    @ndtvindia I am also going to switch in @airtelindia from @reliancejio . They are providing worst network nowadays. Earlier i was also a Airtel customer but switched to get a better experience but Jio has made his services very bad.

    @reliancejio worst customer care … a mobile Internet data is not accessible from a phone from past 24 hrs and representative denied registering complaint, stating you have to wait without any timeline . Dispute D cell has been into multiple location of delhi NCR.Better to port

    @JioCare Problem is of Network Signals in this area coz it is not issue with a single person but with a large group of person. In earlier conversation with your staff, they said that ur area is not sufficiently covered in few days. But that don't cover till date. If u cannot install

    @reliancejio I installed jio fiber but could not continue that and discontinued the connection before one month trial period ends as the policy says 100 percent refund if you cancel connection before trial period ends .i did not get my full refund i got only 500 instead

    I really regret to say that it’s been more than 6 months the network issue of JIO couldn’t be solved. I have raise many requests to customer care but issue still persists the same. I’m not able to call/use net even in Delhi due to worst quality of network. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio My pc is not getting connected with you jiofiber via wifi whereas my pc works well with other ISPs. Only your connection as a particular not working with the pc.I lodged my complain several times with customer care but till now no solution has been provided.

    @JioCare I am using the Jio prepaid SIM card for long time. Recently I have been facing slow Internet problem and speedy data consumption. Within half n hour data limit completes 90 % . It’s very bad experience to me. Please rectify early
