    Replied, the DM, asking reason for closure. And please, stop trying to retain the customer on ground that Voice calls are free. There is nothing free, even the lowest plan cost approx 120, so, I don’t understand logic of @JioCare saying that voice calls are free for life

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare i want to switch from a poor @Airtel_Presence broadband connection to a stable connection henceforth pls siggest what details are required to switch in the network. I have currently opted tor Rs 999 plan in airtel and getting only 40mbps (false fiber) speed.
