@JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

@JioCare @reliancejio offered free #5G Sim to me, when they came to my home to activate it. The executive was so frustrated and irritated as he couldn't do it bcoz of poor signal. Haa hahaha haa . #hyderabad

@reliancejio @JioCare such a wow service you guys do provide. Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Look into this.

Regardless of the fact that JIO is run by Ambani family, @JioCare and it's customer support is perhaps the worst. They still looking into a matter where I'm unable to relocate my Jio fibre. 3rd day yet the documents not getting uploaded on the app. Wake up or shut shop!!
