  @JioCare @jio_fiber @NotFibre I have been facing Jio Air Fiber wifi outage in Ram Nagar Extension, Shahdara, Delhi-110032 from past 2 days. Status is unknown. I need to do my office work but I am forced to take leave because of no internet. Fix it ASAP and tell the status.

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Worst Service by @JioCare and waste customer care number given.. The employees in Chandapura, Bengaluru area are for no use. From past 4days keep on saying will do KYC, better change these lazy guys and put some good employees.

  @JioCare please just refund my money. The guy who did my kyc is not picking up and it’s been almost a week since I paid my bill for 3 months yet no installation was done. This is trash service. Y’all don’t update me on what’s going on either. Get the installation done today.
