    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio I installed JioFiber today but today only experiencing issues After calling to engineer get to know that Problem is from the server of Fiber What a nice experience your company giving to customer really well 🤡🤡 Such a crap company always

    @JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

    Fiber servic is down since afternoon. MyJio app is hopeless and there's no way to complain about this. Only info I got from your toll free number is a recorded voice saying that there is a network issue at my location. No further updates. Fix this @JioCare

    This is my final message—if this isn't resolved immediately, I will disconnect Airtel and switch to JioFiber. Extremely disappointed with the service. @JioCare
