    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio My SRN SR00001BDYX1 has not been addressed by any technician or engineer yet in last 21hrs. They simply repeat, technical reasons taking time and no assurance yet. Very poor service. Please take immediate action and help in resolving this.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup fiber customer care has been saying that for 100 mbs , 1 month there is no installation charges and the local service providers are saying without 3 months plan we will not provide services. this is not something not what I expected from jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst service I ever faced,I just asked for the new plans but the sales team Mr Suresh from Sanath nagar area made us fools by giving new connection just because he gets paid by new connections,after paying the amount they changed the setup box.

    @JioCare @reliancejio today is the third day since my jio fiber stopped working and I have recieved only false assurances on twitter that the issue will be resolved. Nothing concrete till now. While installing they came running at a single call.
