    @JioCare Alright as a human do take your time but please don't use another message template for excuse. It's just issuing duplicate sim chip. However, I am using wifi for daily work. Kindly fix it by issuing duplicate sim at no extra cost as it's not my fault.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio, We 700 Students Users in #Nigohan, Lucknow facing network in Using Internet and from 3 Year We facing same issues and raising complaint but not any resolve getting now we decided to port our sim in @airtelindia if you not fix issues in 3 days.

    @JioCare hi i m using jio since 2017 but now i want to port it to Vodafone pls let me know the further process Jio has worst care team and i fedd up with their services..i m using it from 6 years and recharge it monthly more than 500 but yet i did not get jio 5g welcome offer

    @JioCare @TRAI @GyanTherapy enjoy the 5G services, but as soon as I get on call the network changes automatically to LTE which consumes my limited 4g data,So I want to know is this some kind of glitch on my phone or a general issue & would like to know till when it would be gone.

    @reliancejio i had the worst experience with u JIO i applied for new jio fiber connection yesterday but the team that came said it will take around 20 days to establish a new connection So today I have applied for Airtel Xtreme as they will establish the connection this evening.

    @JioCare Are you out of your mind or what? I’m getting this reply from the past two months! This is simply harassing the customer. You tell me when the refund of installation charges were initiated & in how many days it will get credited back. Shall i send a legal notice? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still no installation of my JioAirFiber connection, Is this the level of service customers should expect? Are customers supposed to just wait endlessly after payment? This is pure negligence. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this further.

    @JioCare @JioCare my issue is still not resolved even after multiple follow ups, the recharge done is not against a wrong number, the transaction was done for genuine number only but the status is still not reflecting and my concern is not addressed. @TRAI kindly help..

    @JioCare facing network issue at my home for the last 9–10 months. In the last 6 days alone, I’ve raised 5 complaints, but still no resolution. Inside my home, internet is almost unusable. I’m trying to start livestreams but this is stopping me. Please fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare After poor service they can't refund I am not using air fiber a single day only tachnician test net speed and as per 30mbbs speed connection showing 15 to 17 mbbs speed and during I said him I am not satisfied pls cancel this
