    @JioCare I was left without internet for 7 days straight. What is the basis of your claim of immediate resolution? I have given the service request numbers and yet you lie through the teeth? I need a full refund of my last recharge and I am more than happy to surrender my connection.

    I have not received my physical sim despite verification and payment done .. @JioCare n number of customer interaction doesn't resolve my issue ye since 27july Tuesday . ORN :Home delivery of your Jio SIM has been initiated for Order Reference Number NO00015I839J.

    Jiofiber in Besantnagar Chennai repeatedly has breakdowns....most pathetic service. 24 hr breakdown every other month is so shameful. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is happening again and again. Today there is no network coverage from Morning 7 AM to 6.05 PM. Thats 11 hours!. Need serious attention. Horrible !
