    @JioCare I am going to disconnect my jio fiber connection pathetic service response they charge me heavy amount and not providing proper assistance my internet not working from 4 days . Going to opt airtel fiber atleast there customer response service are good . 😎

    @JioCare I am facing failed connectivity issue. App is not working, IVRS says there is some technical glitch in the area and gets disconnected. Neighborhood says no such issue. My no. is 7355774375. Local Jio staff either not approachable or of no help. How is such decline?

    Yesterday i installed airtel xstreme fibre at my home ,in mobile afte 749 recharge plan over i will port my jio to airtel ,,i m using jio since beginning but due bad customer support i will port to airtel Thanks to airtel @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't understand what complexity is going on except ignoring customer 's grievances recharged my jio fiber by your app,payment was successful, your customer support officials are saying payment received but pending,took 48 hours to resolve ,still pending till now 10.45am

    @JioCare What a service today ur service engineer visited after 20 days but now he is saying that there is no request for relocation we only provide service related to stup box and he is saying that u have not requested for relocation, shown msg which igot frm jio for relocation.

    @JioCare I neeraj kumar mishra had made a request 2 days ago to relocate my jio fiber but till now no response has come from jio side i am angry with your service and my jio fiber number is 05223131323, mobile number is 7870243564. And jio service also available in my area.

    @JioCare My jio fiber network is not giving Wi-Fi for last 2days. Raised service request yesterday. Got a call from +918400794767 informing me of backend problem. After 10 minutes, I got msg that my problem is resolved. I contacted that number but he is evasive. Fed up of Jio.

    @JioCare And please don't drop the message please try to clear the issue within this month because then I will think to port the sim if you will not able to clear the issue ..Very much frustrated with the jio care and jio sim too no proper customer support or any clear clarification

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with my JioFiber service. My 3-month voucher plan (100 Mbps) expired today at 12:30 AM. I immediately recharged ₹3182 for the same 100 Mbps plan, but the new plan is showing activation only after 24 hours.

    @JioCare @JioCare thanks for your world class service 🫡 I’ve cancelled my relocation request today as in the morning got to know that still work order number is not generated! Fade up of all your false promises,tricks n twicks. I won’t recommend Jio fiber to anyone for sure!

    @JioCare Technician visited and says the wire is broken. I lost the connectivity after a power glitch there is no way the wire is broken. The technician is incompetent and does not know how to fix so he is making excuses and now buying time.

Sharing details here: Jio Number: 9517183479 Complaint: SR0000336W5T Reference: MR0001QC2NY9 Issue already explained. Please arrange callback and resolve. Either provide usable 5G at my location or process refund for misleading coverage claim.

    @JioCare @JioCare Its been 6 days now. No update. Delivery agent hasn’t been changed and the same one has his phone switched off from the beginning. How long do i have to wait? Everytime its the same bloody excuse and just waiving of customer by saying “we are working to solve your issue
