@JioCare What's the use of launching 5G when u can't even provide 3G speeds on 4G netwrk? Already placed service request regarding poor signal & Internet connection more than month ago but no improvement is there whatsoever. Should a customer also now upgrade to a better network?

Got @JioCare installed at home! Lots of promises before installation! Once installation done, no service whatsoever! Jio tv plus would conk off every now and then! Poor network! Don’t go for it!

Today PM launched 5G network but I am thinking even many network not able to provide 4G network. Today totally failed in my area @reliancejio . We did not get proper 4G network speed. Will only receive 5G status and hike in tariff. @airtelindia @narendramodi

@JioCare Very poor network in Aurangabad Cantonment near Nagar Naka. All users unable to use minimum data also. There is a Jio Tower within 50 metres. Request improve the service, install boosters or re- allign the dishes.
