Those prerecorded messages do not solve the problem. Jio admitted staff shortage, so please make service free till resolution. Option of refund too if not resolved 11 am today.

While I understand that your services are affected, you are not giving me a free service. Either rectify now or refund me the full amounts and take away your devices.

The technician doesn’t know LAN connectivity. Can’t change password. Bad deal. Ensure giving me a stable internet or cancel subscription.
