App is not working, IVRS says there is some technical glitch in the area and gets disconnected. Neighborhood says no such issue. My no. is 7355774375. Local Jio staff either not approachable or of no help. How is such decline?

Got a call from +918400794767 informing me of backend problem. After 10 minutes, I got msg that my problem is resolved. I contacted that number but he is evasive. Fed up of Jio.

Arvind (@Kumar9313) reported@JioCare Technician visited and says the wire is broken. I lost the connectivity after a power glitch there is no way the wire is broken. The technician is incompetent and does not know how to fix so he is making excuses and now buying time.
