    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, after months of complaints, I'm still receiving the same copy-paste response. The problem is not my phone; it's the network in our village. Please verify the local coverage instead of repeating generic troubleshooting. Same problemexist on every 5G device I have.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTrue5G 3/4 I have contacted Jio Customer Care more than 20 times. Every time I am told there is a temporary issue and to wait 48 hours. This has been going on for almost 3 months with no permanent resolution.

    @JioCare when called customer care they kept me waiting for 30 mins and disconnected call. Later they rescheduled engg visit for 5th b/w 1 to 2 pm. Is this the service provided? @DoT_India why should i pay for this poor service by @JioCare
