@JioCare very very disappointed with your service. My data is finished. I recharged with topup after 30 hrs speed is still Mbps. Talked to customer support 7 time. But no solution. Now thinking to leave JioFiber. Very poor policy

@JioCare no connectivity at my location, I have three connections of jio and whenever we have to call, we go to terrace first then wait for 2-3 mins to dial a no! This problem is happening since November 2018.

@JioCare I have the recording how poor your suppprt people are.... I will share this recording that they disconnect call after giving useless info from their side. Nor the issue taken from your side.. nor the issue resolved till 3 hours. Issue got dissappear itself.👎

@JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India I am a JIO user in Delhi Laxmi vihar hain road near Dwarka mor area in New Delhi 110059 network strength and speed is pathetic.. wheather vodafone is working perfectly fine..I raised the issue few days but no one addressed it pathetic Customer service
