    @JioCare Please take notice of worst condition of Jio network at Peppeganj Town, Gorakhpur pin code 273165. Thousands of Jio users are puzzled of very slow internet and intermittent network causing call drops here. Act or get ready to lose your customers.

    @JioCares @reliancejio @JioCare your service getting worst! I'm using jio sim from 2020 but nowadays the network problem and internet speed is affected more. Whenever i complaint on call center they just note down the complaint but not proper resolution has been made.

    @JioCare very slow internet speed at my location from last 4,5 days in Gorakhpur I already ladge a complaint regarding this but I didn't notice any improvement

    @JioCare Facing Internet speed issue from past 1.5 year. Called Jio support no. Of times but still there is no solution they keep on saying that we r working but no improvement Got Fed up. Using 5 connection of Jio. Please do something internet speed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I use both jio sim in my phone and jio fiber at home. When my phone is connected to wifi, it tells callers that it's switched off. My many friends are facing the same issue. Please suggest a solution.

    ❌Worst customer support & zero accountability from @reliancejio! Yesterday, I requested a new additional JioFiber set-top box and paid immediately through online payment. Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called again—was assured it’s already marked as “priority” and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: “Don’t worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.” After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if I’m not getting a new device? This isn’t a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money. This clearly shows how @JioCare handles customers—by giving false promises instead of real solutions. @thecroindia #JioFiber #CustomerServiceFail #JioComplaint

    @JioCare Then I reach out to a friend working with jio and said to me that company have left no option for consumer to cancel their subscription. As a consumer it is my right to opt-out from service and I want jio team to really take this very seriously
