It’s been 2 straight days since all my work is hampered since JIO won’t work properly (both phone data and fibre). Calls won’t connect, apps won’t function showing “poor connection”, work posts won’t go on time. Kindly correct and take action urgently! @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted the local network team and I came to know that no such work is going on.
