Sohaib Hussain (@SohaibH74) reported@JioCare What kind of joke is this? Paying ₹3599 for “5G” and getting 27 kbps max speed for the last 5 days. The network keeps shamelessly switching back to 4G on its own. Not just me, the whole Hathkowapara, Azara area is suffering the same nonsense.

The customer service is the worst. 20+ calls since 3 weeks, still no Engineer assigned, you guys just close the ticket. You don't even check if the issue was resolved or not. Horrible!!
