    The network of @reliancejio was good when the tower was 3/4 km away but now the tower is built at a distance of 700/800 meters from my location, the network is so bad that most of the time the internet doesn't work properly. We've become very upset.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Service req no SR00001BO8NC pending since 2 days. Eng. came and said has to bring wire and disappeared. Called him mny times but kept tellng that he will come after 1 hr but no one came. Eng .no 8882128848 name amit. Not expctd from JIO

    @JioCare Hi Aafreen, I am really fed up hearing from you people to have patience . The only issues in router is that adopter is not working now. It’s only a two minutes job. But since 16-6-2022, your team is working on that and not been able to deliver power adopter at my place.

    Dear Jio, We have network in our area where your network operator shutdown network in every 30 minutes. We have only network service provider without any alternate option so that we all can switch to other service providers. @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been 18 days passed no action has been taken on this issue. I hope you are able to fetch the details thru service request number. Pls make a note of Order Number (CO0000LSPHVU) as well.
