    Dear @JioHotstar @JioCare , you guys are completely spoiling the entertainment. Continuous buffering, glitch, huge time to launch apps, day by day your service is getting worse. Collecting all the data evidence to file a case in consumer court. Worst worst worst #JioHotstar

    @JioCare Very disappointed with your service. For the last three months I have been paying full monthly charges but facing frequent connectivity issues almost daily. Every time your team gives the same excuse of an outage, yet the problem is never permanently resolved.

    @JioCare I have been facing an internet issue for the past 3 working days. I am getting a maximum download speed of 10 mbps. This is significantly affecting my work like anything. Airfiber number 8415352308. Every time I call customer care in message congestion in your area.

    @JioCare jio wifi network have big issue. It disconnects automatically in every 10 second. There is no direct facility to contact jio customer care. Location Bihar samastipur. Kindly check the network issue

    @JioCare want to cancel jio airfiber connection,as we are re - locating. But not able to as customer care is not picking up the call nd on App there is no option & i’ve to relocate by 15th April so before that we want to cancel the Plan/connection

    @JioCare Orderer jio phone flipkart 6 Apr Order ID:OD437230967002142100 received a dead device on 12 Apr.Both of them avoid providing solution I think there is no return policy, it feels to me like Flipkart and Jio have deliberately delivered a dead phone to avoid responsibility.
