    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice my jio fiber broadband connection id is 7513580771 and the net is not working. It says recharge it but it's a third month and it should be free of cost as your employee said at the time of connection.

    @JioCare The internet speed is less than 1Mbps since yesterday for 150Mbps plan. I have been trying to contact the customer care for engineer visit .They scheduled it twice today but nobody turned up. Can you look at this ASAP?

    @JioCare Seriously? I was getting 4/4 bars of network when I was having the issue after the complaint it became 1bar. If the customer experience is that important then why haven’t your team resolved my issues? I’ll DM my number you can check for yourself how many times I have raised issue

    @JioCare Everyday I m facing that same issue midday time & after 6pm to 11:30pm..& also internet z totally slow.. WhatsApp message z not delivered.

    @reliancejio I have logged a complaint regarding indoor coverage at Haldwani location almost 2 yrs ago. Issue not resolved yet.Please check. I have another number of Airtel and same problem I was facing with them but they took only 2 days to get issue resolved.
