@reliancejio @JioCare my jiofibre is not providing stable connection. It turns to blinking green, blinks for a while(network is good during->no circuit problem) and then turns red again. Need help. Can't connect with any of ur specialist and your app is crap.Tells to check later.

@reliancejio Recharge failed twice for which amount deducted from my bank account Rs 1299+ 1299 . After half an hour both the recharges are available in my jio app. The customer care was not able to give a satisfactory answer and they were not refunding amt Big bug in Jio app.

@JioCare How long is the question here. Tell me atleast a date and time that 24/48/72 hrs atleast bother to tell what is the problem atleast.Without even knowing the problem asking to wait for indefinite time is not justified . Either tell a date n time or disconnects
