    @JioCare Hi Priyanka , had call with your representative and agree to extend my validity by 20 days , and send technician to home for check Internet. But it’s been 2 days nothing has happened . It’s shear fraud you are doing with customer after recharge

    @JioCare The appointment has been rescheduled for evening 7-8 pm And no-one will come today even. As earlier schedules were 4:30-5:30pm. I will recommend my peer and every known, not to invest in jiofiber. Poor customer service.

    I recharged my @JioCare number on 4th July through the @NPCI_BHIM app. The money was debited from my account, but the recharge status is still showing as pending. Can you guys please help me out?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with JioFiber’s service. We are paying for a service that we are simply not receiving. This is not the first time—it has become a monthly issue. Every time we raise a complaint, we receive repeated SMSs with new technician

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi Shirisha, the heavy rains started only 3 days ago. What was your team doing for the 10+ days before that? My WiFi has been down for over 2 weeks. Why should I pay the bill for a service I couldn’t use? Please resolve this and adjust my bill.

    @JioCare Issue not yet resolved. Your service engineer doesn’t have antenna. Kindly arrange the replacement antenna and install that asap. #jiofiber @JioCare . New ticket opened today because your service engineer doesn’t “Neeraj” didn’t fixed the issue with the old ticket and asked me to close the request because he also didn’t have the replacement antenna. How are you guys going to compensate me???? #Everyone who’s trying to install the Jio Air Fiber——- please don’t…. #Jiofiberfraud
