Finally ported one of my 5 @airtelindia numbers to @reliancejio . Will soon port the rest of them too. @Airtel_Presence u chose to ignore my requests to work on the network issues, continue doing so . I will make sure my friends do the same.

@JioCare Patience to wait without any resolution is something saint-like. There's no point in having that "expected resolution time" there in the SR if all you can profess to customers is to exercise patience.

@JioCare This is not an Engineer visit issue. It's about ur faulty billing system, and u hv turned off my connection from backend despite advance payments. My office work is getting severely impacted bcoz of ur cheap level billing services software u hv deployed.
