    @JioCare Hi, I do not know the name. But I have the phone number - 9231051390. He told my father that if he get some additional amount, he will install the device otherwise he will cancel the request citing feasibility issues. There is a vendor and a technician. both are involved.

    @JioCare I appreciate the response, but the issue is exactly why Iā€™m considering switching to Vi. Vi provides unlimited data and calling with a reliable network experience. If Iā€™m paying for a service, I expect consistent connectivity, not just 5G claims while 4G remains unreliable.
