    @reliancejio I am facing internet issues since three days. Pathetic customer care services. jio fiber representative has no solution for it,they just ask to wait for 24 hrs, they can't connect to senior personal. Local internet providers are better than @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence Tried it many times before to no avail. Same issue faced by my friend too who is also using @airtelindia. I think we should better look for alternatives then to be trapped in ur false claims of having best network in India. @JioCare Care to help!

    @JioCare speed of internet is very poor. At times it drops to zero as shown by the speed indicator on phone. Pls get it checked and rectified. Have classes on zoom in evening and unable to have them as class gets interrupted due to poor speed

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 @MukeshAmbanima This is how your team works on priority after almost 36 hours still response is same engineer is not available. Two possibilities you have done employee reduction or there so many customers like me so all engineers may be fixing there issues

    @JioCare Our Jio wifi connection was installed on 13th June and within about 10 days, we had to frantically call your service department to reconnect wifi service because after every 2-3 days, the wifi connection got disrupted and my important work kept on suffering.

    @JioCare I'm continuously complaining about bad network in my area, why there is no solution? Some work is needed in tower house as the network gets worse when whether gets cold after evening. Stop blaming users foolishly. It is a village with max 200 users. Tower 500mtrs away.
