    @JioCare Unable to change my damaged SIM. Someone from Jio has put incorrect birth year while issuing the SIM initially. Now details doesn't match and the application is getting rejected. Can anyone help?

    @JioCare Hey thanks for the response. But the reason for raising it is , I am getting the same answer since yrs.. i felt this would escalate the issue as only this area is missing the fiber when compared to rest in the city

    Our area is facing severe network problem from @reliancejio . From last 2 years internet speed and call quality is getting worst day by day. Hundreds of complains are sent to @JioCare , jio network team, ans: we are working. We don't know what to do. Plz Rectify 🙏 @TRAI

    @JioCare It is not happening and as per discussion with Asst Manager Mr Aman Sahoo, he denied to provide remote. Howevr i mentioned that its not physically damaged. Now i do nt want to use jio fiber. pls terminate connection on immediate basis & return my amount on prodata basis.
