@JioCare how many months you want solve the issue when converted from postpaid to prepaid (Jan 8-21) you said that in 60days will be refunded..and in March you said the issue will be solved in 10-15days and now you are asking what is the issue. jio related branches are most worst in India

@JioCare @PMOIndia jio care has least concerned about customers..jio is licensed network to loot money by collecting deposits from customers and it is having great support from govt.

@JioCare @fiber_jio Just having economical plans wouldn't make your customers happy, I would rather pick a better service provider who can fix an issue in 2 to 3 days. My ticket is open since last Monday and your customer care team sucks big time

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Dear Team, our corporate connections have not reactivated yet. Someone from jio Hyderabad have taken verification documents also last week. It's been a month time delay. If you can't do it let us know, at least we shall go with other service provider.

@JioCare Had a worst experience with customer care of jio @jagograhakjago attitude of people responding is very bad, spoke to Nithin (call supervisor) and he is asking me to check status of complaint from my end and he is ok if I escalate and raise grievance. nice customer care
