@JioCare I am living Rajeev Nagar house no 2003/3 and company ask me to work from home so I purchased Jio WiFi and sim recharge with 449 no 8595513899 but due to network issue I am not able to work.please look in this matter with high priority as this is for what I am paying .

@JioCare I had a really bad and experience from #jiofibre services..I was falsely promised for 3 months of free services post installation by the sales team and customer care also didn't care to resolve. Others, pls beware of this scam and better choose other operators.

@reliancejio jiofiber connection is not working from yesterday.The complain was raised on 22/11/2021.Till now no one has visited to fix the issues.They will send the engineer after 50hrs of raising the complaint. Is this your service model?Other companies fix in 2 hours

@JioCare I am yet to receive my refund of Rs 1000 for not continuing with jio fiber and returning everything to jio service provider within a months. Nothing has changed I had to disconnect jio bcz one reason was poor service of jio personnel. It's continuing in KGP, WB Kindly refund.
