    @JioCare It’s become a habit of mine to contact customer care every another day that my internet is not working. Now I am totally frustrate because it’s hampering My work and I always end up using my mobile hotspot while working. It’s a deep hearted humble request to solve my concern.

    Dear #JioFiber team, service has been down more than 2 days now in ou society @exoticadvnoida there is no update. Instead of advertisement you need to improve the service avaiabilty and there no escalation team n customer service team available only IVR.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Sir,my SIM is not working. I gone to nearest Jiocare store at Vijay chownk Krishana Nagar Delhi 110051 at 7.30pm.The store staff told that there is no representative so come tomorrow between 11 to 6 p.m.They also demanded Rs.25/- as charges of SIM. Is this a way to deal?

    I have visited Jio Store (8463, New Kondli, Delhi) in my City around 4 times in last 3 months, and the condition of the store is not so good (Air conditioners are not working and there is some Lightning problem also.) @reliancejio @jiocareindia

    misbehavior of engineers. They intensionally cut the connection and now I am suffering as I am not getting internet. Shame on the jio service engineers and @reliancejio . These people downgrading the image of Jio.
