    @reliancejio internet down for 2 days. Chat bot is useless. Jio assistant is a joke. Wfh x JIO = fail

    @JioCare I would request JIO management to focus on the improvement of the support channel in or another day I have an issue with my internet, the team will come after a day to fix the problem, until the time I have to struggle, due to this I get escalations at my work.
