    @JioCare @jio_gigafiber My broadband connection +91- 7313598321 is not working since 28 July, I tried complaining multiple times but it is still not resolved. Request you to please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

    0 signal strength with No services.. Unable report through MyJio as well as there is no signal. As we do WFH and completely dependent on You @reliancejio @JioCare, I would be happy if you resolve this issue. From #Hyderabad (2)

    Hi @reliancejio Been using your services from the you started. Recommended to many and pretty much impressed.But your service is too worst for people who live in apartment esp at Ground-floor. I have checked it in many apts. (1)

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm not receiving OTP frm most of the vendor's specially frm government sites I'm tired & frustrated I've tried complaining 2 Jiocenter & customer care No one is helping me resolve the issue If this issue doesn't get fixed I will be porting to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Most pathetic customer service you guys have!! #jiofiber is installed but it doesnt have static IP and neither the surveillance camera’s work. Disconnect my connection or I will make the JIO fiber box for my colony is thrown out.

    @JioCare Patience to wait without any resolution is something saint-like. There's no point in having that "expected resolution time" there in the SR if all you can profess to customers is to exercise patience.

    @JioCare Internet was down for last 5 days, the issue is resolved today. But I lost 5 days validity due to a technical probs at Jio box. Will the plan renewal date gets extended? Customer already pays for 31days in advance but only gets 25days service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio have expressed interest in MyJio app several times but haven’t got any welcome invite for true 5G yet. I use iPhone 12 with iOS 16.2. All others in my house are already using 5G but for me. Please rectify the issue at ur end.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service, was promised installation today in the morning while booking the fiber. No one came after multiple follow ups and now not picking up the phone as well. A full day wasted without work. This is happening in Bangalore.

    @reliancejio jio fibre net work is not working since 14th January. Despite of complaints, mails problem not resolved. Falsely information given that problem resolved. No body has given cognizance to solve problems of network restoration so far. I am Advocate and work suffered lot
