    @JioCare Hey, last night I've placed a request to upgrade to eSim. I've received the eSim number and I even confirmed the upgradation request by sending 1 to 183. But I've never received an automated confirmation call. My eSim isn't active yet. Can you please help??

    @JioCare Very slow response by jio team. Till now no-one response. And they are charging me more then rs - 500 on my monthly bill. Charges showed Netflix rentel but as per jio plan it's free. Dear jio team need to revise my bill. Before 20th june. So will able to pay on time.
