Q1.. why don't you adjust the charges when you don't give the speed as per plan?

Due to false commitments from JIO cust care we were unable to meet our dead lines, hence had to face a lot of embarrassment.With @reliancejio @JioCare it’s like we don’t care

prasanth kallath (@PKallath91) reported@JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.
