@JioCare Your service request number is SR0000199A69. You will receive an update by 12/03/2022 18:10. Kindly resolve it by tonight as this is the 2nd complaint in 2 days. Today morning only technician came and solved but again by 5pm lost net connection.

@JioCare @navi_official94 #jio jio aap removed my jio no. & picked Airtel. to know the plan expiry as couldn't remove the sim from dongle to again rectify the aap settings I called jio, agent kept on repeating like a robot that I need to use jio aap not understanding the above issue.
