut jio network also cut. Why this problem occurs & when it's resolved. PIN-770034. we are facing lots of problems due to this network issue
