    @JioCare I'm unable to raise a relocation request for pole change through my Jio App as it won't show my building number nor I'm unable to move the location bar in the Map. Request you to address this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare facing broadband issue since morning, technician visit is being cancelled and deffered for tomorrow , how are we suppose to work. this is the second time since 45 days. really pathetic aftersales services

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wanted to switch to Jio Fiber, but got denied service by the Jio representative mentioning that i can choose one of the only 2 options provided(rs 999 or rs 1499) Any other plan request i was told wont be entertained and i was asked to leave. Helloo????

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare Im again facing internet issue. I have raised service engineer visit (SR00001GRUUW) which is scheduled between 5:25-8:25pm. Till now no one called me or visited my place.Could you please prioritize this as I'm working from home.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Kathal More area Ranchi, speed is damm slow. You need to do survey n immediately setup new tower to cover 200+ home. Can you start actively working. I am surprised even 4G is not upto mark in whole Ranchi
