@JioCare @RelJio4g @reliancejio As per earlier complaint jio slow speed problem not solved yet.your jio center tested wifi no error found.speed test report attached.wifi always show blue indication.Its clears that problem with tower,also confirmed by jio office representative.

@reliancejio @ChennaiIPL I got 3 JioPhone, each is used by my grandparents or elderly. Every 1-2 month the device gets glitched and starts booting again and again, making it unusable. Can't make/receive calls or anything. Every 2 months going to the service station which is 8-9km away makes no sense!

@reliancejio problem lies in external box ,no internal prob but onm team or technical team is not visiting since 5.10.21.Pathetic no net since 5.10.21. Service req SR000016ZJ8V remains unsolved. Jio team always want 24 hrs since 5.10.21. How funny.
