@ACTFibernet over 8 hours since no connectivity. And we call it Digital India. Ridiculous service and ridiculous customer care. Will be changing my ISP very very soon. @reliancejio Your time to take over and show these guys what true service is. Hope you don’t disappoint.

@JioCare Ok let me re iterate i took a new number, 1) I asked for a home sim delivery 2) people called, took OTP sim never delivered 3) I had to complain and after 1 month almost sim was delivered 4) ok now i got sim but I asked for a postpaid connection but was given pre on post 1/n
