    @JioCare They were simply updating the comments (I was getting an SMS) that 'customer has requested for hold for installation ' wherein I haven't asked fr any such ...I wanted the connection on urgent basis

    @JioCare I don't want any further jio connection..themobile network in our area(Malleshwaram, Bangalore) has been off in our area from July 9th 2022...no resolution till date fr that also...@TRAI

    @reliancejio I'm a employee of Union Bank of India siwani branch. We all staff of siwani branch have jio sim but no connectivity in branch premises. In last I buy a new vodafone sim. Please solve this problem

    @JioCare After my previous tweet the appointment got rescheduled to 11am today morning, but even now (1pm) no one has visited and Jio Fiber is still NOT working. It's the 4th day now. Please let me know how much more patience do you expect me to have.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Store located at Arya nagar chauraha Kanpur Uttar Pradesh denied to convert my physical sim to esim just because they don’t want to check they said they have nothing to check my sim issue as i know everything an be sorted put through this
