I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

Never received true 5G coverage despite paying for a premium 5G plan, and the customer support just solves all the problems in tickets. They literally create tickets for tickets on top of already created tickets. I mean, just enough of this bullshit. Just 2 companies for 140 Crore population?
