@JioCare worst CS. Jio fiber down since 3 days. Only auto msgs postponing ETA to fix. 2nd outage of 3+ days in last 10 days. No one seems to care enough to fix on a priority. 10 flats in our society are impacted. SR00001IS1T6. FYI we all plan to go back to @airtelindia

@reliancejio Know that on 5G phones in the family, we have set preferred network as 'Only 4G' after few weeks of being on 5G as that somewhat reduced the frequency of us not being able to make and receive calls which was otherwise many times during the day 🙄😕😢😣. Fix yourself

@reliancejio Jio was best & after 5G it's worst even on 4G phones. Many times its blank (dormant) when we dial out & so we miss calls as well (phone shows full network), & then we switch Airplane On/Off to resolve. This issue is since long but Jio seems not bothered. So Port Out?
