Further keot getting msgs which said that an executive tried to get in contact but could not which is a lie as I never got a call except once in beginning of March when I asked to reschedule by just a day or some hours. Look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio I am supposed to get 150 mobs under my plan but getting only around 50 most of the time. Your troubleshoot tool says it's great speed. Net is slow even for 50 mpbs. There's no way I can select an option from IVR or create a ticket.

@SejalSud I would access the account of @JioCare and @reliancejio and give realistic timelines to resolve any issues of customers. Online, they don't commit any timelines, customer care executives always say it will be resolved in next 24hrs, but it never happens. #jiodoesntcare

@reliancejio @JioCare For resolution, you need 60 days. How can you expect me to pay the amount for bad services. I have already recharged for one year, so you should either refund the amount or extend the pack expiry date for my mobile number. #JioSucks
