    @JioCare My fibre connection is not working from the time of recharge (28th March ) issue is not rectified till date . service engineer is telling me to go for new connection . Contact centre and jio care email gives standard reply as issue is rectified but till date no Internet

Even after getting everything installed and paid for plans still internet is down frm 2 months and only reply we get is we are working on it but nothing is working #AbHarGharJioFiber is a myth because of your pathetic services

    @reliancejio I've been without wifi since 6th April, is this the JioFiber customer experience? Where I pay for the wifi and never get either the wifi or my money back? @JioCare is no longer replying properly, anything I say, the reply is Sorry about that, give us more time.
