    @JioCare It's like I feel cheated now you take alternate number and don't even call as usual then why you take? It seems me as a customer has been taken for granted Since last 2 days there was water logging near my house and the internet was in very bad shape as usual from jio

    @JioCare @JioCare I'm writing this with my phone data because even after you resolving the ticket with NO ISSUE FOUND, I'm still having the issue. If you think I'm not connecting the wire good enough, send one of your genius engineers. My money is wasted because of your incompetency.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer service over a simple and minor issue. Service request closed twice with no resolution. Request ref SR00036TOO7. Internet down in May for 7 days. Refund/adjustment still not done. I Will not recommend Jio Fiber to anyone going forward.

    @JioCare If a company is limited only up sms mails etc with the help of AI assistant with out resolving the complainant of customer then this is only the end. If you don't mind please.

    @reliancejio @JioCare What is the point of providing timing to user whne you guys want to do as per your flexibility? and if I am not available between 1-2 how you guys going to resolve it? Haven't seen such a degraded service with respect to user in any other platform.

    @JioCare Raised a complaint regarding non working of Jio Fiber WiFi but no solution is provided since last 4 days. Complaint no. SR00003BZLVT. Service quality of Jio Fiber is extremely poor. If it is not resolved today, plz disconnect it and close the AC. I’ll look for another.

    @JioCare Why the hell it is so difficult to reach you? I want to disconnect my jio fibre and just trying all ways out but it seems a customer cannot reach out to you in case he wants to disconnect his jio service.
