    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat - #jiofiber service is very bad. I order for relocation since 27 march no response. I got fedup and ask to customer care to deactivate account and mention the cause that service is not good but he mentioned.customer are geeting good offer frm other

    @JioCare waah ! 4 network failures in not even 48 HOURS!! Have been trying to reach the customer care - NOT REACHABLE, Service Engineer - NOT REACHABLE. Fiber n/w has regularly been down, and I have installed this connection not even 48 hours back.
