    @JioCare How can I possibly remember all the names. Why can’t JIO CARE team go through all tickets raised in my account and chase your executives who always gave me false hopes. Even your cancellation team executive who told me add on STB is not a service JIO provides

    @JioCare was with Airtel very long, but did a mistake by paying three months advance but disappointed from the beginning. If the service isn't improved, then, this Jio connection will be only for three months. Expecting early resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is a feedback regarding your Jio Fibre service. It looks I have bought it to just watch your ads. It started with 1 ad for 15 sec and now anytime, 2-3 adv of even more than 1 min display. I thought, i will watch different program but only watching adv.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 5G speed in 25.0625001, 72.6716959 has been extremely poor (like 2G/3G) for nearly a week. Itis impossible to use internet due to constant buffering. Since we r paying for 5G recharges, we expect better service. Pls fix net speed issue in this area urgently.

    @JioCare Stop troubleshooting my home device. The issue is your **Tower Infrastructure**.Technicians confirm the local towers shut down during grid outages bcz the onsite generators have **NO DIESEL**. This is a systemic refueling failure affecting all towers in the 262902 area

    @JioCare This time please update the same service no. Provide reason for yet another delay and provide the timeline. No other service has taken so long to refund for service that they haven’t even installed in all this while. Pathetic experience. Won’t help building a customer base

    @JioCare You guys always ask these Details and say “sir this is temporary issue we will fix it soon” but then issue will never resolved . When you don’t do anything to fix the problem why you need all that details?
