    @JioCare @fiber_jio Just having economical plans wouldn't make your customers happy, I would rather pick a better service provider who can fix an issue in 2 to 3 days. My ticket is open since last Monday and your customer care team sucks big time

    My number doesn't have network now @JioCare. The signal on the old sim is gone. Send me the goddamn QR code immediately so that I can reactivate my services through the eSim.

    @JioCare what a network i am getting slow internet some time while using the all apps like insta, YouTube, twitter,playstore.i have came to jio 3days back from vi due to slow internet.experincing same slow internet on jio.😟😞😭

    @reliancejio Indian number one waste network is jio fiber, recently i take the new connection there is router problem,so many time I complaint customer care no use there simply say engineer will visit, but no one not came and they are closeing my issue without my notice,

    @JioCare I had raised an initial request on 20th september, if you give me an engineer support only by 29th Sep - do you want your customers to wait 9 days to get their problem solved? That too for the customer who had taken the connection only 1 day prior to the issue? @reliancejio

    @JioCare The problem is your sales guy fulled up the form at my place and never got anything verified from me. He just asked for the OTPs to activate my connection quickly. Now he's saying the entire city gets the same address captured in Jio records as is mine. Ds is another legal issue
