@JioCare I am JIO Fiber customer. Usage report that i get from my JIO app is not at all Satisfactory. I am unable plan my bandwith on daliy basis. Also I see the usage report of only 3 days. The start time it gives is incorrect, not sure how it picks start time.

With the launching of 5G in different cities, the city where 5G is yet to launch, esp in our area, the network of 4G has decreased rapidly. Now we can't [almost] even load YT or WhatsApp. 5G is meant to upgrade but not to decrease 4G speed. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare What is the expected time of resolution? If service executive doesn't visit despite a time specified, how can I be assured just by a generic statement that service request is in progress? Our work is dependent on internet connection. Please give an expected time of redressal.
