    @reliancejio @JioCare facing a network issue at Terminal 1 IGI airport. Not a single network bar is coming on my mobile not able to call or send msg and no Internet. My fellow passengers are facing the same issue. Not expecting this type of service from you at Airport.

    @JioCare SR00001JKKYR - 50 calls , 10 emails still struggling to get a resolution from RJIO . Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support

    @JioCare My service request was closed without any improvement in network quality, upload speed, internet stability, 5G connectivity, or call performance. The issue remains unresolved. I have marked it unresolved and will escalate the matter further.

    Paying for Jio "Unlimited 5G" in Kolkata, but 90% of the time there's zero 5G coverage. The speed is so tragic I can’t even hold a basic Google Meet or Zoom call without it freezing. Whenever I call 198, the automated voice says: "We understand you are facing slow internet speed, this is a temporary issue..." I’ve been hearing this exact "temporary" slogan for 2-3 years now. What exactly does "temporary" mean to you guys? @reliancejio @JioCare Fix your network.

    @JioCare No air fiber internet since morning today in Sector 4 Jawahar Nagar Area(Jaipur) , while calling customer care I am getting automated message that gave resolution ETA as 4 hours... Already more than 12 hours passed without internet? Please help it is impacting my work!!
