    Hi @JioCare I don't think you have any value of any customers. Since yesterday 4 PM I am facing not problem but complete blockage by @reliancejio network. The same thing happened in Dec 22.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what are you doing man not improving their services the chat bot in ur app is bullshit,no one picks up the call in 198 waited almost 15 min and the main problem is We the users are experiencing a major call drop in jio .Im fed up in talking with Jio sim

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wifi calling does not work on samsung fold 3 on jio network. I turn it on & it automatically turns off in few seconds. My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

    @JioCare How can I possibly remember all the names. Why can’t JIO CARE team go through all tickets raised in my account and chase your executives who always gave me false hopes. Even your cancellation team executive who told me add on STB is not a service JIO provides

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's a nightmare support with Jio. I would advise people not to take jio. I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

    @JioCare SR00001JKKYR - 50 calls , 10 emails still struggling to get a resolution from RJIO . Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support

    @reliancejio worst services increasing cost day by day in everything. Stop use this bloody jio bas paisa kamana hai ott apps ke bam pe jio paisa lootta hai.....set-top box mai 1000rs ka recharge ke bad ott apps ke liye alag recharge karvao bloody fraud jio now bas ab stop use jio

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViBusinessIndia pls confirm which has a better network in this location. Looking for port out. Have changed earlier from Airtel to Vodafone and both have failed miserably. Pathetic service. It's been a while but not sure if Airtel has improved anyway

    @JioCare @JioCare JioFiber remained completely down from 7 May till 13 May and was restored only today after repeated complaints and escalations. Immediate compensation or validity extension must be provided for all downtime days, as customers should not be charged for unavailable service

    @JioCare I have JioFibre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. No connectivity for past 3 days. Technician came and said the issue is outside and it will be resolved shortly. I am still waiting. No follow up or response. SR000035J5E5 is the ticket which is still open. Please speed it up.

    @JioCare Your team itself confirmed low speeds, yet the complaint was closed saying “sufficient bandwidth available.” Issue still persists. Stop template replies and provide an actual fix. Also please confirm the internet speed.???
