    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio Please provide solution as customer care said today only engineer would visit. So we have nothing to do we have to wait when Jio would send engineer. Nothing to do all day, don’t go out only wait for Jio engineer.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare and Tanushka, what Is the meaning of actively addressing? Your backend team is working on my issue from last 48days. I never seen any one taking that long time and still not resolved. What is the latest update from them? Don't reply generic msg everytime.

    @JioCare How many tickets are required to be raised to solve one issue, all these tickets are for the same issue. Is there any feedback taken from customers before closing? Is there any dedicated senior team for PIN 121001 Faridabad? The answer is NO.

    @JioCare What kind brain rot solution is this, I am standing in front of the router . Instead of actually fixing the issue you are suggesting me to buy an extender. Its been over 10 days my internet is not working. I want the refund asap. Pathetic @JioCare

    Issue solved or not? Else refund my amt ASAP. Worst service ever. While taking payment u came instantly, now not even answering calls. Looks like Jio is taking customers for granted due to less competition. Moving to another operator. #PoorService #RefundASAP #Jio @JioCare

    @JioCare While PM Modi promotes work from home ... You service makes sure that everyone enjoys internet-free (No internet) at the least 2 days/monthly subscription. Of course, you never compensenate for the monthly downtime.
