    @JioCare every time i complain about the issue, u ask for details...number, alternate number, problem and what not....yet the problem is never resolved.

    @JioCare I lost the credentials for my Amazon account which was linked with Jio's prime offer which comes with 999 pack. I want to link the offer to another Amazon account. Is this problem a bloody rocket science to understand?

    @reliancejio almost complaining daily, still no resolution now for network issue, not getting any calls, it says our of coverage area inspite of full network. Area - NS road no 3, JVPD Scheme, vile Parle West, mumbai 400056 Can anyone help?

    @JioCare I have made call atleast 5-6 times for ny problem with amazon prime offer, they don't even know the basic process of activating amazon prime offer.
