    @JioCare @samkayis Hey jio your network is pathetic today calling is not working. Jio tumne toh Rcom ki baat dila di. This outage is 4 th time in last 30 days. If you are not serious than people will move to other networks.

    @JioCare SR00001997FI No body is coming to attend the above service request sice 2 days. This this how jio fiber operates with super slow service and continuous downtime for over 2 days. I think its time to switch to @AirtelXtream

    @JioCare pathetic customer service. My issue with damaged fiber wire is still persisting from over 21 days. Even after complaining regularly, they are doing nothing. Other service providers are way better than Jio.

    Jio is providing the best recharge plan as compared to other telecom services but their customer support is very poor. Raised issues multiple times reg. slow internet speed & poor network in my area since last 3 months till now no action taken yet. @JioCare @reliancejio @trai

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Somebody has stolen my phone 2-3 days ago and both my numbers were on my wife's ID proofs. She's in Canada right now. So, when I went to jio center they didn't issue me a new sim even after providing original proofs of my wife.
