@JioCare Internet was down for last 5 days, the issue is resolved today. But I lost 5 days validity due to a technical probs at Jio box. Will the plan renewal date gets extended? Customer already pays for 31days in advance but only gets 25days service.

We should call the local provider for everything. When you provide an invoice of 942 why do we have to pay 1050?
