    @JioCare How many days I have to wait, I don’t think you really concern, if you really do then please ask your team to call me or provide me the contact or status screenshot that shows the cancellation. Just see your previous replies to me, anyone can understand that you never concern.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi, I raised a service request for transfer of connection on 25th April for shifting on 2nd May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Their agent asking to buy new connection. 017212123532_dsl. Why not shift to Jio?

    @hangryoldman @JioCare @airtelindia Earlier jio's services used to be very good, you could troubleshoot issues through myjio app and easily schedule a technician visit yourself. Now, you cannot do that even after calling customer care.

    @JioCare Dear Reliance Jio Support, My mobile is showing 5G network, but my daily data is still getting deducted instead of using unlimited 5G. This is causing inconvenience and financial loss. Kindly check and resolve this issue urgently. #Jio #5G #CustomerSupport
