@JioCare Don't think Jio works beyond Mumbai. Care person fix appointment for resolution of problems whose office is just 2km away but no one came even after 10days of complaint.. Don't think with this poor service attitude Jio can live a long life like Airtel did

@JioCare @OnePlus_IN please note Jio doesn't support VoWifi in 1+ 6T devices or vice versa in both cases customer of Jio & 1+ has to suffer, Please forward this concern to your officials for needful action.

@JioCare I had even asked 4 a fibre connection at my place, but you people are providing it even though your people had recently installed the underground fibre network at our place. It would have been much feasible to hv a fibre connection rather than hvg 2 recharge a limited connection.

I have been chasing the agent and the engg. but they keep on rescheduling the appointment without my consent and never showed up. I tried calling the JioFiber customer service but it's pathetic. They keep on disconnecting my calls.@reliancejio
