    @JioCare Is this some kind of joke. went to jio store to convert my jio postpaid to prepaid. But since then there is no network on my phone.

    @reliancejio I am super, super annoyed with your service. Jio sucks. It shows as "connected" with full bars on the phone screen. Yet my phone is not connected to the network. I realize this when people try to reach me but they cannot. It's happening only in my area.

    @JioCare I can't use the 5G welcome offer because of no 5G network coverage on Neral location therefore i am very frustrated, kindly consider the same. If you think about it then you can do everything.

    @JioCare You have the Worst eSim Services ever! Being a Postpaid customer i can see pure Negligence! Im unable to receive any OTP/SMS since last 7 Days Nobody has turned up to solve the Issue. And whenever connected to customer care they have no Idea what needs to be done!
