    @JioCare this is a perfect example of poor customer experience, and it shows the entire Jio team is working in circles and how downstream teams are following the same approach with out solving customer issue you are asking the customer to follow the same approach again pathetic

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio My SRN SR00001BDYX1 has not been addressed by any technician or engineer yet in last 21hrs. They simply repeat, technical reasons taking time and no assurance yet. Very poor service. Please take immediate action and help in resolving this.

    @JioCare Also this is my first day experience into the network, i asked the technician if there are any cable cut issues in the area , or else i would prefer air fiber, he wasn't keen on providing that connection inspite of me elaborating that i cannot afford the downtime as i WFH

    Complete blackout from @JioCare @reliancejio! Relocation request raised, services shut down, but zero communication. There is absolutely NO WAY to reach a real customer executive. Just automated loops and fake promises. Worst relocation experience ever. #JioFiber
