Called the helpline 18008969999 4 times...and they take all details on a 10 minute call and then disconnect. What to do??

Post which when I called again, I was told to wait for another 24 hours, quoting unavailability of the engineer. And also said there is no escalation matrix. Due to covid we cannot transfer call.
