@reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio Your network is not working in rural part of CM city UP i.e in Gorakhpur. Network signal is very pathetic. Even unable to do call, kindly install 3-4 new towers in nearby vicinity so that atleast your network calling will improve

@JioCare I made a request for a solution and not for the suggestion. I would mention here that the active plan is for 240 days on monthly basis. Why not it could be modified with a deduction for one month?

@JioCare it's been around 2 days without internet. On raising the complaint through dedicated support, no resolution has been provided other than fake promises that enginner will come in next 1 hour. Customer service has always been remain a problem with Jio.
