@JioCare @reliancejio I have been facing internet connectivity issue while browsing, surfing and downloading through jio network at my location for a long time. Please do the needful to resolve this issue.

can you somehow get this whole Internet issue sorted ASAP. Here loyal customers like us, have to go through such a frustrating experience, which I can't even make you guys understand in this tweet. Entire town has fast network excluding my own area. @reliancejio @JioCare

Haven't seen a customer care as pathetic as @reliancejio @reliancegroup Would have called the customer care atleast 15 times to get the jio fibre cancelled and get the refund issued! Nothing done for more than 20 days now!!
