Today we have received damaged item of biscuit packet inside the packing when we opened( Chura chura Pressed biscuit), I raised a complaint on website as well, bad service from jiomart, Kindy refund back amount.. Order Id-16687583040121624W @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio

@RelianceJio_DTH @reliancejio worst service, i haved ordered jio DTH and Broadband service 999 plan, and i paid 3600. Jio executive took my aadhar and photo and i got conformation mail and SMS too. Now instalation people are saying connection is not posible. Order No NO0000NLQ6B4

@JioCare Priority assurance has delayed my case to Monday as nobody showed up again today. Very bad service from Jio. If this is the condition in priority then the case of normal is thoughtful. Now plz send the guys to remove the setup completely, I no longer want to be a Jio customer.

@JioCare @reliancejio raised a SR SR00001FE8LM for no internet since yesterday. It was supposed to be resolved by 6.30 today still no resolution. Your customer care is non responsive too and unable to help. Can I expect an update on resolution.

@selvabpt03 @reliancejio 239 & above plan. 395 is mostly not eligible. Even I'm on the same plan & mostly will not recharge anything diff as that cater my purpose. A customer can't change bcoz the company wants us to give a service.
