    @JioCare very pathetic service by you , engineer visit schedule at 7-8 pm for my jiofiber but no one came , now a message came that i have rescheduled the visit , i have an important meeting through vc but for your disgusting service I will not be able to attend it

    @JioCare service really poor in Indira Hostel, Manipal university, Karnataka. Even basic WhatsApp calls can't be made with your WiFi service provided to students there.. Kindly resolve

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Follow up - 3 It has been almost a week now. I had applied for relocation and everyday a technician is getting assigned and the set up is getting cancelled. Kindly look into this issue. Service request number is SRO0001FS7E5.

    @JioCare it's been more than 2 days but my problem is still not resolved. Your customer care person is always confused about my connection. I specifically told them that my Delhi's jiofiber connection is not working, but they are still fixated on my UP's jiofiber connection...
