When I call your customer support they insist for new connection. they issue new connection within few hours.

Shahbaz (@ShahZaff) reported@JioCare My internet has working IPv6 but IPv4 is not working. I can ping local gateway but cannot reach any IPv4 address like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1. My WAN IP is in private range (10.x.x.x), so I'm behind CGNAT. It looks like IPv4 NAT is not working from your side. Please refresh my session or fix IPv4 connectivity.
