    @reliancejio @JioCare facing a network issue at Terminal 1 IGI airport. Not a single network bar is coming on my mobile not able to call or send msg and no Internet. My fellow passengers are facing the same issue. Not expecting this type of service from you at Airport.

    @JioCare I'm old school. Integrity Loyalty matters. I stayed @airtelindia even when @reliancejio ambushed the 2 main operators customer base with free offers. I come with some attitude of a spoilt brat too. If you have the courage to match, only then touch me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what are you doing man not improving their services the chat bot in ur app is bullshit,no one picks up the call in 198 waited almost 15 min and the main problem is We the users are experiencing a major call drop in jio .Im fed up in talking with Jio sim

    @JioCare was with Airtel very long, but did a mistake by paying three months advance but disappointed from the beginning. If the service isn't improved, then, this Jio connection will be only for three months. Expecting early resolution.

    @reliancejio in my cart total items value is Rs 9760. I want to place order but cash on delivery option is not coming. I called your customer care but he is saying first uninstalled the jio. Again install and then do all exercise again. Do you feel that this is right approach

    @JioCare Thank you, but at a location Block C12, Yamuna Vihar Delhi , the internet connectivity of JIO is extremely poor so 4G or 5G internet both are irrelevant at this location in Delhi... Pl do something to improve services at Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053.

    @JioCare my #jiofiber connection is down since 10th of July. There has been no resolution yet. Service engineer said it is down in the entire building and will be resolved in 24 hours, that's done, no resolution yet. Service Request number SR00003B2HA7.

    @JioCare This is a refund issue, not a technician visit. I'm not even in Bengaluru anymore. Stop sending irrelevant copy-paste replies and process my ₹3,300 refund. It's been almost a year.

    Day 8 and still no JioFiber installation. No engineer has even been assigned, scheduled appointments have come and gone, and there has been no proactive update. Customers deserve better communication and timely service. @JioCare #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare @JioCare jio has worst service ever for their fiber customer. I raised ticket on 6th july. Issue is still not resolved and whenever i raised service request it get closed automatically without any call for confirmation whether issue is resolved or not.

    @JioCare I have already provided my full address and clearly explained in DM that I cannot connect to even 4G, let alone 5G. Please check the DM I sent and resolve the issue instead of sending automated replies.
