    Dear @JioCare, it's not about the mobile fault for slow internet speed but it's your location. Right now I am in a town about 40km away from my place and here internet is good. Kindly improve your speed at 440009 location.

    @reliancejio Dear service provider don't know why but have disabled the'Call forwarding' option, when called to forwarded number it is saying'The service you have requested is currently unavailable' kindly request to restore the call forwarding services,user is from Jio Karnataka

    @reliancejio I recharged another number through Recharge for a friend option but MyJio recharged my own number. And your customer support service is sh*t.

    This issue starter coming up after new jio recharge which was of higher plan than earlier. Sad to say this that customer care persons didn’t even bother to understand or even ask or listen about the problem. @reliancejio @JioCare
