  @JioCare @reliancejioExtremely disappointed with the service. Paid ₹628.93 for AirFiber today, but service is still suspended. Spoke to agent 'Rohtas' who was incredibly rude, told me my money is "wasted," and my account is deactivated with no refund. This is unacceptable!

  @JioCare I replied by DM as you suggested but my issue was not resolved after the pass of 72 hours. This type of service is not acceptable from any reputed company. #shameful service #jiocare

  @himanshutalrej3 It was an absolutely terrible network experience. I used it for a year and barely got any signal. Later, I switched to Reliance @JioCare and the difference has been huge with much better connectivity. You can try once

  @JioCare @reliancejio Please Check Service request of 3rd May 2026-- SR000034YTGB. Tried filing in a service request from 2nd May 2026 onwards and finally registered by Jiocare on 3rd May after 6 calls to jio customer care. Check your call logs or I can furnish same.

  @JioCare Sorry to say the service of Jio Fiber in Bangalore is worst than any other service provider. From today morning there is no connection and they don't even bother to check it where is the fault. And you are saying tomorrow an engineer will come, SHAMEFUL
