@JioCare Hi Team, As per our discussion on 7th September with Jio Team. I was promised that the fraud executive will refund the money within 15 minutes. But that guy has again been playing delay tactics. And I still have not recived the refund amount. Can you plz check and help to close.

@JioCare It's been 14 days and I have given false promises for quick installation. Service engineer keeps postponing his visit without any information to customer, has happened 7 times. Repeated call to customer care of no use.

@JioCare @reliancejio I applied/paid for JioFiber services Last Friday(order Id NO0000HTVB22), scheduled installation postponed thrice despite my request to install it on priority. No option to raise a complaint through cust-care for it. Cancel my order & refund me immediately.

@reliancejio @JioCare What rubbish service is this? My Jio Fiber isn’t even giving out a few Mbps speed when you have mentioned a speed of 150 Mbps plan. Is this how are you going to Digitise India? Guess I gotta change and port my broadband services somewhere else. @airtelindia

@RelianceJioCare I just got #JioFiber on 11th June 21. Works fine in lappy & mobile. But, PC shows ethernet connected, but none of browsers open. I have tried all available solutions, but all in vain. Kindly help @reliancejio! or else will switch back to my old service provider.

@JioCare Hi Team.The issue was already discussed with the higher Jio Managers on 7th September.The sales Executive Rahul Vishkarma was also on the same call. After investigation and discussion. I was promised he will refund the amount in 15 minutes by Jio Managers. But no amount recieved.

@JioCare @rajankgupta Worst ever service provider. Their sales guys. Do not even pick calls even after multiple time dialling. Company is not bother even to provide resolution. Better go for Airtel they are very quick and speed is also excellent. Jio is pathetic.
