    Jio Airfiber Complaint handling is very pathetic. They had provided toll-free number for escalation which useful only getting generic statements. Grievance Cell email id is only for auto reply. When one can reach for getting the concern addressed @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio , what kind of stupid customer care you have? My jiohome connection is kept on hold since a week without any update. When there is no LOS signal you should cancel my order and refund the amount.

    @JioCare You yourselves tested and confirmed the speed was only around 20 Mbps. Now suddenly saying “sufficient bandwidth available”without fixing the actual issue makes no sense. The problem still exists. Please provide a real resolution instead of closing requests with template replies.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber We paid the deposit for a connection that was never installed. It has been pending since Sep-2025 & we are still waiting for our refund.Your Manager Pradip Soni-9274686996 & Sales Executive Raj Khetansing -9898773651 are not responding
