    @JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet stops working properly after the power outage. 1 MB file is taking more than 1 min to download. Youtube videos are not loading in 240p also. The same works little better when the electricity is restored.

    Jio is absolutely doing fraud with its customers. I have been there customer since years but the fraud that they did is not acceptable.Really jio now you guys will do fraud in refunds also. SHAME...will gonna take legal actions soon @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber @JioChat

    @JioCare What is wrong with the Fiber network since last 3 days? The connection was down for 3 hours on the 20th and after restoration, there are frequent disconnections causing a lot of troubles in usage! Kindly resolve this ASAP!

    @JioCare It's been 5 days no resolution, Service id is 300290642820. No local person are assuring any help we are not able to resolve the issue

    @JioCare worst service I ever experienced. Waiting for my jio fiber relocation for last 10 days, it's keep rescheduled and canceled. They willing to provide new connection at any cost but ignore existing customer, No response from service engineer. Order number: CO0000N4Y3BB

    @JioCare I am facing poor network for the past 2 months. In spite of several complaints here in Puraswakkam area of CHENNAI, no one is least bothered to attend to this issue. Hope with this Tweet, I can get some relief.
