    @reliancejio @JioCare (2/3) You are trying to fool new customers and not providing better service even the speed is Slow. The service is very Bad in Bengaluru. the customer care people say withing this time and that time . But Jio is just fooling.

    @reliancejio - there is a scamster number: 9339954496 who is calling up to mention that Jio number will be blocked. He is asking to install Jio Quick Support and share the ID. This post is to bring it to notice so others are saved.

    @JioCare I went to jio dealer in datia 475661 to purchase a new sim the dealer is demanding 250 rs for sim without any bill what kind of service is this

    @airtelindia Shocked today when came to know that after paying 80INR you are not eligible for any outgoing sms service. Why the hell should i pay you , only for 28days incoming. Seems company have decided to get out of the telecom services. @reliancejio just celebrate.

    @reliancejio @JioCare (1/3)I have requested for service in my Jio Fiber connection.on 9th August i booked for a engineers visit.but its 11th August now and no one has yet come and resolved the issue. Is this the service u provide for the customers.

    @JioCare live chats and bots r of no use. surprisingly after the recharge we can only see the red light on the router. pls get the same attended and also get a helpdesk which can attend to the consumers problems

    @reliancejio JioFi devices are not available anywhere. Checked all Jio stores nearby. What's the issue? Reliance Digital also doesn't have it.
