    @JioCare it's more then 30 hours I have raised request to resolve issue related to "power issue at terminal box". Service Request "SR0000149DX5" is not yet resolved. Kindly help me out.

    @JioCare even after 1 month into the launch jio 5g connect is very poor and the call keeps drop and the speed of internet is pathetic. When try to reach the 198 customer care number they say that they can only take feedback and not complaint.. Very poor service.
