    @JioCare My sim does not hav signal...i hv not recvd any sms with link sent by you. Can't call through jio sim ...so pls send the link to activate my jio sim on my alternate phone no or tell me the procedure to activate the jio sim by using my alternate phone no. Thanks.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why are your customer care executives so dumb? Having an issue with jii fibre for last 15 days, identified the issue and asked the customer care to send in a tech to rectify it. He says he can’t do it!!!!!!!! Why do you even hire such people??
