@reliancejio @JioCare Am forced to write that the customer care is most careless and lax in responding and addressing the issue of slow network. Have reported this matter earlier too with no success. Let me inform even your staff is facing lot more problems in setting up system.

@FnaticBlast I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing jio fiber service issue at my location from last 7 days and no service executive responding. My question is if we are paying for half yearly subscription then almost 30 day we are not get service who will responsible for that.
