@Airtel_Presence This @Airtel_Presence provide pathetic service. Conerveted my 2G sim to 4G sim it has been 1 week my sms services are not working complained many times no one is responding. Beter to port to @JioCare or @VodafoneIN which is better than this Airtel guys.

@JioCare worst experience with customers care, I called to 198 it's giving hell lot of unnecessary options but I never get a chance to speak with customer care person to explain the issue.

@reliancejio Fiber connection is functional on the first floor. It has to travel a distance of less than 15 metres. If you are so indifferent & inefficient in selling a new connection Then what would happen when you have installed it & collected money- there is problem.
