Hi @JioCare , guess YOU DONT CARE about ur customers at all .My fiber internet is down since 15 days.Everyday I call ur customer care & I get a blatant response " its a temporary issue will be resolved in 2 hours" guess, 2 hours arent over in past 2 weeks. 1/1

@JioCare if connections are exceeded in my area why dint you extend the towers or not allow more than tower capacity connection in an area. Don't give the false resolution.

@JioCare I need to shut down Jio Fiber because I have taken a package with Netflix but it is not appearing on TV. Now when I pressed icon on Netflix it always asked for code which I have never received. Tha ks for your service, I will use it till the validity deadline only

@JioCare Do you call this an assistance? Your support said that too many people are using it that's why the internet is not working. If you could not afford too many people then why did you sell your sim card? Too many people doesn't mean that I have to compromise the services.

@JioCare I am experiencing worst experience with Jio Fibre. Local service providers are much-much better than Jio. Jio has neither been refunding nor resolving issues since 11th March, 2021. What would you call the process when jio charges money without services? Extortion?
