    I called twice regarding the issue. During the first call, the advisor connected but did not respond. She later called back, and when I requested her to wait for 1 minute, there was no response from her side afterward. @reliancejio

    @TRAI @reliancejio is the worst service provider. I don’t get Internet most of the times at 5G speed rates!

    Despite multiple complaints,follow-ups, no action has been taken on my JioFiber installation.yet there is no installation, no update, and no accountability.Order No: NO0001EQ8BDA Requesting immediate intervention from @JioCare @reliancejio. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @TRAI Ofcourse yes, I havent seen complete signal bars in my @JioCare network. And experience with @airtelindia wired broadband is pathetic. As there is no competition Airtel and Jio customer experience is degrading day by day and I should say they are least bothered about customer complaints. More competition required.

    Dear @airtelindia 2 hours gone and no response yet even after this! Seriously u r also becoming like @reliancejio in poor service providing. I closed 5 connections of Jio in last 6 months, and even ur company is doing similarly 🫢

    Hi @JioCare, I recharged my Jio number with ₹707 after seeing a WhatsApp offer promising 1 month extra validity + ₹150 cashback. However, I have not received either the extra validity or the cashback. Please check my recharge and resolve this issue as #JioAirFiber #jiofraud

    What a horrible Internet and calling network you guys are offering after taking Money for nothing ? After various complain we are told to be patience & when asked even team has no TAT or Anything to say. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Subscribe for high speed internet and paying for the same but getting worst speed of 4 Mbps. Is this what your high speed service means @reliancejio @JioCare ?
