    @Airtel_Presence can you please now refund my money as the technicians who visited my home yesterday told we cannot provide service at you location. If you don't have your availability at a particular location why do you charge. Be like @JioCare it only accepts when it's present.

    @JioCare @naveenmtr24 My area comes under 5G service but I am invited by jio welcome offer but not able to use it because the signal is very low .4G service is also not good. (Vistar Colony, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh 273007).

    Dear @reliancejio & @JioCare, I urgently need assistance regarding my JioFiber connection. Due to a misunderstanding, I downgraded to the ₹399 plan without realizing that it excluded TV channel services. Consequently, I returned my Jio 4K Set-Top Box, and Jio has already acknowledged its successful collection. Despite multiple emails, I have only been redirected to chatbot support without any proper resolution. I kindly request the following: • Upgrade my connection to the ₹599 Entertainment Bonanza plan (30 Mbps + OTT apps + TV channels). • Since the Set-Top Box has already been returned and acknowledged by Jio, kindly ensure that no notional value or penalty charges of ₹6,000 are applied to my account. • As per Jio policy, customers upgrading to an OTT bundled plan after returning the STB are eligible for a new Set-Top Box without additional device cost. Kindly arrange a technician visit for installation of the new Set-Top Box at my registered address. Please resolve this matter at the earliest as it is causing considerable inconvenience. Thank you.

    @JioCare If there's a problem, neither calls are made nor the internet works. The network is so bad. Will you fix it quickly, or should I port to Airtel? Airtel has a better network in my village. If you want to install a tower, it should be on the roof of my house.

    @JioCare @reliancejio want to understand your policy in refunding amount for a booking against which installation of Jio Fiber was never done. NO0001D11DP8 and SR000034IBJN was raised with an assurance of refunding the amount within 10 working days. Do we need to go legally!!!

    @JioCare I have already tweeted 3–4 times explaining that there are 5–6 Jio SIMs in our house and none of them get proper network inside the house. But instead of fixing the actual network issue, your team keeps giving settings-related suggestions for particular handsets.1/2
