    @JioCare What a third class service by you @reliancejio @JioCare service engineer called and said he's gonna visit but after that no one come to resolve my issue if you can't able to solve the issue by tomorrow then cut my connection tomorrow

    Frustrated with @JioCare for their Jio Fiber services. No service on My Jio App. The Jio Whatsapp Fiber care service doesn't provide any help. Called the helpline 18008969999 4 times...and they take all details on a 10 minute call and then disconnect. What to do??

    @JioCare I was asked to wait till the resolution time of the ticket which was 12:14 PM noon. Post which when I called again, I was told to wait for another 24 hours, quoting unavailability of the engineer. And also said there is no escalation matrix. Due to covid we cannot transfer call.

    @JioCare Sir its been 7 months. I dont know how much time it takes to refund the amount in the account. Your processor is really slow that other companies take 24 to 48 hours and your company has already taken 7 months for it.

    @JioCare my Wi-Fi not working from last 4 days ,Someone visit but till now my problem not resolved & technician not picking the call , can u pls rise the strong complaint. Also pls resolve my issue asap. Check ur DM also

    @JioCare Hi team, I have raised Service Ticket SR0000161ICT yesterday for my Jio Fibre connection, which is not resolved. I have made several calls to customer care but I'm not getting any help. This is impacting me badly. Kindly resolve this ASAP otherwise I need to switch ISP

    @ViCustomerCare As per your new policy sms service will not available below the recharge of 128 but no one informed us. I am struggling for 2hr just because my sms service was not working. Now it’s time to leave Vi. @airtelindia & @reliancejio am coming.

    @JioCare Expecting a faster resolution. This is really not the experience I was looking for. I choose Jio over others because of the brand value it carries and didn't expected such kind of services. This is the third time I'm facing such scenario in last 6 months.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been more than 2 week but I have not received any solution related to my extra internet pack. I having this issue since April. It's a example of very bad customer service from Jio. Looking forward to your feedback.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio I am regularly complaining about an issue form past two weeks but not resolution not given. I want my full refund and what a pathetic service given by jio fiber engineer visited and said He will come back on Monday with replacement of the device

    A few minutes ago, I called at @JioCare for sim replacement, I informed him about my struggle to get a sim. Unfortunately, not getting any help. @JioCare retailers are denying sim replacement as they are saying to go to the home state. Is it digitalization? @reliancejio

    @prakharvasishth @BhideRajshekhar @JioCare I did same two days back, deactivated Airtel and moved to Jio, from last 2 days chasing their support for installation. Airtel has good support, jio acts just like lala company. Don't opt for them, rest your choice
