My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

This problem is everywhere. yesterday I went to Gurugram than Delhi cantt. Today I went to Gurugram. But how does that matter its not working at my also. I am sending this message through wifi.
