I want to port my @Airtel_Presence number to any other network by opting a network which offer lowest charge on talk time with good network coverage. I do not need data plans. @reliancejio @Vodafone_Ind kindly provide your tariff plans for talktime.

@JioCare Raised multiple requests for disconnected ext. Fiber cables. Facing the issue since a week. no one turned up to solve the issue & upon that the service tickets have been closed without my approval. Utterly disappointing and just poor service. @reliancejio

@trai If customer does another recharge they will not refund amount of another recharge. I had done recharge of 2399 twice and @reliancejio @jiocare not refunding that amount now

@JioCare no meaning of escalating the issue to any level. Jio is most irresponsible. Only messages stating they will fix it. Service request raised 4 times. Still no response
