@JioCare @reliancegroup I called ur Fiber Helpline to know abt the plan and bill. Ur agent {bushra} was so unprofessional, she dint listen to me and interrupted me while I was speaking and disconnected my call when asked for Supervisor. Shameful Customer service.

@JioCare I have downgraded it, when, I have recognised it, with the help of Netflix, get to know, my email for Netflix have been changed on 14th of May, and plan have been upgraded, seems jio app is not secure or our jio data is getting leaked through Jio company.

@JioCare Where do u want me to start...the sales person (063606 38769) who didn't tk 1 call after sale.. the engineers 094482 18023, 080955 55667, 070903 28664 who keep rescheduling & and dn't evn bother 2 call?? My contact is 9535318130 & i am disgusted by ur service just @start itself

@JioCare Hey.. still waiting for your response. I spoke to your Customer care executive named Jhuma Saha. I asked her to transfer the call to a supervisor for more clarity. She denied upfront saying I WILL NOT TRANSFER. WE DON'T HAVE OPTION. This is the etiquette of your CSR's..
