    @JioCare its being more then 3 months and your network is not working and youvare charging us for no service. MayxI know when you will stop this and provide service as after number of complaint and even earlier tweets also no improvement yet.

    @JioCare @JioCare On the first day, Jio 5G worked in our area for just 2–3 hours. We were so happy that we immediately recharged with the ₹349 plan, expecting to use unlimited 5G. But after a few hours, the 5G signal disappeared and has not returned till now.

    No network for mobile & fibre since morning at 401402. It's raining continuously& during situations like these, a reliable mobile network is essential for communication & emergencies. @JioCare restore services earliest. network outage during heavy rainfall is a serious concern.

    Hey @JioCare, very disappointed with my Jio AirFiber (installed 5 June). 100 Mbps plan but barely get 40 Mbps, high ping & frequent drops. Complaints raised, no fix yet. Please resolve ASAP or I’ll escalate further.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service from Jio! If this is the standard in a city like Mumbai, just imagine how bad it must be elsewhere.Big promises mean nothing without reliable service.Time to focus less on marketing & more on delivering what customers actually pay for.

    @JioCare I am really frustrated with this ongoing network issue. I have been facing this problem continuously, and it is causing a lot of inconvenience.If this issue is not resolved within the next 3 days, I will port my Jio SIM to Airtel. I expect a permanent solution as soon as possible
