Hi @JioCare , guess YOU DONT CARE about ur customers at all .My fiber internet is down since 15 days.Everyday I call ur customer care & I get a blatant response " its a temporary issue will be resolved in 2 hours" guess, 2 hours arent over in past 2 weeks. 1/1

@JioCare if connections are exceeded in my area why dint you extend the towers or not allow more than tower capacity connection in an area. Don't give the false resolution.

Nor there is any warning while u apply referral voucher tht ur prime membership will b revoked. Non-transparent policies – wish u were customer friendly. I am on 999 & never downgraded my plan. The only mistake I did was referred my friends 2 JioFiber. 2/2 @reliancejio @JioCare
