    @reliancejio i had the worst experience with u JIO i applied for new jio fiber connection yesterday but the team that came said it will take around 20 days to establish a new connection So today I have applied for Airtel Xtreme as they will establish the connection this evening.

    @JioCare Dear Team and @DoT_India Why no one is serious to take any legal actions each time we are facing the issues at our Hospital premises with the @reliancejio Services. Very Wrost experience but no one is taken by anyone.

    @reliancejio Not received jio 5 g welcome offer yet. i have already 5g device still it’s showing device is not compatible in my jio app. Connected with customer care not responding properly, at least register some request no , worst experience with jio.

    @JioCare @TRAI @GyanTherapy enjoy the 5G services, but as soon as I get on call the network changes automatically to LTE which consumes my limited 4g data,So I want to know is this some kind of glitch on my phone or a general issue & would like to know till when it would be gone.

    @ks_balas @JioCare @TRAI Their customer service personnel called and said they will keep calling again and again until we recharge the number. The worst part is that they are not calling only that particular number, but also other mobile numbers registered under the same name. I asked them what would happen if I didn’t recharge that number. He said they would continue making repeated calls until we recharge it.

    I am constantly facing 5G internet issue since last 1.5 months and had launched complaint regarding it multiple times. But @JioCare constantly ignoring. My recharge validity will expire in June. And after than, I'm not going to recharge my jio number. They have Pathetic service.

    @JioCare I have been using Jio AirFiber for the past 1 year, but I have never received the speed promised in my plan. Most of the time I get less than 1 Mbps speed. I’m paying every month for a service that barely works.
