    @TRAI @JioGigaFiber_ @reliancejio Worst service by JIO, No Grievance cell, No response, SR00000XQCYP raised for Gigafibre stopped functioning already 2 days passed no update. The support service not comparable with local operators, there response good.

    Same situation here. Everyone in the office ( Salarpuria Satvva Knowledge City, Hyderabad ) is getting “ no signal “ since 7AM. Even for one person also signal is not getting @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_money @JioSaavn

    After analysing all symptoms I conclude @Apple #IphoneXR cannot support bandwidth of @reliancejio and @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN in same phone. #customer are #cheated by @Apple #dualsim #Veryfrustating

    Everyone in the office ( Salarpuria Satvva Knowledge City, Hyderabad ) is getting no signal sinceyesterday. Even for one person also signal is not getting. @JioCare is not even trying to solve this issue. It is not just for 1 person but for the entire people working in ofc

    @JioCare I don't anymore feel important to share my exact location with jio , it's the worst network ever, they say its 4g provided with the speed of ( 9.58kb) amazing right, this worst network is not even able to solve my issue in metro city like hyd. Switching back to airtel.

    @TRAI kindly look into @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioGenNext @JioGigaFiber_ services. They don’t have even systems in palce to address customer issues! It’s been 3 weeks and I am running pillars to post to get it fixed! It’s like they looted my money legally. And I can do nothing

    @JioCare @JioGigaFiber_ if you are not able to provide the service please stop it. You dont have any escalation details even you people not bothering after raising service request. I called 30 times but no response. I am realizing why I disconnected Bsnl broadband and rely JIO.

    @JioCare That is the issue, your representative says that they have not laid the fibre cables in this area but a area 3 k@ apart from my place has the connection for Jio fiber. This is due to the presence of Airtel fiber in my area, the vendors are not laying the Jio fiber cable.

    @reliancejio You talk about running 5g whereas I live near Delhi (Raja Garden) where jio network does not come. Even after complaining several times the problem is still the same. Hope you will solve the problem. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    There is a complete 5G network in our area (Patna) and it also works. but in my mobile 5G signal Auto convert in 4G but this problem only happens in the Jio Sim, airtel network works fine any idea @reliancejio @JioCare @_DigitalIndia #5gnetwork #5gindia
