@JioCare @PMOIndia jio care has least concerned about customers..jio is licensed network to loot money by collecting deposits from customers and it is having great support from govt.

@JioCare just confirm me that 'we take amount security deposit as refundable but as per hidden network policy we won't refund' so that I never ask you for my refund amount of balance ₹246

@JioCare how many months you want solve the issue when converted from postpaid to prepaid (Jan 8-21) you said that in 60days will be refunded..and in March you said the issue will be solved in 10-15days and now you are asking what is the issue. jio related branches are most worst in India

Hi @JioCare I switched from my 15 year old reliable broad band connection to Jio Fiber.. And this is really not up to the expectations. Everytime it goes down and still the box shows a green light.. Have to switch to mobile data for office work..
