    @KingVishhh @JioCare you're failing your product. The man had been chasing your team for more than 7 days now, yes the situation doesn't allow for quick fixes but not responding to calls and closing tickets without resolution isn't professional at all. ZERO after sales! ZERO professionalism!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Internet not working-Jio Wi-Fi router Pathetic customer care they registered complent with out Jio number they not ready to give compleint number. I m facing issue with Jio Net device, should I throw it or u have any solution.

    @reliancejio Undoubtedly JIO has been delivering their best. But since 3 days, there is no network availability in village SiswaPatna, East Champaran, Bihat (PIN:845432).I request @JioCare to kindly look into the issue which has caused unavailablity of network and fix it ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio having sad facing issue on Jiofi since we started using in lockdown, no speed seems fluctuations every hour when router light is in green mode, shell jump to different or will it be fixed?

    @airtelindia unable to take or receive calls from my home due to very poor network from you guys. Regular call drops with disconnection. Thinking of porting to @reliancejio if the issue is not sorted.

    @JioCare Tired of following up for Jio fibre refund, since November 12,2020. You are claiming to provide free Jio fibre internet for a month, and full refund on cancellation within a month. But this seems just not true in my case. Please provide support..

    @JioCare So I guess there is no solution and no follow up either. We're more than 150 gamers who r facing similar problem in Jiofibre. People it's time to switch to airtel or tatasky. They are offering similar rates with much better ping. @airtelindia please let us know your offers.

    @JioCare And the worst service provider is Jio. My enginner visit for my jio fiber related issue which I have registered complaint for on 5 Jan had been shifted twice and now they are saying that the engineer will visit on 9 Jan. That's outrageous. BSNL provide sol faster.
