    @reliancejio just heard lovely music waiting for your customer care to get back on the phone and solve my issues with my jio no. And after 25 mins of waiting the call gets disconnected. Is this what you call customer care? Sad and frankly very unprofessional.

    @JioCare I called on phone and also informed to salesman anurag and engineer Brijesh asked him to cancel but he didn't cancelled my order and put it on hold.

    @JioCare I had surrendered my jio fibre connection 2 month ago when there was network issue and your engineer told me to cancel the connection and I will get a full refund of Rs 1500.

    @JioCare call disconnect in 10 sec every time when cce pickup the call . Facing this issue since week kindly solve this else arrange a call at the earliest i have a concern/complaint about my jio number regarding billing

    @reliancejio plz help the behaviour of jio sales time like distributor tam and sales person.they behave very rudly,they forced to retailer for doing which is not easy.retailer always tried to do best. some time it's not possible that time they start missuing there rights plz help

    @JioCare Very bad experience, false commitment, my jio fiber was booked with 2hr installation commitment, now two days there no installation. Now informed that my installation is on hold as per customer request, I calling customer support but no responses. Order ID NO0000JBJ024
