    @JioCare I Booked for fiber internet. They came and took all details and payment. They told me a person will come for installation within 24 hours. It's been 3 days nobody has come for installation. I called customer care service to cancel my booking and give my money back.

    @JioCare I had requested for cancellation of my prepaid #JioFiber connection (SR00001AABVX). I am happy that refund was processed within 14 days as per commitment. Taken new post Paid connection of #JioFiber . Appreciate the service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service by jio fibre internet, switched from airtel fibre internet to jio fibre internet .. Very dissatisfied, you are giving your net and for configuration you are transferring case to third party without giving proper information

    @JioCare I suggest you not to take that much pain to resolve the issue instead I request you to process my refund. Your engineer already confirmed connection is not possible. It's 6th day since I made the payment. I already requested for refund. Please do not force for escalation
