I like one thing about @airtelindia is that when you share suggestions their NET team calls back, they show respect as you have spare time for them but in contrary at @reliancejio they take suggestions as a complaint or send irrelevant reply no call actually should work upon it.

@JioCare Many tym complaint full dnd services. Thn also in a day getting more than 15 to 20 promotion calls for loans and credit card. Wat a disgusting is this. Now jio is worst n worst day by day

@JioCare fiber connection is not working since yesterday & supposed 2 b repaired today. Got mail 2day it's been rescheduled on my request, which I never made. Can't jio handle volume of complaints It's bad that internet not working for 2 days and Jio can't handle it.

Jio fiber has lost respect among its users for the lack of critical aspect SERVICE. They made me make repeated calls when my issue wasn't resolved. Canceled the Jio fiber connection but the pickup and engineer visit was rescheduled thrice and around 2 weeks since then. @JioCare
