Is there anyone from @reliancejio @JioCare help me out, I wasn't able to recharge jio phone which has a package of 49 for a month for calling, nor @GooglePayIndia @Paytm or @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport was accepting the recharge.. theyshows the recharge packs but not accepting it..

@JioCare @reliancejio From the beginning, Jio Data never works for us in our area, but somehow that is manageable with WiFi connections to access internet. We shooted a lot of complaints regarding that but nothing happened as expected.

@JioCare I don't anymore feel important to share my exact location with jio , it's the worst network ever, they say its 4g provided with the speed of ( 9.58kb) amazing right, this worst network is not even able to solve my issue in metro city like hyd. Switching back to airtel.

@reliancejio @JioCare getting network disturbance while on calls, when we trying to call with jio sometimes the getting engage beep and sometimes not connection for 2 to 5 minutes... Request to check the problem persist and resolve it soon.

I’ve been using 4 numbers of Jio for a while now. I got a disconnection msg today for non payment. I’ve made the payment at 10am today and all my numbers are not activated till now.. it has been 11 hours! Very disappointing service! Do something ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare
