    @JioCare I shared all required details on DM but nobody from Jio Team bothered to reply! It’s extremely poor customer service. The behaviour of your WhatsApp support executive is appalling! He has given in writing that 10Mbps is great speed and no faster speed is required! Please enquire

    @reliancejio @JioCare hats off to your don't give a damn about customer painpoints/issues attitude. You are second to none. Literally no one is bothered, have some respect for the fact that the customer is not able to avail your service for which he/she has already been charged

    WORST SERVICE. No one picking device thus no refund. On requesting escalation, they stopped replying to my emails. I am glad I decided to cancel my jiofiber plan and won't recommend anyone to get it. @reliancejio @JioCare @Mukesh_ambani_

    @reliancejio I am in UK and I am trying to connect with your customer care team for past 1 week reg ownership transfer to my father who is based out of India. My father went to Jio store with all docs but the executives insisted on me visiting India for this purpose. Please help
