Got a call from +918400794767 informing me of backend problem. After 10 minutes, I got msg that my problem is resolved. I contacted that number but he is evasive. Fed up of Jio.

Nithish (@Nithishpk5) reported@JioCare I’m on a 30 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–14 Mbps in the morning, 2–10 Mbps in the afternoon, and just 500 Kbps–4 Mbps from 6 PM–10 PM. The issue is worst during peak hours. Please fix this network issue ASAP.
