I received a call from jio customer service. A girl who was other side told me to do recharge because i had not been recharged since 3 months.When she was speaking sound like threat very loudly. I said her to speak politely but instead of apologise she started shouting.@JioCare

@JioCare it is strange that aprr from employing incompetent after sale service persons the don't carro I cards and vaccination s. Infact consumer should be provided with all these details, as swiggy/zomoto people do, before alloting a visit. Very irresponsible jio management.
