    @JioCare I'm still receiving call from Jio saying We tried contacting you but were not able to connect. I can't understand why they can not connect for appointment but can connect to communicate this. The service request created shows the expected completion date as 15th Oct.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup This is my jio number 7011148920 on which DND services were activated 1 month ago due to which we could talk for 40 minutes in 24 hours but when my recharge ended on 3 oct still DND serivec was not removed and internet It is also not working,

    @reliancejio @JioCare I facing a problem with JIO broadband since long and the process of complaint registering is pathetic. Feels like trapped. Switching to other option is not the only solution. @airtelindia

    @JioCare For getting a connection you guys are like Sir today evening itself it will be done. And for disconnecting you guys need more than a month. I'm fed up of this with you, you can keep my 1500Rs with you and I'll throw your device in garbage.

    @JioCare, I've alrdy told ur agents the new sim was ordered by some glitch & the order needs to be cancelled bt still I'm getting calls repeatedly frm ur side. I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViBusinessIndia pls confirm which has a better network in this location. Looking for port out. Have changed earlier from Airtel to Vodafone and both have failed miserably. Pathetic service. It's been a while but not sure if Airtel has improved anyway

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Thats what I'm asking, what technical reason? Engineer is straight away saying that I don't visit on relocation requests and only come for new connection. Engineer denying for service is technical reason?

    @reliancejio they never provide such an extension. no response on emails sent to customer care with payment proofs. Local internet service providers are much better than this Global brand.

    @JioCare it's our to mistake choose jio over airtel I think ? If network slow u can't talk with ur customer care,& if u write an email forget their replies? Is that a customer oriented service ? @TRAI Or u just here to collect money only by providing lowest service 😠

    @JioCare My JIO Fiber number is 3331658470. I raised a complaint on 29th May about my router which was not working after the bill payment vide reference number SR0000370UYL. But till date I don't get any resolution. Call me at 7278382563 and resolve the issue immediately.

    @JioCare My internet is down for 10 days now. I have contact ed customer care for lot of days and Engineer visit has been continuous rescheduled. We need it to be fixed as soon as possible and I want refund for those days + compensation too. Booking id : SR000036FUDD

    @JioCare @reliancejio Therefore I no longer require the JioFiber connection. I have already called customer care and registered a cancellation request vide Reference No. SR000037464N. Kindly process the cancellation and refund my money at the earliest. An early resolution will be appreciated.
