I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

Please address this issue urgently. Is there a paid service. I thought one settop box is allowed to work alongside one jio tv app like it used to.
