    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged via Amazon Pay but can't get a GST invoice. Amazon only provides a payment receipt, and Jio says no invoice if paid through Amazon. I need the GST invoice for office reimbursement. Please help.

    @JioCare Shradha : it’s been over a day and I still haven’t received any response to my DM. Delaying the response to buy time isn’t customer support. it’s a tactic to wear customers down and another way of making customers feel ignored.@JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, I’ve been receiving the same message all day. Every time the promised restoration time arrives, it’s simply pushed back by a few more hours. My JioFiber has now been down for 8+ hours with no real update or resolution.

    @JioCare The network is extremely poor. Only one or two signal bars appear, and the internet is not working properly, due to which all the villagers are facing difficulties. Address: VPO Lanka, Tehsil Bahrawanda, District Dausa, Rajasthan – 303501, near Government Sr Sec School
