    @JioCare we've paid a prepaid recharge amount on 13th Feb of 472 of 399+gst plan, y'all have given us no resolution at all, despite your executives promising me when I made a prepaid recharge that it'll be adjusted in the next bill, and it still didn't get adjusted in that bill. SCAMMER.

    @JioCare I think you didn't follow the messages before this. I have already mentioned I don't need the sim and don't want jio service. U had failed to deliver it in 48 hours. And after 7 days deliver sim without calling.

    @JioCare We have been facing Jio Wi-Fi issues at home for the last two days. After one calls, the Jio serviceman stopped picking up my calls. I then registered a complaint via chat. SR00002KG2PY and was given a time slot for the Engg visit. However, no one came to the given slot
