    @reliancejio Worst customer service experience. Jio AirFiber has been non-functional since 1 Aug. Multiple follow-ups, no resolution, and my complaint was closed without fixing the issue or taking my confirmation. Is this how existing customers are treated? SR: 1275353489.

    @nationalist56 @JioCare Very true. Now a days even if u paid the full payment for a given service they will ignore you and keep you in the dark. And that too from a telecom giant like Jio. They make false promises and ignore you once the payment is done.

    I am facing jio airfiber disconn. every 3rd or 4th day. I get message that conn. will be restored in four hours. It is affecting my work. Biggest services provider in the country cannot solve problem for 4 hours or provide long term solution. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare
