It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time. Pathetic call response by Jio care executive. Not even accepting my complaint for connectivity issue on a specific number and all numbers are working fine at same location. Senior Supervisor disconnect my call but not accept complaint. Worst experience. 😠 @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio most of the times my internet is not working it's like garbage why you people shows that you give data and others things free but you cut speed and make us feel like other operators are really better than jio I am using 2 phone numbers but now I discontinue using jio

Dear @JioCare it's been a month since applied for postpaid MNP to your network but even after visiting thrice to jio store Rewa. Number could not be ported from vodafone.
