  @JioCare This is a big joke now. My connection is out of order since July 27. Today, even my cancellation request was deleted at your end (without my consent). I had to call and re issue a cancel request which will take another 10 days. Feeling helpless and cheated @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare @AnantAmbani , @JioCare, I received a message today (7:13 PM) stating my complaint (SR00003DFMST) is resolved via remote fix. Rebooted the router—issue persists. The appeal number (1800 889 3999) closes at 6:30 PM and is Mon-Fri only. This is a systemic failure for weekend users

  @JioCare My suggestion is improve how you deal with customers and problem must be resolved in minutes not days. Complaint is already lodged and there is no resolution. Attend to complaints immediately instead of waiting for things to get solved by customers themselves. @TRAI
