    @JioCare @jio_fiber Very disappointing service from @JioCare. Multiple engineer visits got rescheduled, promised resolution date (18th May) has already passed, and the issue is still unresolved on 19th May. Constant follow-ups, tweets, and complaints -but no actual resolution.

    @JioCare Jio Air fiber no-06853313560 and Mob no-7008901954. Service interruption since yesterday afternoon at 3pm. No response from local authority and customer service. Try for quick Restoration.

    @JioCare The issue is not resolved.On friday a executive called my wife and telling its Tower/server issues.U will have this problem we can't help.If u complain also no use. If you want, get converted to jio fiber. So,suggest what to do. No 1 visited house to check the internet issues.

    @JioCare @reliancejio so when I willing to get jio fiber service the coustomer support and the person who arrived to install the fiber Said that you have to pay 600₹ which is refundable through voucher after 6 months. Now after 6 months they said this offer is expired.nice fraud

    @JioCare @JioCare #Jio I have already messaged the details . Also asked to take it on priority. But still not got any resolution. Customer care response was very poor. The issue is the Router is not giving internet on the LAN output ports. I could not explain in much better way.

    @JioCare I supposed to get Air fibre connection but due to poor customer care I have changed my mind. I have wasted my one hour but did not get the answer.

    @JioCare service team can be easily awarded as the worst customer support team in India! Technician broke a wire and demanded money to get new cable, later did not show up. Ticket waiting for 3 days without anyone visiting and getting postponed. 3 days without broadband!

    @JioCare Nobody is coming to rectify dead wifi. Why shall I pay for dead service. Your staff is keeping service on HOLD and keep on rescheduling without any communication. How are they assuming that service should be rescheduled?
