    @JioCare. I knw my plan is going to be expired. So, no need to explain this before making every call. Sometimes people have to make emergency calls and each second is crucial. These days nobdy survives without internet, so I know when to do recharge. Stop notifying before calls.

    @JioCare Third class customer care services from India's largest mobile service provider. Myjio app is not working since last 20- 25 days and they are doing absolutely nothing. Even they are not giving courtesy reply. Now time to port the jio number.

    @kyapei @JioCare Yes I too facing same problem with my Jio Postpaid Plus connection. Even they have sent ebill PDF file which one cannot print it. Customer service executive says one cannot print these ebill and you have to wait till the print options are available. Horrible understanding.

    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port my @JioCare number to Vi but they are forcing me to recharge with FRC and that pack is not relevant to me. so i drop my idea to port into your company. sorry for your loss. and im porting my Existing Vi number to Jio. thank you for the bad service

    Jio network is degrading day by day..even though I have a good high speed unlimited internet plan, the speed is too low, when I contact jio help in app, it just says you are in a low network area and to change my location. Thats not a solution 😡😡 @JioCare @airtelindia

    @JioCare pathetic support from JIO. Got the complaint no. In live chat with My jio. Now there is no complaint found in tracker. issue is not resolved and struggling since last 5 days...does it mean that portability is the only solution ????
