    @reliancejio @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw I am a client of Reliance Jio and how often Jio network is failing for content download up to 95% and have to do logging which is done by giving GB data, please do please do for this problem.

    @JioCare I neeraj kumar mishra had made a request 2 days ago to relocate my jio fiber but till now no response has come from jio side i am angry with your service and my jio fiber number is 05223131323, mobile number is 7870243564. And jio service also available in my area.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare I am facing internet issue since yesterday it has been more than 24hours and no follow up has been done by any engineer or vendor. Ridiculous service by any pvt body, its looking like I am in 90’s. Do the needful asap.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Reliance Team, I have a JioFiber STB since a few years now. But I still don't see Netflix on the STB nor do I see Netflix on the JioStore on the Set Top Box; And installation via browser also doesn't work for the Netflix TV App. Can you guys help?

    @JioCare Alright as a human do take your time but please don't use another message template for excuse. It's just issuing duplicate sim chip. However, I am using wifi for daily work. Kindly fix it by issuing duplicate sim at no extra cost as it's not my fault.

    @JioCare worst service experience of jio fiber. Twice disconnection just 15 days of use . Already paid advance for six month. Considering for discussion and refund

    @JioCare from last seven days i am facing issue in set top box which is provided with jio fiber. Not getting voice in multiple channel Along with that voice command issue Reporter several time but no resolution provided by jio care Pathetic service by Jio Reg mobile-7755085450

    @JioCare I had call the customer support team for my network issue while using the net and they had disconnected the call without giving satisfactory answer to me while we all ate valuable customer but in front of them we are noting very disappointed will try to change sim.😔😞

    @JioCare I am facing failed connectivity issue. App is not working, IVRS says there is some technical glitch in the area and gets disconnected. Neighborhood says no such issue. My no. is 7355774375. Local Jio staff either not approachable or of no help. How is such decline?

    @JioCare I was inquiring about the new sim delivery to my address and I didn't share the aadhar otp ,and still the app placed order. Today your delivery executive called me and said to cancel the order share the otp which I did but very next moment it says that it is delivered.

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR00002MKOPC Ticket raised for Broadband down. Technician rescheduled without confirmation. No response from technician. Canned replies from helpdesk. 12 hours plus my Broadband is down. Poor and substandard service.
