Pathetic call response by Jio care executive. Not even accepting my complaint for connectivity issue on a specific number and all numbers are working fine at same location. Senior Supervisor disconnect my call but not accept complaint. Worst experience. 😠 @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio really disappoint after using jio network I think most of the time airtel 2g is far far better than jio's 4g I am going to stop using jio switching to airtel bye bye jio, bad time while using jio

It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time. @JioCare How much time do you take to address a porting request? It's been over 2 weeks and still no resolution. If onboarding is so bad then I can only imagine how bad the service will be.
