@JioCare The response from Jio claims that I should use chat services, which I did. Those prerecorded messages do not solve the problem. Jio admitted staff shortage, so please make service free till resolution. Option of refund too if not resolved 11 am today.

@JioCare contd... Even at 5 GHz THERE IS NO STABILITY OF SPEED. Ethernet connection is recognised but shows no internet. The technician doesn’t know LAN connectivity. Can’t change password. Bad deal. Ensure giving me a stable internet or cancel subscription.

I used watch 3 to 4 streams on YouTube but today out of nowhere jio stole my data now i can't use my internet, also so called ' helpline' doesn't provide in person to person service now and telling me recharge again though sms now .wow! Thanks jio. @reliancejio @reliancegroup
