    @JioCare it's been a whole one year the reason hasn't changed a bit. Why taking so much time on resolving these issues. Please look into it. Seems like if i have to live in Nehru Nagar. I have to port the number. Call drop is common too. Revert back asap.

    @JioCare Internet connectivity continues to be very erratic since 24jan. Again no connectivity since 730pm. Service request closed without confirmation n site visit. Kindly initiate proper remedial measures on priority.

    @JioCare Final call for you. Please resolve by 31jan2019 or perforce shall have no option but to switch to some other service provider. Thanks had good connectivity for more than one year but very bad experience since 24jan.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My mother’s Jiophone is not working at all. It is always showing not reachable. No signals at all. I just purchased it 6 months back and ported her no. from @VodafoneIN to Jio. Pls check on priority.

    @lakshmisharath @airtelindia The telecom operators network conditions is worst ever in the country except @reliancejio . @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @Idea they have miserably failed & are struggling to manage their customers.     a part of Jio family since October 2016. Since the day i've moved to Nehru Nagar again can't even surf the internet properly. Even though the network is full. Max. download speed is <100kb. @JioCare Customer care executive gave me the same reason they gave a year ago.

    @JioCare I am resident from Sector 2 Rajendra Nagar Sahibabad pin code 201005 my complaint to #jiocare is regarding network issue that I am facing in this area as there is very weak network and unable to make calls and surf on internet kindly do anything regarding this problem.

    @JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow

We would like to inform you that a Jio site has been planned in your area. Site should be live in 90 Days after which you will enjoy seamless 4G networkIf you are not satisfied

    @reliancejio Plz dont market as free trial. @JioCare the #jio fiber 30 days free trail is a #scam. They collect router after 60 days n deny deposit amount stating router received after 60 days. Very poor customer support. They raise a ticket for any issues and close it woth out fixing it.
