    @reliancejio your sales executive promised gift vouchers worth 6K to buy jio broadband conne6with 6 months advanced rental but after the connection, he just disappeared. Not taking calls not replying. Customer care is also not resolving the issue. Cheating ppl #JioFiber #unfair

    @motorolaindia While purchasing a phone It is not mentioned that 5G support is only limited to Airtel and Vi, as per specifications it should support all the networks including @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi it’s been a year there no network in our house there are many residents living in my place but no network, @airtelindia never helped trying to get good network atleast for phone call, internet I know it may take another decade

    Time to leave @airtelindia after using their broadband service for more than a decade. Customer service is pathetic now. Even after calling 100 times, you won’t get your issue resolved. Moving to Jio…Having high expectations from @JioCare

    @reliancejio World's worst customer service, their service executive doesn't care that customers are getting upset. I have been talking to customer care for 3 days continuously, every time they say that sir engineer is coming in 1 hour and today they say that it will not be right till 20th.

    @nch1915 I registered a complaint there, & you'll closed it in a few days. So what's the point...? What action taken against @reliancejio to ensure this doesn't happen every 2 days...? Or to refund monies...? I will lodge another complaint
