    @reliancejio @JioCare facing a network issue at Terminal 1 IGI airport. Not a single network bar is coming on my mobile not able to call or send msg and no Internet. My fellow passengers are facing the same issue. Not expecting this type of service from you at Airport.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I'm ur postpaid customer I ve raised a complaint for excess bill charged by U bt sry 2 say ur executives are not able to provide me the details of excess billing. Even ur appeallate authority not responding on my emails. Should I go with other telecom?

    @JioCare was with Airtel very long, but did a mistake by paying three months advance but disappointed from the beginning. If the service isn't improved, then, this Jio connection will be only for three months. Expecting early resolution.

    @JioCare Thank you, but at a location Block C12, Yamuna Vihar Delhi , the internet connectivity of JIO is extremely poor so 4G or 5G internet both are irrelevant at this location in Delhi... Pl do something to improve services at Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053.

    This is my SRO0001IXHI service request number @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing no network issues from last 6-7 months when I’m try to port on others provider then jio care promising for better network but network is still worst .

    @JioCare I have already tweeted 3–4 times explaining that there are 5–6 Jio SIMs in our house and none of them get proper network inside the house. But instead of fixing the actual network issue, your team keeps giving settings-related suggestions for particular handsets.1/2
