    @reliancejio @JioCare It’s been more than a month I’m facing internet slowness issue at my place. I have written couple of emails to Jio Care and Jio Appellate team not a single reply. Your customer care number 1800-899-9999 not working. Keep giving frustration to customer.

    @JioCare disappoints again. Customer care cuts calls upon request for escalation of issue, area managers don't pick calls, engineers don't come to resolve issues in time slots promised. Utterly #disappointed I'm missing important meetings after meetings but @JioCare doesn't care

    @SonyLIV @JioCare @reliancejio Why everytime my Sonyliv premium is not activated through Jio 999 Monthly Plan. Why every time I have to tweet . Can't you solve this big issue. I just subscribed jio 999 monthly plan but still SonyLiv is asking for premium Subscription.Want Refund

    A person named Asif Siddiqi contacted me as jio representative and asked me to change my existing jio plan from 699 to 999 and took Rs 2500 from me. Now he is not picking my phone. My existing jio Landline no is 79699678 and regd mobile no is 9810221342. Kindly help @reliancejio

    Earlier the customer rep mentioned that it'll take 48hours. After 48 hours I followed up and they said 24 hours. And after 24 hours they are saying 7 days. There is no proper response. All you need to do is send an engineer to the address I provided. @reliancejio @JioCare
