@reliancejio I have recharged of ₹2599 in Jan 2021 but disney hotstar has expired in five months and you customer care is not able to resolved this. It's is company policy to expire early to recharge more for revenue generation

@JioCare Sir, network is low. Ping is high 80ms to 120ms. I used to 44ms to 48ms constantly with @Airtel_Presence. Videos Play in when device moves, buffering videos if place a device idle. Lot of issues I can't say. Jio network behaving like #Vi.Jio, please release me,I will pay penalty

@reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima after calling 1000 times to customer care for Internet not running properly & router not working, the issue is still not resolved over a week. When ur backend team comes to resolve issue at my home, they are unable to connect to your customer care.

@JioCare @niks_233 Not happy with the service provided. There are wires & only wires in my house. Your representative told us they will take 3 connections & ended up taking 10 connections from the same box. Request you to reply us with us a solution or else we’ll have to take action against it.
