    Hello Team @reliancejio I'm writing this to find a way to avoid the voice of @SrBachchan as a Corona Caller Tune. I'm fed up hearing @SrBachchan 's voice day long & now it hurts my ears Please provide a way to get rid of this issue otherwise I'll have to reduce my calls daily.

    @JioCare No I need a call back. Your call center doesn’t even bother telling your customer that the technician will be cancelling!! I cancelled my plans twice because I was given slots! I need this fixed ASAP. What pathetic customer service?!? If this continues I’m cancelling contract

    @reliancejio what a scam you are perpetuating. Asked for installation of BB at home, paid in advance and now there is no sign of installation... when I ask for cancellation and refund of advance told will happen in 30 days. So you dont provide service and earn interest

    @JioCare Shashank let me know first that your team is said about invoice pending. Need proper and clear answer on this. 2nd complaint is about network dropped and signal dropped upto 2-3 times a day. Where issue happened but without solving any issue. There always a childish & wrong info

    Extremely disappointed with Jio 5G service. Network connectivity is very poor and internet speed is almost unusable despite full signal. This is not what is promised as “True 5G”. Kindly look into this issue urgently. @JioCare @reliancejio
