  My Wi-Fi complaint is still NOT resolved, but your app is incorrectly showing the service request as “Completed.” The technician assigned to the issue is also not responding to my calls, and when he does answer, he speaks rudely and unprofessionally.@JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio 2/4 I contacted customer care and was told it would be resolved within 3 days. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.

  Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
