    @JioCare i m working at Mumbai airport utility building, your network is very poor. We can't talk when we are inside the office. Even downloding speed is too slow.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Facing call drop , one way , voice breaking , very slow internet speed issue due to its limited network coverage. Not able to make call . I have been raising this issue since it's launch but always giving lame excuses. Not able to contact on cust care

    @JioCare There is no Jio network from past 24 hours in pincode 524124, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh. Kindly look into the matter. Alternate number is DMed. Also don't give useless replies like restart phone, insert sim in slot 1, etc. All that is done already.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani Are big CHOR they arey growing high by doing all the possible ****'s with customers. I recharged for My Number and got error of Transaction Failed for 3 attempts and post 2 hrs I got msg stating that I have done recharge for 3 times.

    @JioCare Hi I took a connection from Jio fibre net on 25th November and my order number is N00000FQBYFS so far no one came for installation and sales team also not responding. Really worst service When will I get connection or what is the procedure to get refund. Kindly advise

    @motorolaindia Their is no difference left between @motorolaindia and @JioCare . You have decided not to give updates and support for VoLTE on other operators and Jio has decided not to give proper speed. Which means I have to switch to another brand for Airtel VoLTE support.
