    @reliancejio @JioCare With the next available appointment only on 13 June, leaving me without internet for multiple days. What is even more frustrating is that customer care calls never reach a human agent and simply repeat that the SR is on hold and needs to be rescheduled.

    @JioCare Screenshot is already attached. If anyone reviews it, the executive name,date, time, and interaction details are clearly visible. Why am I being asked for the same information again? Repeatedly requesting details that have already been shared only adds to the frustration. #worst
