    Requested Jio AirFiber installation 8 days ago. Every single day customer care promises a technician will arrive between 10 AM - 12 PM, but nobody shows up. Terrible service that too in Bengaluru not sure what happens in smaller cities. @JioCare @reliancejio @RIL_Updates"

    @JioCare Call technician goes to a number which no one picks, you have rescheduled it three times in last three days, there is no resolution, no one visited the site, dont give me same copy paste replies!! I know how to check the appointment i am not dumb !! How many months will you take?

    @JioCare Your technicians keep postponing the service day after day. I raised it yesterday morning and till now no one has come to fix the internet. Why do you charge per month full charge if your service is this bad? We dont get network here so we rely on wifi

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with recurring #JioFiber outages. repeated complaints, services were restored recently, but the connection is again down since 1 PM. service engineers are unwilling to replace the router/or identify the root cause, resulting frequent breakdown.

    @JioCare BIG SCAM BY JIO! Jio took ₹349 payment and completed KYC for my new SIM order on 10 May 2026. Promised delivery in 2 days. Almost a month now, No SIM, no resolution, only excuses.Order ID: NO00015EB4AV Deliver the SIM. Planning to complain now on Consumer Helpline(NCH)

    @JioCare @jio_fiber UR technician Bhavin took the otp yesterday saying he does not have adapter currently and will come back at 6 pm and replace it. I called him and again told me he will come in the morning today Now he denied visiting PLEASE SEND SOMEONE 2 VISIT FIX THE ISSUE
