    @JioCare My jio fiber connection is facing some issue. Its been almost a week, after several complaints and multiple time slot alloted for engineer visit my issue still remains unresolved. You guys have One Of The Worst Support Service. It is really inconvenient for your users.

    @JioCare incomplete service call. Requested the service technician to fix the replacement modem at 6 P.M. When contacted he refused saying that the time was not convenient for him. My complete evening schedule upset. Sad state. Service Request Number SR00001CK7TP.

    @reliancejio today I have visited Vasai Jio store. Worst service "Sir JIO app download Karo waha malum hoga". "Sir ye customer care Wale solve karge" Than why service person appointment in store. Than I have visited BSNL Vasai @BSNLCorporate experience is better than JIO.

    @JioCare @JioCare you don't have any service engineer to fix the issue. Your support team saying that there is no engineer available. When you will recruit new engineer to fix this issue? Very worst customer experience ever

    @reliancejio @JioCare Emergency number like 101,112 not Dailing in Jio LTE in any Android 4G handset. Auto ended call. Internet also disconnected while try to making calls on emergency number.
