  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @reliancejio This is all fake and fraud... I am not using your services due to the ongoing issue, and I will not make any further payments for the service. Please process the service disconnection request immediately, arrange for device pickup, and refund my security deposit.

  @reliancejio I got a jio fibre connection 20 days ago. Now my internet is not working properly. I tried many times to contact you and your customer care executive but no one picked my phone and my problem isn't resolve yet. Shame on you. @JioCare
