My question is simple: If Jio does not have the necessary equipment to provide the connection, then why are your staff collecting booking amounts, completing KYC, and activating orders? I paid ₹2200, completed all formalities, and my app shows the connection as installed, but no installation has been done at my home. This is misleading and unacceptable.
