    @reliancejio Pathetic customer support! My jio fiber connection is down since 6 days now and still no one has been assigned (SR000014C1MM). Your representatives make it even worse by promising everyday that they will send someone and the next day they don't even recognise you!

    Dear @JioCare, this is the second straight day that Jio Fiber services in my area is disrupted for a pretty lengthy period. What's more, one has to call the customer care to know about the outages. No prior intimation is given. One expects better from @reliancejio

    @JioCare i want to take new jio fibre connections .i live in patna . I tried multiple time to customer care executive to get connection in my house but there is no any reply. I also tried from online Book page but not reply yet .
