  @JioCare This level of service is completely unacceptable. Please cancel my fibre internet connection immediately and close my account. I no longer wish to continue with such unreliable service and WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Agar is complaint ka satisfactory resolution nahi diya gaya, to main ek customer hone ke naate apne legal rights aur consumer rights ko protect karne ke liye is matter ko higher authority/appropriate consumer grievance forum tak forward karne ke liye majboor hounga. @reliancejio

  It’s been nearly 4 months since my cancelled Jio recharge on 20 Apr 2026, but my refund is still pending. I was asked to provide the refund transaction ID, which I never received. Raised multiple tickets, yet no one has resolved it. Please resolve this urgently. @reliancejio
