@JioCare Hi Nishant, I hv severe connectivity problms since last 2-3 days, cust care doesn’t respond, I rched the local contact who helped with connection & service, he is not answrng call, reading WhatsApp m but not replying.. my work is getting suffered due 2his negligence. #01179661375

@JioCare I called to customer care services and advisor Mr. Sanjay received the call. He dont have the manners how to speak with a customer. He was threating me that call is recording and do whatever I can. He was not following the proper hierarchy to customer services
