Dr Ratan Saini (@drratansainidb) reported@JioCare My suggestion is improve how you deal with customers and problem must be resolved in minutes not days. Complaint is already lodged and there is no resolution. Attend to complaints immediately instead of waiting for things to get solved by customers themselves. @TRAI
