    @JioCare Currently Jio 5g not supported on samsung galaxy F23 5g phone, required urgent software support from samsung.  Requesting to release a software update to support Jio 5g.

    I am tired of poor service of JIO FIBER of this number: +911517967756. Multiple times complain/ticket has been raised but issue is still not resolved. Internet still stops randomly. Money and time has wasted. No one is helping. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Raised a ticket 27th December which got closed on December 30th 06:13 PM, without resolution. This request was rescheduled several time without asking. Horrible service. The requirement is still pending but ticket is closed!

    @JioCare I am using jio fiber yesterday I truck broke my connection of through jio fiber so I complaint but no solution done I am regreting after taking the decision of jio fiber my service request id is SR00001GCPUG

    @reliancejio @JioCare Kindly help me getting #5G issue resolved. Since last week I was getting Unlimited 5G but since today when my new plan got activated i.e. 2999, 2.5/365 days, I'm not getting the trial offer anymore
