    @JioCare Further, I have recd no responce from the local team of jio fiber over my complaint. Today I lost important study sessions of my daughter. Tomorrow being monday and my daughters are all set to miss their online classes. Thanks to incompetent service from jio fiber team

    @JioCare @jiocare I am also facing slow speed and it drops alot but unable to register complain neither via customer care number nor live chat . Customer care number just playing waiting music since 1 HR and I am still waiting for a agent to connect .

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio I have been trying to call the cx care and tried emailing but no response.There is no speed and I got a top up yesterday and now it is showing 90% consumed for my jio fibre. Very poor customer service. Why upgrading when cannot give basic service.

    @JioCare I am writing this with utter disappointment over a very bad customer service from jio fibre team. I lodged a complaint on 5th Sept over non working of my internet and since then I have contacted customercare team 5 times and I have only got new schedules for a technician

    Had it been heard at other support channels before complaining on twitter to @JioCare, the issue could have been resolved in 2 days only. Also, not everyone has access of twitter to complain. Bringing this your notice in Hope of improvement in complaint reddresal process.Thanks!

    @reliancejio @JioCare At my home all Broadband available like sikka, techyan, tikona but jio fiber is not available. Even I used jio during starting period, but now connection is not available. All Service provider expanding network but jio is degrading network

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since 2016 I have been complaining to Jio that in my house network does not come, so far I have been given only one answer from Jio with that our team is constantly working on the network.Your problem will be solved soon. My recharged money is wasted.
