JIO is not here to provide solution but to betray customers by giving this scripted answer every time we complain of a network issue. Their temporary problem is somewhat permanent.

@reliancejio My jio wifi is down since yesterday 5 pm (26-03-2021). I called 2 times yesterday and was told there is an outage.. When I called today morning at around 8 am, I was told it will take another 2 hrs. Then I called at around 10:30 am then they gave me ticket no.
