    @JioCare, I've alrdy told ur agents the new sim was ordered by some glitch & the order needs to be cancelled bt still I'm getting calls repeatedly frm ur side. I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

    @JioCare SR00001JKKYR - 50 calls , 10 emails still struggling to get a resolution from RJIO . Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support

    One of jio number that is postpaid, is not in use and asking customer care to deactivate, they put my number for 40+ minutes and no one response what a worthless service it is, never go for postpaid @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is a feedback regarding your Jio Fibre service. It looks I have bought it to just watch your ads. It started with 1 ad for 15 sec and now anytime, 2-3 adv of even more than 1 min display. I thought, i will watch different program but only watching adv.

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi team jio We are facing too much worst service from last couple of days Specially at home. We unable to use internet & voice services inside or outside as well So it's humble request to you keep increase your network services Otherwise i have to port.

    @JioCare How can I possibly remember all the names. Why can’t JIO CARE team go through all tickets raised in my account and chase your executives who always gave me false hopes. Even your cancellation team executive who told me add on STB is not a service JIO provides

    Dear @JioCare , I have raised many complaints regarding network issues and all complaints are closed without resolution. Network is the worst at my place and I have to struggle for even paying the vendor. I have generated port out code and will move to some other operator.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Hi..your internet and Call networks are very poor ( B-76 Rama Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi 110059) since a long time. Many time I raised a complaint,but no profitable outcomes. Many times you are preparing Teams for the visit only.

    @JioCare : Jio is completely unprofessional customer care. They always give wrong information on customer care. The executive doesn’t know how to talk to customer. They should give correct information instead every executive have their own information. Shame on this loot company.

    Took a Jio AirFiber connection in March 2026 with a 4month recharge. During installation, I was informed that relocation would be possible if I shifted my residence. After 1.5 months, I moved to a new flat and contacted @JioCare relocation, but now they are denying the service.

    @JioCare I had to go through all the frustration and struggle for 3 days to get a duplicate sim and the worst part i had to pay Rs 50 to get it... The faulty sim got dead due to fault at your end and i ended up paying for it... It's so #disappointing and #frustrating

    @JioCare Still no cancellation request has been processed yet. It’s been days and there is absolutely no proper update from your side. A simple cancellation request taking this long clearly shows how poor the service and support experience has become.

    @JioCare, please optimize the 4G network speed and improve indoor signal coverage in my area. Internet speeds are very slow and connectivity is unstable in indoors. Kindly look into this issue and improve the network quality as soon as possible.
