Dear @Airtel_Presence, I shifted from Bhavnagar to Delhi in April this year and ported in my number to the same network considering my earlier experiences. However, here even after 7 months, I wonder why to continue with you when I need to use @JioCare most of the time.

@JioCare Seriously jio still is working on improving coverage in City like delhi. Jio has increased monthly plan to 209 from 149 and still if these issue are not resolved i am not receiving calls since morning. Better to get my number parted atleast i will get service if i pay.

Reason why so many people suddenly shifted to @reliancejio from tatasky and likes is bcoz of the latter's poor service. Now in the urge to grab more and more customers, jio is screwing in on quality. I feel @reliancejio shld concentrate on delight rather than satisfaction.
